Objective To analysis the result of tumor screening for health examination participants. Methods Tumor screening was applied for 15 863 health examination participants without malignant tumor disease history.Clinical examination, laboratory tests and imaging studies were comprehensively analysed combining the results of other medical items. The cancer detection rate and asymptomatic rate were compared among groups of different age, gender and existence of relevant clinical symptoms,respectively.χ2 test and Fisher exact test were adopted for statistical analysis. Results Among 475 tumor patients with a definite diagnosis,116 were malignant tumor; The total detection rate of the group who were younger than 35 year-old(0.617%)was higher than other groups, the detection rate of intracranial neoplasms of the two groups who were younger than 45 year-old (0.206% and 0.132%,respectively)was higher than other groups, the total detection rate of 75-85 group (0.248%)was lower than other groups; The detection rate of lung cancer, liver cancer of the male(0.228% and 0.080%,respectively)was higher than the female,The detection rate of breast cancer and intracranial neoplasms of the female(0.366% and 0.100%,respectively)was higher than the male; There are 67 patients without correlated clinical symptoms, the asymptomatic rate was 57.8%.Conclusions Tumor screening was of importance in health management, which should be carried out actively in health examination.

Objective:To explore the characteristics of somatic symptoms and their dynamic changes after treatment in elderly inpatients with depression,so as to give supported data in differential diagnosis and management of somatic symptoms in the elderly patients. Methods:Totally 69 consecutively hospitalized depression patients(≥60 years)were enrolled in the study, and 62 of them completed the 12-month follow-up.The diagnoses were made according to International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problem-10th revision(ICD-10) criteria. The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Somatic Symptom Self-rat-ing Scale-Somatic factor(SSS-S)were used to assess the severity of depression, anxiety and somatic symptoms, which were evaluated at baseline,2 weeks,4 weeks and the end of 12-monthr espectively. The Minimum Mental State Examination(MMSE)were used to evaluate cognitive function, and Global Assessment Function(GAF)were used to evaluate social function at the end of 12-month follow-up.Result:Somatic symptoms presented in the all patients at the stages of depressive episode. The most common ones were gastrointestinal symptoms(91%),dizzi-ness or headache(66%),cardiovascular symptoms(59%).SSS-S scores at 2 weeks and 4 weeks of antidepressant treatment were significantly improved compared with those of baseline,[(13.6 ±3.2),(12.4 ±2.8)vs.(17.1 ± 4.8),analyzed by repeated measures of ANOVA,P <0.05].The changes of SSS-S scores were positive associated to the changes of anxiety symptoms and the effect of physical diseases, analyzed by hierarchical linear model analy-sis.At the stages of rehabilitation, residual somatic symptoms were positive associated to the degree of anxiety symptoms(OR =2.132,P <0.05),and unrelated to the level of HAMD,MMSE and GAF scores analyzed by logis-tic regression analysis. Conclusion:Somatic symptoms are various in elderly inpatients with depression during the a-cute phase, which are improved greatly as effective antidepressant treatment, and still have residual somatic symp-toms at the stage of rehabilitation. The effect of physical diseases and anxiety symptoms have influence on somatic symptoms.

Objective:To explore effects of life review therapy on self-management efficacy and self-perceived burden in elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 80 elderly patients with gastric cancer who were treated and received surgical treatment in Liaoning Cancer Hospital and Institute were selected as the research objects from November 2018 to October 2019. The patients hospitalized from November 2018 to April 2019 were set as the control group, and the patients hospitalized from May to October 2019 were set as the experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the experimental group were given life review therapy on the basis of routine nursing. Strategies Used by People to Promote Health (SUPPH) and Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS) were used to compare the effects of interventions. A total of 37 patients in the control group completed the study, while 39 patients in the experimental group completed the study. Results:After the intervention, the total score of SUPPH and scores of positive attitude and self-decompression dimensions of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P< 0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference in the score of self-decision dimension between the two groups ( P>0.05) . After the intervention, the total score of SPBS and scores of physical burden and emotional burden dimension of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference in the score of the economic burden dimension between the two groups ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:Life review therapy can improve the self-management efficacy and self-perceived burden of elderly patients with gastric cancer, and it is worthy of promotion and application.

Objective:To construct a core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses. Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study. A preliminary draft of the core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses was developed through literature review and expert group coordination from June to November 2022. The core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses was established using the Delphi method for expert consultation and the analytic hierarchy process. Results:A total of 54 experts from 11 hospitals and four medical schools in 10 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government across the country were included in two rounds of expert consultation. The effective response rates of the questionnaire were all 100%, with an expert authority coefficient of 0.90, Kendall coordination coefficients of 0.089 to 0.179 and 0.101 to 0.176 ( P<0.01). The final established core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses included seven primary indicators and 69 secondary indicators. Conclusions:The core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses is comprehensive and has the characteristics of specialized oncology nursing, and the construction process is scientific and reliable, laying the foundation for future training of oncology advanced practice nurses.
