ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of three different display devices on the interpretation of imaging data in medieal imaging system.MethodsThe luminance-meter L100 and the test patterns provided by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine(AAPM)were used to assess the performance of three display devices(the spherical, flat panel and liquid crystal display devices). The corresponding luminance response was compared with the reference criteria provided by AAPM Task Group 18(AAPM TG18).DR chest photography was taken on CDRAD2.0 contrast-detail phantom using the following experimental parameters:100 mA,80 kVp,and the exposure times for 6,10,12,and 16 ms.After each exposure, the surface dose of phantom was recorded and the image quality factor(IQF)was calculated.Statistical analysis of IQF was performed using ANOVA. ResultsThe maximum luminance values in the spherical, flat panel and liquid crystal display devices were 170,59 and 231 cd/m2 and the luminance ratio was 257, 99 and 350 respectively. There was a significant difference in the IQF bewteen the liquid crystal display device and other two display devices. Conclusion The liquid crystal display device has the better image quality.

Objective To discuss the cognition of the nursing disputes in undergraduates and the college nursing students in internship in Changchun and to provide some basis for them to improve the nursing quality in clinic. Methods The investigation was carried out to survey the cognition of the nursing disputes in 266 undergraduates and the college nursing students in internship in Changchun, and the results underwent analysis. Results Most undergraduates and college nursing students held the opinion that at present the relationship between patients and nurses was on a tight rope.94 people accounting for 72.3% in undergraduate students,89 people accounting for 65.4% in the college nursing students.Relevant factors which caused nursing disputes were related with the different education backgrounds. Conclusions We should make clear the causes of nursing disputes, and put forward the corresponding proposals according to nursing students with different education degrees.

Objective To analyze the causes and risk factors of falling-down of clinic post-stroke patients. Methods 67 stroke patients with the falling-down history were tested with questionnaire and assessed with Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Timed Up and Go Test (TUG).Results The causes of falling-down were inside diseases (57.9%), outside environment (30.75%), unknown (11.4%). BBS and TUG showed that there was a significant difference between the patients who falling-down just one time or two times and those who falling-down more than three times ( P<0.01).Conclusion The falling-down of the post-stroke patients maybe relate with age, body balance and moving ability, inside diseases, outside environment and time after stroke.

Objective To observe the effect of surface electromyographic biofeedback (sEMG-BFB) combined with routine swallow training on dysphagic patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage. Methods Fiftyone dysphagic patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:control group (26 cases) and biofeedback training group (25 cases). The control group was given routine training including orofacial function training, balloon dilatation and behavioral swallowing training, while the biofeedback training group was given behavioral swallowing training was conducted with the guidance of sEMG-BFB in addition to the routine training. Before and after the treatment, videofluoroscopy swallowing study (VFSS) was performed to observe the opening of upper esophageal sphincter (UES).Functional oral intake scale (FOIS) was used to evaluate swallow function. Results Before treatment, there were no significant difference between the two groups in terms of FOIS score and UES opening (P >0.05).The FOIS score increased in both groups after treatment (P < 0.05),and the FOIS score was higher in the biofeedback training group than that of the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the number of UES complete opening and incomplete opening was 18 and 8,respectively,in the control group, versus 20 and 5,respectively,in the biofeedback training group.UES opening improved in both groups after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion Routine swallowing training combined with sEMG-BFB can benefit the dysphagic patients with cerebral infarction for their UES opening and swallowing ability at recovery stage.

Objective To analyze the simple sequence repeat(SSR)information in expressed sequence tag(EST)resource of Saruma henryi and lay a solid foundation for the development of EST-SSR markers in this species. Methods ESTs of S.henryi were downloaded from GenBank and used to perform the contig assembly using Sequencher 4.8.Uni-ESTs were obtained and screened for SSR-containing unigenes using SciRoKo 3.4.The distributing frequency of the EST-SSRs and the basic characteristics of motifs were analyzed. Results A total of 10 274 ESTs of S.henryi were retrieved and were assembled into 6 643 non-redundant Uni-ESTs with a total length of 5.11?106 bp.In all,the data mining yielded 1 408 SSR loci, which corresponded to 1 232 Uni-ESTs(18.55%).On average,EST-SSRs spanned 22.30 bp,and occurred every 3.63 kb in length. In S.henryi, mononucleotide repeats predominated with an occurrence frequency of 12.24%.Dinucleotide repeats followed with a frequency of 5.01%.The most frequent one was A/T among all the repeat motifs, then followed by AG/CT.Conclusion SSRs in ESTs of S.henryi display a relatively high level of occurrence frequency and show abundance of types.

Aim To study the effect of active components of isoflavones on PC12 cells damage induced with A?_(1-42). Methods The active components of isoflavones were extracted. Using PC12 cells damage induced by A?_(1-42) as the model, the protective effect of active components was determined with morphological examination and MTT and LDH assays. Results The morphological change of the damaged PC12 cells was improved, and the survival rate of the cells was significantly increased(P
