1.Study on calmodulin-binding proteins in lympnocytes
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
Utilizing the ~(125)I-Calmodulin-overlay technique, we have detected calmodulin-binding proteins (CaMBPs) in crude extracts of lymphocytes. The results indicated that appendix (B cell), mesenteric lymph node (T, B cell) and spleen (T, B cell) from rabbit contained 19, 20 and 16 species of CaMBPs respectively. Ten CaMBPs with molecular weight 80, 78, 70, 63,50, 41, 36, 22, 17 and 13.5 K D were present in all lymphocytes detected. Lymphocytes were rich in two kind of CaMBPs with molecular weight 17 and 13.5 K D which bound calmodulin in partial calcium-dependent manner.

Objective To explore the organic and biological contamination in water body of Jin River of Tianjin. Methods Three sections were set up in the upper reaches, middle reaches and lower reaches of Jin River respectively. 6 sampling points were set up in each section of the river. The levels of BOD_5~(20), total count of bacteria, fecal coliform count of the river water were determined. The obtained data were assessed based on GB3838-2002 the National Criterion for Environmental Quality of Surface Water. Results The levels of BOD_5~(20) of river water samples collected from each section of Jin River exceeded the standard ruled by GB3838-2002 Grade V. The levels of fecal coliform count of water samples were between the national standards of Grade Ⅲ and Ⅴ of GB3838-2002. The water samples collected from different sections of Jin River water showed no significant differences in the levels of BOD_5~(20) and fecal coliform count, and significant difference in total count of bacteria. Significantly higher levels of total count of bacteria were observed in water samples collected from upper reaches of Jin River compared with those collected from lower reaches (P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
In the isolated rabbit aorta, like verapamil ( Ver ) anisodamine ( Ani ) might inhibit the contraction induced by phenylephrine ( PE ) and high K+ with IC50 value of 120 and 86 ? mol/L, respectively. PE/K+ ratio of IC50 was 1.4 which was less than that of Ver. It showed that although PDC may be more sensitive to Ani than ROC, the difference in sensitivity of Ani on 2 calcium chan- nel are less marked than that of some calcium antagonists. Ani had inhibitory effects on 2 contractile components of serotonin (5-HT ) . Ani and Ver could obviously inhibit post-resting potentiatipn and staircase phenomenon in guinea pig atria. Ani also might inhibit the contraction induced by calcium and shift concentration-response nonparallelly to right on both tissues above. The results suggest that Ani possesses nonspecific calcium antagonistic effect and reduces the tension by affecting PDC and ROC to decrease extracellular calcium influx and inhibiting intracellular calcium release.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To summarize the experiences of reoperations on Ebstein's anomaly. Methods Clinical data of 17 cases of Ebstein's anomaly (6 males and 11 females, aged from 3 to 54 years old, averaged 23) were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients felt short breath and palpitation after exertion, and cyanosis was found in two patients. In the first operation, downwards displaced tricuspid valve leaflet was suspended and atrialized right ventricle was replicated in 14 cases, tricuspid anuloplasty and atrial septal defect were repaired in 2 cases, and tricuspid valve was replaced in 1 case. The interval time between two operations was 1-20 years in an average of 8 years. Before second operation, the cardiac function was NYHA Ⅱ in 6 cases, NYHA Ⅲ in 11 cases. Eight cases received Ebstein's anomaly anatomic correction, including transplanting downward displaced tricuspid valve and excising atrialized right ventricle. Seven cases received tricuspid valve replacement. Two cases received tricuspid valveplasty. All of operations were performed on arrested heart with moderate hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. The time of cardiopulmonary bypass was 70-287 (89.3?11.1)min, the time of aorta clamping was 70-287 (64.0?8.6)min. The transesophageal echocardiography was routinely performed before the operations and after the hearts rebeating. Results No case died in hospital, and all the patients were followed up for 1-3 years. Transesophageal echocardiography showed the tricuspid valve was closed well (non-reflow in 9 cases, mild reflow in 1 case) in 10 cases which received Ebstein's anatomic correction and tricuspid valveplasty. The cardiac function states of patients were significantly improved (NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅱ). Conclusion Most of patients with reoperations on Ebstein's anomaly can received anatomic correction. Tricuspid valve replacement is available if the pathology of tricuspid valve is severe.

Objective: To clone and express the recombinant human Vasostatin120-180aa domain and to investigate its activity of inhibiting angiogenesis in CAM. Methods: After amplifying gene of human Vasostatin120-180aa domain, we sub-cloned it into pQE30 vector and expressed Vasostatin120-180aa domain by E. coli. We also tested its ability of inhibiting angiogenesis in CAM. Results: The total gene length of human Vasostatin120-180aa domain is 180 bp. Expressed by pQE30 system in E. coli and purified by IMAC, Vasostatin120-180aa was detected by SDS-PAGE, in which there is a positive band and molecular weight is about 8 kD. Conclusions: Recombinant human Vasostatin120-180aa could play effective role in anti-angiogenesis in CAM and it showed a dose dependent effect in some degree.
