OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination the contents determination of hydroxysafflor yel-low A and salvianolic acid B in Compound danshen oral solution. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of SHIMADZU ODS-C18 with mobile phase of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (35:65,V/V) at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,dection wavelength was 403 nm for hydroxysafflor yellow A and 286 nm for salvianolic acid B and column temperature was 35 ℃, the volume injection was 20μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 2.01-20.10μg/ml for hydroxysafflor yellow A(r=0.999 9)and 39.80-398.00μg/ml(r=0.999 9) for salvianolic acid B. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%;recoveries were 98.26%-101.25%(RSD=0.94%,n=9)and 98.70%-101.35%(RSD=0.71%,n=9),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is feasible and reproducible,and can be used for the contents determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and salvianolic acid B in Com-pound danshen oral solution.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurrence features of adverse drug reactions(ADR)and evaluate the quality of ADR reports in our hospital in order to promote clinic rational drug use and improve the quality of ADR monitoring.METHO-DS:A total of 150 ADR cases collected in our hospital during 2005～2006 were analyzed in respect of ADR patients' age and sex,drug kinds,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations,ADR report quality etc using Excel.RESULTS:The ADR were predominantly induced by antimicrobial drugs and characterized by the damage of skin and its appendants.The ADR reporting rate was on the low side and the reporting quantity remained to be enhanced.CONCLUSION:ADR monitoring and publicizing should be further reinforced and professional staff's responsibility awareness remains to be improved to lessen ADR incidence.

Objective This study aims to assess the current status of pharmaceutical management in county medical communities in Hubei province,and provide recommendations for the homogenization,standardization,and regulation of pharmaceutical management in these communities.It also intends to offer decision-making support for health administrative departments,and provide reference experiences for management in other regions.Methods The current status of pharmaceutical management in county medical communities in Hubei province was conducted through a questionnaire survey and field research.Existing problems were analyzed,key management areas were identified,and reasonable recommendations were proposed.Results Pharmaceutical management in county medical communities has significant shortcomings in organizational structure,system construction,personnel allocation,key link control,and the leading unit's outreach capabilities.These deficiencies are not aligned with the high-quality development of pharmacy in the new era.Conclusions It is recommended that county medical communities should establish a comprehensive pharmaceutical management quality control system.This can be achieved by improving organizational management,strengthening talent development,enhancing core systems,setting monitoring indicators,and increasing outreach capabilities.Additionally,evaluation standards for the quality control system of pharmaceutical management should be established to enhance management capabilities through scientific assessment and positive feedback.
