1.The enlightenment of Fu's subcutaneous needling on pain medicine.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(6):591-593
Fu's subcutaneous needling (FSN) is a modern approach developed from traditional Chinese acupuncture. It could give some stimulation in the subcutaneous region that has a quick and long-lasting effect on soft tissue injuries and some of the internal medicine diseases. It is a safe approach without adverse reaction. Through analysis of the features and possible mechanism of FSN, it is believed that research on mechanism of FSN is beneficial to the development of modern medicine, especially to pain management.

Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2010;30(5):466-471
Objective To characterize the relationship between such phenotypes and the patterns of genetic mutations in the corresponding resistance genes in drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB)isolates in Shenzhen of China during 2007-2008.Methods According to standard of WHO,International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease(IUATLD),136 strains of MTB were collected by performing drug sensitivity test(DST)to isoniazid, rifampicin, streptomycin, ofloxacin and kanamycin on Lowenstein-Jensen in 1%proportion method.Genetic mutations in the corresponding resistance genes (rpoB,katG,rpsL,rrs1,gyrAB,rrs2)in these MTB isolates were identified by PCR,followed by DNA sequencing of the purified PCR products. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)values of the aforementioned anti-tuberculosis drugs were determined for these MTB clinical isolates by two-fold dilution method in vitro. Results A total of 123 isolates were collected,73 isolates were drug resistant.50 isolates were drug susceptible.Among the isolates that were resistant to isoniazid, rifampicin, streptomycin.ofloxacin and kanamycin, the proportion of isolates that harboured mutations in the respective genes was 84.6%,93.6%,65.9%,100%,61.1%.For katG gene, the mutation detected were S315T or S315N.For rpoB,the most frequently found changes were S531L(30/44,68.2%)and H526D(9/44,20.5%)or H526R(1/44,2.3%).The reported mutations that K43R and KS8Q were founded in the rpsL locus and 491C→T and 513A→C were founded in the rrs1 gene related with streptomycin-resistant strains. For gyrA,all gyrA mutations were clustered in codons 90,91,and 94 apart from the S95T that was natural polymorphism.accounted for 81.1% of the ofloxacin-resistant isolates, and condon 91 was the most frequently mutated. No mutation were found in gyrB.The most frequent substitution were 1400 A→G(9/11,81.8%)and 1483 G→T(2/11,18.2%)in a specific region of the rrs2 gene related with kanamycin-resistant strains. No mutations except S95T of gyrA detected in the drug-susceptible isolates. The MIC values of clinical drug-resistant strains that the same drug-resistant group contains a different resistance phenotype are basically the same with the relevant resistance genes in the same mutation.Associated resistance mutations in different sites varied significantly with their MIC values. Conclusion The mutation characterization of drug-resistant and drug-suscep-tible isolates of MTB have been shown to vary according to geographic region, phenotypic characteristics exist difference in resistance levels due to different muntants of drug-resistant gene.

A series of 2-(3-butynoicamidophenyl)benzothiazole derivatives were synthesized starting from 4-fluoro-3-nitrobenzoic acid. Structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and HR-MS. Their antitumor activities against human tumor cells lines (HCT116, Mia-PaCa2, U87-MG, A549, NCI-H1975) were evaluated by MTT assay. The results revealed that most of the synthesized compounds showed potent activities against HCT116, Mia-PaCa2, U87-MG tumor cells lines. Particularly, compounds 14c and 14h exhibited better activity with IC50 values of 1 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1) against U87-MG and HCT116 respectively. The structure-activity relationship of compounds was also discussed preliminarily.

Caused by Helminthosporium carposaprum, tomato brown lea f spot was a serious disease in green house in Henan Province. The condition for promoting sporulation of fungi were tested in this paper. The results showed th at the number of sporulation were different on the different medium, the fungi c ould sporulate a lot on the PDA+tomato leaf and Czapek medium, but V8、PSA and t omato juice restrained sporulation. The best carbon source and nitrogen source f or the fungi promoting sporulation were fructose and ammonium chloride respectiv ely, mannitol and Peptone ammonium sulfate restrained sporulation. Light and ult raviolet radiation were in favor of sporulation , ultraviolet radiation irradiat ing for 60~80min promoted sporulation. The fungi were promoted sporulation on the condition of lower or higher temperature and alkalescence, which 15℃o r 30℃,pH 8~9.

World Journal of Emergency Medicine 2010;1(3):201-204
BACKGROUND: This study was undertaken to determine the prevalence of organ failure and its risk factors in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) . METHODS: A retrospective analysis was made of 186 patients with SAP who were had been hospitalized in the intensive care unit of Jinzhong First People's Hospital between March 2000 and October 2009. The patients met the diagnostic criteria of SAP set by the Surgical Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2006. The variables collected included age, gender, etiology of SAP, the number of comorbidit, APACHEII score, contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) pancreatic necrosis, CT severity index (CTSI) , abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) , the number of organ failure, and the number of death. The prevalence and mortality of organ failure were calculated. The variables were analyzed by unconditional multivariate logistic regression to determine the independent risk factors for organ failure in SAP. RESULTS: Of 186 patients, 96 had organ failure. In the 96 patients, 47 died. There was a significant association among the prevalence of organ failure and age, the number of comorbidity, APACHEII score, CECT pancreatic necrosis, CTSI, and ACS. An increase in age, the number of comorbidity, APACHEII score, CECT pancreatic necrosis were correlated with increased number of organ failure. Age, the number of comorbidity, APACHEII score, CECT pancreatic necrosis, CTSI and ACS were assessed by unconditional multivariate logistic regression. CONCLUSIONS: Organ failure occurred in 51.6% of the 186 patients with SAP. The mortality of SAP with organ failure was 49.0%. Age, the number of comorbidity, APACHEII score, CECT pancreatic necrosis, CTSI and ACS are independent risk factors of organ failure.

Objective To study the change of the level of serum leptin in children with primary nephritic syndrome(PNS)treated with glucocorticosteroid. Methods Totally 30 PNS patients and 26 healthy children in whom were a matchable age,sex and body mass index(BMI)with the PNS patients were recruited in this study. The PNS patients were treated with prednisone in middle-term or long-term coure of treatment.Serum leptin and BMI of PNS patients were abserved before treatment, after 2,6 months treatment and in the end.The se-rum total cholesteroc(TC)and triglyeride(TG)were abserved in PNS patients after 2,6 months treatment and in the end. Results The se-rum leptin level was(2.75?2.29)?g/L in the PNS patient before treatment and control group was(2.65?2.22)?g/L.There was not significantly different between the PNS patient and control group. The level of serum leptin after 2 months treatment was(9.29?7.19)?g/L and BMI was(18.12?1.90)kg/m2.They were higher than that in control group,6 months treatment and in the end(Pa
