1.The enlightenment of Fu's subcutaneous needling on pain medicine.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(6):591-593
Fu's subcutaneous needling (FSN) is a modern approach developed from traditional Chinese acupuncture. It could give some stimulation in the subcutaneous region that has a quick and long-lasting effect on soft tissue injuries and some of the internal medicine diseases. It is a safe approach without adverse reaction. Through analysis of the features and possible mechanism of FSN, it is believed that research on mechanism of FSN is beneficial to the development of modern medicine, especially to pain management.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2010;29(3):313-315
Objective To undemtand the rhythm of urinary iodine level of children aged 8-10 in Chongqing city. Methods In April 2008,using the stratified random sampling method,we sampled 60 children aged 8-10 in a lodging primary school in Chongqing(20 per age group, half male and half female),the urine samples were collected in the morning and at 10:00,12:30,16:00,iodine in urine was detected by method of Ce and arsenic catalytic speetrophotometry(WS/T 107-2006).The difference of the urinary iodine level was compared by age,sex and time of day. Results The median urinary iodine of 60 children was 265.07μg/L on the overall.Irrespective of the stratification factors, excluding morning urinary iodine(366.75μg/L)and urinary iodine at 10:00(338.30 μg/L),the urinary iodine between 12:30(235.15μg/L)and 16:00(251.50μg/L)was not significant(all P>0.05),statistically significant differences(all P<0.05)were found between any two.The urinary iodine of 8-year-old group at different times of the day was significantly different(all P<0.05),except between morning urinary iodine (298.90 μg/L)and at 10:00,16:00(279.00,286.59 μg/L),between urinary iodine at 10:00 and 16:00(all P>0.05).The 9-year-old group's urinary iodine were not significantly different between morning urine(366.15μg/L)and 10:00(368.10 μg/L),and between 12:30(244.00 μg/L)and 16:00(186.30 μg/L,all P>0.05),significant differences were faund at other times of the day(all P<0.05).The 10-year-old group of urinary iodine changed very little before 12:30 (382.85,449.60,337.00 μg/L, all P > 0.05 ), followed by rapid decline to 16: 00 (269.35 μg/L), and compared with the morning urine and 10:00, there was significant difference(all P < 0.05).Regardless boys or girls, the urinary iodine at different times qf the day was significantly different (all P < 0.05),except between morning urinary iodine(337.32,309.28 μg/L) and at 10:00(316.15,288.27 μg/L), between urinary iodine at 12:30(251.18,211.45 μg/L) and 16:00(235.02,211.45 μg/L, all P > 0.05). Conclusions The change of urinary iodine level in children aged 8 - 10 was not obvious before noon, changes can be seen in the afternoon.Urinary iodine level before 10:00 is indicative.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2007;42(1):13-18
Linear solvation energy relationships are of a great value in investigating quantitative structure-retention relationship and quantitative structure-activity relationship, and predicting chromatographic retention indices of drugs. Several quantitative relationships in different in vitro biomembrane-mimetic models between retention factors and molecular descriptors have been established successfully and used to clarify drug-membrane interaction mechanisms. Quantitative structure-activity relationships also have been established to predict drug intestinal absorption, permeation of skin and blood-brain barrier. This review focused on the significance and widely application of linear solvation energy relationships in quantitative assessment for mechanisms of partitioning and absorption of drugs. The discrepancy and limits of linear solvation energy relationships were also discussed, which gives us a better insight into investigation of partitioning and absorption of drugs.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2008;29(10):668-671
Objective To investigate the renal pelvic pressure(RPP) during minimally invasivepereutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL),and inspect its influence to postoperative fever. MethodsThe RPP was measured by baroeeptor, and these data about pressure and postoperative fever wereevaluated statistically. Results The mean RPP was 14.72 mm Hg,the mean accumulative time of RPP≥30 mm Hg was 116.06 s. Fifteen cases(18. 75%)had a postoperative fever. Logistical analysissuggested that postoperative fever did not correlate to sex(P=0.195),age(P=0.641),urinary tractinfection (P=0.663),white blood cell≥10 × 109/L in blood routine examination postoperatively (P=0.751),once an occurrence of RPP≥40 mm Hg(P=0.662),while infection calculi (P=0.000),percutaneous tract size(P=0.029),mean RPP(P=0.036) ,mean RPP≥20 mm Hg(P=0.013),accumulative time of RPP≥30 mm Hg(P=0.010) and RPP≥30 mm Hg longer than 50 s(P=0.024)contributed to postoperative fever. Conclusions Renal pelvic pressure generally remains lower than alevel to back flow (30 mm Hg) during MPCNL. A transient renal pelvic pressure≥30 mm Hg don'tcountribute to postoperative fever, while a temporary high pressure status(50 s)would had an accumulated effect which means an enough back flow to bring a fever.

Objective To explore the reasons and preventive measures of early dislocation after total hip arthroplasty in elder patients. Method A retrospective study was done to analyze dislocation time, reason and time of 168 elderly patients with early anti-dislocation after total hip arthroplasty in joint surgery. Results Only 7 patients (4.1%) had type I joint dislocation, including 2 male and 5 female patients aged 65~89 years. The dislocation happened in 4~5 weeks postoperatively, mainly resulting from hip joint over flexion when urinating in bed, sleep-turning, loaded-moving, walking and stoop and diachoresis. Conclusions For the elderly patients after total hip replacement, it is type I dislocation which happened 4 ~ 5 weeks after operation, more femal than male, reasons including over-exercrse. Effective prevention measures includes regular rehabilitation training, early precautions enhanced mental support and safety nursing.
