ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of Delphi method to establish the preoperative visit mode. MethodsTaking the Delphi method to establish the standardized procedures of preoperative visit. The average length of stay, hospital costs and satisfaction degree of patients before and after application of standardized procedures of preoperative visit were compared. ResultsThe study showed that after taking the Delphi method to establish the preoperative visit mode, the patients' hospital stay for the same type of surgery, treatment costs and satisfaction degree of patients improved significantly than those before. The differences before and after treatment were significant. ConclusionsUsing Delphi method to establish a standardized procedures of preoperative visit has the advantage of strong target, strong representation, high degree of authority. It takes advantage of the excellent medical care experience and provides uniform and stable preoperative preparation work.It lays a foundation for patients to get better medical care and is worthy of clinical application.

Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(3):213-216
The energy for tumor cells mainly derives from the aerobic glycolysis, that is,the Warburg effect, which also provides a large amount of precursor substances for the growth of tumor cells.Hexokinase-Ⅱ (HK-Ⅱ),highly expressed in tumor tissue,is the rate-limiting enzyme of glycolysis and closely related to the energy metabolism of tumor.Recent studies have showed that HK-Ⅱ not only mediates Warburg effect, but also promotes tumor proliferation by inhibiting tumor cell apoptosis and regulating autophagy. It has been confirmed that blocking HK-Ⅱ gene expression and inhibiting HK-Ⅱ with small molecule inhibitor can kill tumor cells in many kinds of cancer.Agent targeting HK-Ⅱ may become a new generation of targeted drugs.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical application of tissue engineering for treating tendon injury.METHODS: A computer-based online search was conducted in Medline and China Academic Journals Database with the key words of "Biological material, Sinew mechanism heals" in both English and Chinese from 1974 to 2009. Relevant books were hand-retrieved.RESULTS: Scholars at home and abroad tried to investigate how to regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and matrix synthesis by endogenous and exogenous growth factors so as to promote tendon repairing, relieve tendon adhesion, and decrease attenuation of biomechanical intensity. Tendon detect was mainly treated by autologous tendon transplantation, allogeneic tendon transplantation, artificial tendon transplantation, and tissue-engineered tendon transplantation. All those methods had both advantages and disadvantages. However, artificial biomaterial tendon has attracted much attention and it has been used for clinical application. Of course, there are still more problems to be solved, for example, source of tissue-engineered seed cells, immunological reaction of allogeneic tendon cells, specific mechanical intension, preparation and selection of degradable scaffold materials, correlation between cell and scaffold materials, and correlation between cell-material compound and peripheral tissues. With the development of tendon repairing and healing, single drug which was used to prevent tendon adhesion has developed into drug-barrier compound. Additionally, with the development of Chinese herb and molecular biological products, they not only inhibited exogenous healing, but also promote endogenous healing. Meanwhile, simple surgery has also developed into combined therapy.CONCLUSION: Although biomaterials for tendon repairing have achieved breakthrough in some respects, the results need also to be further studied.

Objective To investigate the risk factors for portal vein thrombosis (PVT)under anticoagulation therapy after surgery in patients with portal hypertension. Methods We made a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 96 portal hypertension patients for surgical treatment at our hospital. All the patients with postoperative PVT or without were divided into two groups.Risk factors that may predict PVT were analyzed. Results PVT developed in 41 (40.08%)of 96 patients after surgery.Risk factors such as sex,age,Child-Pugh classification, type of operation, portal pressure and the pressure difference before and after surgery, preoperative prothrombin time, preoperative platelet count, spleen index, and portal vein diameter were not predictors of PVT.However, splenic vein diameter was an independent risk factor for PVT (P = 0.036);postoperative PVT tended to develop when the splenic vein diameter was larger than 1 1 mm.Conclusion Preoperative color Doppler testing of splenic vein diameter can predict PVT after surgery in patients with portal hypertension.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(04):-
Objective To perform NAT testing on samples negative for HBsAg, anti-HCV and anti-HIV by ELISA, and to learn how many infected blood samples could be missed by ELISA tests. Methods Pooling the donor samples by STAR2000 sampling processor and extracting nucleic acid automatically, HBV DNA, HCV RNA and HIV-1 RNA were amplified and detected by Roche COBAS AmpliScreen TM HBV、HCV V2.0 和HIV-1 V1.5 systems. Samples of 8 donors with negative HBsAg but positive HBV DNA were tested by COBAS HBV MONITOR TM for quantitative determinations. HBsAg confirmation tests were done every 2 weeks by ABBOTT Murex HBsAg V3.Results A total of 16320 ELISA negative donor samples were tested and 8 samples were HBV DNA positive. The missing rate was 0.49‰. No HCV RNA and HIV-1 RNA were detected. Those 8 donor samples, negative for HBsAg but positive for HBV DNA,were all positive for HBcAb by ABBOTT,and 3 of them were positive for HbeAb Low serum HBV DNA loads, in the range of 102~103 copies/ml, were found in the 8 donor samples. HBsAg confirmations were performed and one donor became HBsAg positive after 18 weeks. Conclusion The results show that there is 0.49‰ missing rate of HBV with HBsAg screening by ELISA. HBcAb screening or NAT may be warranted in blood donor screening to limit HBV transmission through blood transfusion. The reason for missing HBV positive samples by ELISA could be occult HBV infection.

Objective To explore the molecular pathological mechanism and treatment of retinoic acid syndrome(RAS).Methods SDF-1? of health adult lung was measured by RT-PCR,CXCR4 on the cell membrane of APL specialized by arsenic trioxide(APL/ATO)were tested by FCM,and we used the rotary cell culture system(RCCS)to build the model of simulated experiment in vitro of APL/ATO infiltrating into the human lung;observe if Dex,Ara-C and DNR can influence the ability of APL/ATO in adhesion, transplantation and infiltration. Results The APL/ATO could evidently infiltrate into human lung, mean fluorescence intensity(MFI)of CXCR4 on the cell membrane of APL/ATO was 28.77?1.05,which was much higher than the unspecialized APL(9.20?4.14).Contrast to control cells,Dex could dramatically restrain the ability of APL/ATO in adhesion and transference [(29.91?2.70)% vs(48.20?5.00)%,30.01?5.01 vs 60.10?3.02],while Ara-C and DNR could distinctly depress the ability of APL/ATO in adhesion, transplantation and infiltration[(30.10?3.00)%﹑(32.20?2.20)% vs(48.20?5.00)%;28.01?5.00,24.02?4.01 vs 60.10?3.02;18.20?3.56,16.01?3.25 vs 46.01?4.05].Conclusion High expression of CXCR4 on APL/ATO and SDF-1?in the lung may be one of the molecular mechanism of the lung infiltration and RAS;DEX、Ara-C and DNR can restrain the ability of APL/ATO in adhesion, transplantation and infiltration.

0 05).CONCLUSION:Na +-K +-ATPase is not sensitive to ischemic damage, but sensitive to reperfusion damage.Like hypothermia, scopolamine can protect Na +-K +-ATPase activity in the cerebral cortex during postischemic reperfusion, but hypothermia has no cooperating effect on scopolamine.
