OBJECTIVE:To construct the database of“The Time and Age Limit in the Use of Common Orally Adminis-tered Drugs”in order to guide the rational drug use in patients.METHODS:The frequently used instructions of common orally administered drugs in the hospital where the authors worked were collected,and then were classified and listed according to the elements in“The Time and Age Limit in the Use of Common Orally Administered Drugs”,and further summarized according to the basic knowledge in drug administration.RESULTS:Ante cibum drugs accounted for22.2%,post cibum drugs11.7%,either ante cibum or post cibumor or unmarked drugs59.4%,bedtime drugs6.7%,wholly swallowed drugs12.2%,chewed drugs1.7%,children restricted drugs32.2%,and the drugs taken once daily with the set time accounted for13.9%.CONCL_ USION:The construction of“The Time and Age Limit in the Use of Common Orally Administered Drugs”database can guide patients to use medicine rationally.

OBJECTIVE:To get to know medical staff's recognition of ADR monitoring in our city.METHODS:The concept,reporting consciousness,range and reasons for ADR reporting,reporting processes,professional organization of ADR and law consciousness of ADR etc.were investigated in400medical staff members through questionnaires on“Medical Staff's Recognition Degree to the Monitoring of ADR”.RESULTS:The medical staff in our city were basically clear about the range and the reasons for ADR reporting,but they lacked adequate recognition to the concept and the consciousness of ADR report?ing,they were not clear about the reporting processes and the organization of ADR and they lack the law consciousness of ADR reporting.CONCLUSION:It is necessary to carry out training on professional knowledge,laws and regulations of ADR among the medical staff so as to enhance their recognition to ADR monitoring and to make ADR monitoring as a self-conscious behavior.

Objective Peritoneal dialysis can be done at home , however , its clinical follow-up quality is lower compared with hemodialysis due to the lack of detailed follow-up system and professional management team for post-discharge nursing care .The article aimed to explore the effect of a nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model in the follow-up of peritoneal dialysis patients . Methods Nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model was provided for 270 patients with peritoneal dialysis (PD) from January 2012 to May 2013.Self-designed questionnaire on diasease knowledge and self-care assement questionnaire were used for patients to evaluate their self-care ability and understanding of disease knowledge .Regular follow-up continued . Results The patients′understanding of disease knowledge was on the rise at 1st day before discharge, 1st month and 3rd months after discharge. After the application of nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model , the patients′regular clinical follow-up rate was in-creased from 78.3% to 88.6%.The patients′self-care ability improved gradually at 1st day before discharge , 1st month and 3rd months after discharge , which was of significant differences . Conclusion The nurse-led nurse-led integrated specialized disease management model can improve peritoneal dialysis patients′self-care ability and reduce their medical expense , which is of clinical sig-nificance .

Objective To explore the effect of antidepressant intervention on mood state of at or around the time of radiation therapy. Methods 62 hospitalized patients with cancer receiving radiotherapy were divided into two groups by the order of the time when they accept the radiotherapy which called intervention group ( antidepressant fluoxetine group) and control group. And the two groups patients filled out Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA )and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) at or around the time of radiation therapy to investigate the effects of fluoxetine on anxiety and depression. Results The scores of HAMA and HAMD showed that there was no differences between the intervention group and the control group before the radiotherapy. There was significant difference during the radiotherapy ( 6.41 ± 2.30 ) vs ( 9.29 ± 5.62 ); ( 8.80 ± 3. 048 ) vs ( 12.22 ± 8.32 ) and two weeks after the end of the radiotherapy ( 4.90 ± 1.71 ) vs ( 12.32 ± 7.24 ); ( 6.83 ± 2.47 ) vs ( 16.09 ± 8.61 ) between antidepressant fluoxetine group and control group(P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion More attention should be paid to mental health and antidepressant can alleviate anxiety and depression of the cancer patients'at or around the time of radiotherapy.

Objective To investigate the clinical feature and prevalence of chronic actinic dermatitis in a four-generation family with both monovular twins affected by chronic actinic dermatitis.Methods The clinical and laboratory findings from monovular twins simultaneously affected by chronic actinic dermatitis and their four-family members were analyzed.Results There were 76 members in the four-generation family,with 22 members (including 14 males and 8 females) diagnosed with chronic actinic dermatitis.No positive results were found from laboratory examinations or environmental survey.Conclusion Chronic actinic dermatitis was inherited in an autosomal mode in this family.

Hot-melt extrusion was applied to prepare mesoporous silica/ethylcellulose mini-matrix for sustained release, and fenofibrate was used as a model drug, ethylcellulose and xanthan gum were chosen as sustained-release agent and releasing moderator, respectively. This novel matrix obtained the controlled release ability by combining mesoporous silica drug delivery system and hot-melt extrusion technology. And mesoporous silica particle (SBA-15) was chosen as drug carrier to increase the dissolution rate of fenofibrate in this martix. Scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, small angle X-ray powder diffraction and N2 adsorption-desorption were introduced to determine the particle morphology, particle size and pore structure of the synthesized SBA-15. The results showed that SBA-15 had a very high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface area, a narrow pore size distribution, large pore volume and a ordered two-dimensional hexagonal structure of p6mm symmetry. Differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray powder diffraction results demonstrated that fenofibrate dispersed in an amorphous state inside the pores of the mesoporous silica which contributed to the improvement in the dissolution rate. The drug release of mini-matrices was influenced by ethylcellulose viscosity grades and xanthan gum concentration, which increased with the increasing of xanthan gum concentration and decreasing of ethylcellulose viscosity. Mini-matrix containing 22% xanthan gum exhibited a good sustained release performance, and the drug release behavior followed the first-order kinetics.

