Objective:
To study the expression of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) H19 in human prostate cancer tissue and its effect on the glycometabolism and growth of human prostate cancer cells.
METHODS:
Realtime quantitative RTPCR (qRTPCR) was employed to detect the expression of lncRNA H19 in human prostate tissues from 20 patients with prostate cancer (10 cases of highGleason score prostate cancer [HGPC] and 10 cases of lowGleason score prostate cancer [LGPC]) and another 5 with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). After transfection of H19 siRNA into the DU145 and PC3 prostate cancer cells, the growth of the cells and the H19 expression in the cells were determined by MTT and qRTPCR respectively, and the changes in the glycometabolism of the prostate cancer cells were analyzed by measuring the contents of glucose and lactate in the culture medium. Nontransfected and transfected negative vectors were used as blank and negative controls respectively.
RESULTS
The relative expression of H19 was significantly increased in both the HGPC and LGPC tissues (0.725±0.385 and 2.086±0.542) as compared with that in the BPH tissue (0.210±0.068) (P< 0.01), even higher in the HGPC than in the LGPC tissue (P< 0.01). After transfection of H19 siRNA, the expressions of H19 were remarkably decreased in the DU145 and PC3 prostate cancer cells in comparison with those in the blank control and negative control groups (P< 0.01), and so were the proliferation of and the glucose and lactate levels in the DU145 and PC3 cells (P< 0.01).

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province, and to provide theoretical reference and scientific basis for prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods Descriptive epidemiology methods were used to analyze the cases of brucellosis in Yilan County in 2012 - 2016. The epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Yilan County were analyzed in time distribution, regional distribution and population distribution. Results The total of reported brucellosis was 385, the average annual incidence rate was 18.33/100 thousand, among them, most cases occurred in 2013, which was 92 cases, the incidence rate was 21.90/100 thousand, and a total of 64 cases were diagnosed in 2014, with the lowest morbidity, the incidence rate was 15.24/100 thousand. The peak of incidence happened from February to July, the number of cases was 269, accounting for 69.87%. The number of cases in other months was 116 cases, which occupied 30.13%of the total cases. In 2012-2016, the disease was spreading to every township and village of Yilan. Yugong village had the highest morbidity, it was 43.50/100 thousand, and there were 87 villagers suffered from this disease in total. Yilan township had the lowest morbidity, it was 5.66/100 thousand, and there were 30 patients. Male had the highest incidence, male and female incidence ratio was 3.64:1.00 (302:83). The peak age of onset was 31-60 years old, accounting for 72.47% (279/385). After analyzing the incidence of occupational groups, farmer was the highest, accounting for 90.13% (347/385). Most of brucellosis patients contacted with pigs, cows and sheep, accounted for 56.36% (217/385). Conclusions There are many cases of brucellosis in Yilan County, and the occupation is mainly farmers. The infection route is mostly in contact with livestock. In the future, in response to the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Yilan County, appropriate preventive measures should be taken to control the local outbreak.

Under the background of "Internet+Healthcare", the iterative development and large-scale application of new technologies have brought great impact on doctor-patient relationship, and promoted the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship to a certain extent. By analyzing the impact of "Internet+Healthcare" on doctor-patient relationship, this paper proposed to deepen the patient-centered doctor-patient relationship model, enhance the efficiency of doctor-patient communication and improve communication channels between doctors and patients, strengthen the supervision of internet medical information, and call on new media to actively promote the development of doctor-patient relationship.
