Objective To investigate the effects of extracts of Chinese Angelica and Milkvetch root on the absorption of ginsenoside in rats. Methods A total of 12 female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:Ginseng-experimental group(Ginseng extract 8.0 g · kg-1 · d-1),Chinese Angelica-experimental group (Chinese Angelica extract 3.2 g · kg-1 · d-1),Milkvetch root-experimental group (Milkvetch root extract 16.0 g · kg-1 · d-1) and combination-experimental group (Ginseng extract 8.0 g · kg-1 d-1 + Chinese Angelica extract 1.6 g · kg-1 · d-1 +Milkvetch root extract 8.0 g · kg-1 · d-1),3 rats in each group.Rats were weighed, after an overnight fast, the extracts were intragastrical administration on the next day.Blood samples were drawn from orbit at 1 h,2 h,3 h after administration. The peak areas of ginsenoside Rb1 (G-Rb1),ginsenoside Rc (G-Rc),ginsenoside Rb2 (G-Rb2) and ginsenoside Rd (G-Rd) in fossa orbitalis plasma were measured in four groups with reversed phase-HPLC.And the differences of concentrations between groups were compared. Results By comparison of the concentrations of ginsenosides in Ginseng-experimental group,Chinese Angelica-experimental group,Milkvetch root-experimental group and combination-experimental group,it was found that the contents of G-Rb1,G-Rc,G-Rb2 and G-Rd in combination-experimental group were much higher than that in Ginseng-experimental group (data was not detected). Conclusion Extracts of Chinese Angelica and Milkvetch root have some promotion effects on the absorption of ginsenosides.

Objective To observe the effect of hot compress for foot on the anus exhaust time of patients after abdomen operation. Methods One hundred and twenty four patients after abdomen operation were randomly divided into two groups of the experiment group and the control group. The control group waa treated with regular nursing.Besides regular nursing, six hours after operation, the experiment group also accepted hot compress for foot with electric heater.twice perday and three minutes per treatment. The anus exhaust times were observed and recorded. Results The anus exhaust times of the experiment group were obviously earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hot compress for foot accelerates the anus exhaust time.enhances the comfort of patients, and promotes the organism heMing.

Objective To compare the effects of invasive blood pressure monitoring of the shallow temporal artery and radial artery in infants. Methods 40 infants with serious illness were randomly selected to monitor their blood pressure by puncturing the shallow temporal artery and radial artery on the same side. The success rate of puncture at a time, average puncture time, press time after extubation and complications during cannulation were compared. Results The success rate of puncture at a time in the shallow temporal artery was higher than that in the radial artery ( x2 = 12.17 ,P <0. 01 ). The average puncture time for the shallow temporal artery and the radial artery were ( 7.05 ± 1.50) min and ( 11.18 ± 2.51 ) min, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant( t = 11.69, P < 0. 01 ). The press time of the shallow temporal artery after extubation [(9.45 ± 1.72) min]was longer than that of the radial artery[( 8.00 ± 1.63 ) min]( t = 10. 84, P < 0. 01 ),the occurrence of needle displacement and dislocation during cannulation were significantly higher in the shallow temporal artery ( x2 = 4.501, P < 0. 05 ) and the occurrence of hemorrhage and hematoma at the puncture site was not significantly different (x2 = 0. 353,0. 215;P > 0. 05 ). Conclusions It is safe and feasible to choose the shallow temporal artery for invasive blood pressure monitoring in infants with serious illness, and it could improve the success rate of puncture, save puncture time, not only gain time for rescue, but also reduce nurses' workload.

Objective To construct the head nurses performance evaluation system in order to measure their performance fairly and equitably and to enhance their responsibility, crisis and sense of competition. Methods Many methods were used such as the balanced scorecard four elements were used to construct the basic framework of the performance evaluation system and Delphi method was used to determine the various index, analytic hierarchy process was used to identify the index of value at all levels. Results Two wheels consultation were used and the enthusiasm of experts was high with the coefficient was 88% and authoritative coefficient was 0.76.Four primary indexes of performance evaluation system were consisted, such as finance, client, interior process, learn and study. It included sixteen secondary indexes, such as nursing service projects, nursing equipments, patients and families, nurses, doctors, and so on.Conclusions Performance evaluation system construction of head nurses based on the Delphi method can measure their performance fairly and equitably and it is worth to applyingin nursing.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salmeterol fluticasone propionate combined with montelukast in the treatment of moderate and severe bronchial asthma. Methods 112 patients with moderate and severe bronchial asthma in Taizhou hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control and the study group according to the time of visiting hospital, 56 cases in each group. The control group were given salmeterol fluticasone propionate for treatment, the study group were treated with salmeterol fluticasone propionate combined with montelukast .Keep a record of the asthma control test (ACT), forced expiratory volume (FEV1) percentage expected index changes of pre-treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. Results ACT score and FEV1 percentage expected index changes of two groups there was no significant difference before the treatment. After treatment, ACT score and FEV1 percentage expected index changes of the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone propionate combined with montelukast in the treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients.

Platelets are reprogrammed by cancer via a process called education, which favors cancer development. The transcriptional profile of tumor-educated platelets (TEPs) is skewed and therefore practicable for cancer detection. This intercontinental, hospital-based, diagnostic study included 761 treatment-naïve inpatients with histologically confirmed adnexal masses and 167 healthy controls from nine medical centers (China, n = 3; Netherlands, n = 5; Poland, n = 1) between September 2016 and May 2019. The main outcomes were the performance of TEPs and their combination with CA125 in two Chinese (VC1 and VC2) and the European (VC3) validation cohorts collectively and independently. Exploratory outcome was the value of TEPs in public pan-cancer platelet transcriptome datasets. The AUCs for TEPs in the combined validation cohort, VC1, VC2, and VC3 were 0.918 (95% CI 0.889-0.948), 0.923 (0.855-0.990), 0.918 (0.872-0.963), and 0.887 (0.813-0.960), respectively. Combination of TEPs and CA125 demonstrated an AUC of 0.922 (0.889-0.955) in the combined validation cohort; 0.955 (0.912-0.997) in VC1; 0.939 (0.901-0.977) in VC2; 0.917 (0.824-1.000) in VC3. For subgroup analysis, TEPs exhibited an AUC of 0.858, 0.859, and 0.920 to detect early-stage, borderline, non-epithelial diseases and 0.899 to discriminate ovarian cancer from endometriosis. TEPs had robustness, compatibility, and universality for preoperative diagnosis of ovarian cancer since it withstood validations in populations of different ethnicities, heterogeneous histological subtypes, and early-stage ovarian cancer. However, these observations warrant prospective validations in a larger population before clinical utilities.