Objective To investigate the genetic characteristic of whole-genome of influenza A/H3N2 viruses in severe acute respiratory infection cases in Beijing area.Methods From 2014 to 2016,the viral RNA was extracted from 32 strains isolated from SARI cases,then sequenced by Ion Torrent PGM Sequencer.The phylogeny and molecular features of whole-genome were analyzed by Mega and Consurf software.Results The HA gene of tested strains isolated in 2014-2015 influenza season belonged to lineage 3C.3a and 3C.2a,while those isolated in 2015-2016 influenza season belonged to cluster 3C.2a.Moreover,compared with the vaccine strains,7 variant amino acids of protein of HA1 were identified,and two of them were located in antigenic sites.All isolates were sensitive to neuraminidase inhibitors while showed resistance to blockers for M2 ion channel.Conclusion The phylogenetic features of isolates studied in this study are similar with that of current circulating strains.However,the difference between isolates and vaccines should not be overlooked.

Objective To explore the relationship between superantigen and M protein gene (emm)-types genes of Group A Streptococcus pyogenes (GAS) isolated from patients with scarlet fever in Beijing from May 2012 to July 2013 .Methods GAS was isolated from specimens of patients with scarlet fever . Superantigen genes (speA ,speB ,speC ,speF ,speG ,speH ,speI ,speJ ,speL ,speK ,speM ,ssa ,and smeZ) ,and emm gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction .Rate and proportion were compared by chi-square test .Results Of the 423 GAS strains isolated from patients with scarlet fever from 2012 to 2013 ,most of the isolates possessed speB (97 .6% ) ,speC (99 .8% ) ,speF (98 .3% ) ,speG (99 .8% ) , smeZ (94 .1% ) and ssa (88 .4% ) ,and some of them possessed speH (54 .6% ) ,speI (53 .4% ) ,speA (45 .2% ) and speJ (43 .5% ) ,but very few isolates possessed speK (2 .4% ) ,speL (1 .4% ) and speM (1 .7% ) .Type emm12 (59 .5% ) and type emm1 (37 .4% ) were the main types of GAS .Most of the emm12-type isolates possessed speH (84 .8% ) and speI (84 .0% ) compared with only 4 .0% of speH and 3 .4% of speI in type emm1 .Most of type emm1 possessed speA (95 .3% ) and speJ gene (94 .6% ) compared with only 17 .3% of speA and 14 .8% of speJ in type emm12 .The superantigen genes profiles were significant different between emm 1-type and emm 12-type isolates (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Type emm1 and type emm12 are epidemic strains in patients with scarlet fever from 2012 to 2013 in Beijing ,and emm gene-types are associated with superantigen genes profiles .

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum PCT,CRP,BNP and cardiac troponin I (cTnI)and its clinical significance in patients with sepsis.Methods 112 patients with sepsis treated in our hospital were collected.Patients were divided into sepsis,severe sepsis and septic shock groups according to their degree of illness.The serum levels of cTnI and cTnI were measured in peripheral blood samples of pa-tients with sepsis,severe sepsis and sepsis shock.To analyze the correlation between serum cTnI and cTn I in patients with sepsis.The levels of BNP and cTnI were significantly higher in septic shock group than in severe sepsis group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and that in severe sepsis group was signif-icantly higher than that in sepsis group(P<0.01).The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum PCT,BNP,CRP and cTnI levels,but the correlation was PCT(r =0.831)>BNP(r=0.456)>CRP(r=0.287).Results Conclusion cTnI and serum PCT,CRP,BNP are in the serum of the patients.With the exacerbation of sepsis patients,there will be more significant myocardial injury symptoms.

Objective: To analyze the teaching environment of primary, middle and high schools in Suzhou, and to explore the relevance of students’ myopia with teaching environment, as well as the key problems in teaching environment. Methods: 1 253 classrooms in 204 schools rom 10 districts and counties in Suzhou were selected by proportionate stratified sampling. The qualified rate of each indices was described and the teaching environment by county, learning stage were compared by using chi-squared test. The Spearman test is used to explore correlations between myopia with monitoring indicators. Results: The qualified rate of the distance from lamp to table was the highest (98.56%), while matching rate of student desk and chair was the lowest(0.96%). Minimum lamp table spacing, blackboard average illumination, reflectance from blackboard wall, classroom per capita area, classroom microclimate differed significantly in urban and rural (P<0.05); daylighting coefficient, reflectance from walls, average illumination of desktop and blackboard, classroom per capita area, and microclimate indicator were statistically different by learning stages(r=0.42,P<0.05). Prevalence of myopia correlated with the index of lighting. Conclusion Qualified desks and matched chairs, as well as the daylighting design in classroom should receive more attention in Suzhou. The findings lend support to identification of key health priorities and formulation of the localized health practice for health administrations.
