1.The relationship of helicobacter pylori infection and FPG,lipid,glucose,uric acid, PLT,PDW and MPV in serum among health population

Objective To investigate the infection status of helicobacter pylori(Hp) among health examination population ,and its relationship to lipids ,glucose ,uric acid ,PLT ,PDW and MPV .Methods Hp antibody in serum was tested by immune colloidal gold assay among of health population .And serum lipids ,glucose ,uric acid ,PLT ,PDW and MPV were measured in some subjects . A retrospective analysis was done to the data of 2 147 cases in health examination population .Results The infection rates of Hp was 38 .80% (833/2 147) in 2 147 cases .Among them ,the infection rate in male was 41 .10% (538/1 309) ,and which in female was 35 .20% (295/838) ,it was statistical difference in the infection rate in between male and female(P<0 .05) .The infection rate in age group(40 to 49) was higher than which in other age group and It was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,and there were significant difference in between male age group and in female age group(P<0 .05) .Comparing the control group ,the serum levels of TC , LDL‐C were significantly higher(P<0 .05) ,while the serum level of HDL‐C was obviously lower(P<0 .05) .In patients with Hp infection and TC>5 .17 mmol/L ,the level of glucose and uric acid were significantly higher(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The distribu‐tion of the Hp infection was difference in gender and age;The infection of HP can effect the metabolism of serum lipids ,glucose and uric acid .
2.The fungi from anemones in the intertidal zone of Qingdao sea area and the antimicrobial substance they produced

In this study,amount to 23 strains of marine fungi had been isolated from anemones which inhabited on the rocks of the intertidal zone of Qingdao sea area,and the bioactivity of antimicroorganism had been determined.There are 15 strains of fungi from Anthopleura Qingdaoenisis Pei belong to 4 different genus of Fungi Imperfecti,and 8 strains of fungi from A.Midori fall respectively into 6 genus of fungi inperfecti.Among the 23 strains of fungi isolated,there are 3 strains that can inhibit the pathomycete of plants.

'Ozone hole' , which cause a great increment of the UV radiation to the earth surface, is a exclusive phenomena over the Antarctic. After living in high UV radiation for a long time , plankton in the Antarctic have produced many anti-radiation active substances. In this article, the properties, configurations, functions, etc. of anti-radiation active substances in algae, bacteria and fungi in the Antarctic wen: summarized. At the same time, significative illuminations on the studies and utilization of anti-radiation and anti-tumour active substances are expected.
4.Retrospective analysis of cytomegalovirus infection in children of Wuhu City

Objective To investigate the cytomegalovirus( CMV) infection in children of Wuhu City. Methods Serum samples from children n=874 were tested for CMV-IgM using commercial ELISA kits. Re-sults The CMV-IgM detective rate of serum samples from 874 children was 4. 46%. The positive rate of CMV-IgM was 4. 89%(26/531cases)and 3. 79%(13/343 cases)in boys and girls,respectively. There was no signifi-cant difference in the positive rate of CMV-IgM between boys and girls(χ2 =0. 37,P>0. 05). The positive rate peaked in children at age of >6 months~1 year(10. 19%). Clinical manifestations included liver dysfunction, neurological diseases,jaundice and pneumonia. Conclusion The positive rate of CMV-IgM in children in local district of Wuhu city is high,which should be given due attention.
5.Synthesis of A Novel Fluorescence Switch Conjugated Polymers and Its Discrimination Ability Toward S-Adenosylmethionine

A novel fluorescent switch was constructed based on poly 3-{[ 1-( 2-hydrazino-2-oxoethyl ) piperidin-4-ylidene] methyl}thiophene ( PMTH ) in the presence of Pb2﹢ or S-adenosylmethionine ( SAM ) . The switch turned off in the presence of Pb2﹢owing to complex effect, and the fluorescence intensity of PMTH solution was efficiently quenched by Pb2﹢ ions. Upon adding SAM to the Pb2﹢-PMTH solution, which was stronger Pb2﹢ chelators, it could form more stable SAM-Pb2﹢, the Pb2﹢ ion was displaced from PMTH and the fluorescence of PMTH was recovered. By triggering the turn-on signal of PMTH, a new discrimination ability toward SAM method for the determination of SAM was established. The effects of the interaction on the fluorescence spectral characteristics of these Pb2﹢-PMTH and Pb2﹢-SAM complexes in H2 O-CH3 CH2 OH(4:1, V/V) solution, suitable reaction conditions and influencing factors were investigated. This method offered good sensitivity and selectivity for detecting SAM in the presence of amino acids and metal ions. Under optimum conditions, the concentration of SAM in the range from 1. 0 × 10-8-2. 0 × 10-6 mol/L exhibited a linear relationship with the relative fluorescence intensity. The regression equation was △I = 68. 51﹢72. 32c (μmol/L), the correlation coefficient r=0. 9982. The limit of detection was 8. 72×10-9 mol/L. The system was successfully applied for detecting SAM in human serum, urine and injection samples.
6.Influence of Gusongbao Capsule on Osteoporosis in Ovariectomized Rats

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Gusongbao capsule for osteoporosis. Methods Experimental osteoporosis rat models were established by extirpation of bilateral ovaries of female rats. Bone morphological indexes, blood biochemical indexes, and daily output of calcium and phosphorus in urine in the Gusongbao treatment group and control group were determined. Results Compared with the control, the average width of bone trabecula, relative bone volume, average thickness of bone cortex, bone calcium, and the average gray degree of femoral head and femoral shaft were high, and the serum calcitonin (CT) and blood calcium increased markedly in the treatment group. High-dose and moderate-dose Gusongbao increased number of osteocytes in per unit area of bone trabecula, decreased serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level and reduced the daily output of urine calcium. Conclusion Gusongbao capsule can obviously inhibit the excessive bone transformation and promote the re-construction of bone and exerts an antagonistic effect on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.

Objective To observe the anti-osteoporosis effect of Gusongbao capsule (GC).Methods Osteoporosis rat models were induced by gastric infusion of vitamin A acid at a dose of 70 mg/kg for 14 days. The bone morphological and blood biochemical indexes and the amount of calcium and phosphorus in urine excreted every day were determined in both treatment group (treated with Gusongbao) and model control group.Results In the treatment group,the average width of bone trabecula,relative bone volume,average thickness of bone cortex,bone calcium,cell number in per unit area of bone trabecula,and the average gray degree of caput femoris and femoral shaft were higher than those in the moderate group. 8.Protective effect of conjugated linoleic acid on vascular endothelial cells

Objective To investigate the effects of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)on survival rate of vascular endothelial cells(VEC).Methods The survival rate of VEC was assessed using MTT method after treating with CLA.Apoptosis and necrosis of the cells were determined using annexin V-propidium iodine double staining.Results CLA significantly increased the cell survival rate to 126.3% after treating for 72h at a dose of 2?mol?L-1,survival in a time-and dose-dependent manner when the concentration was less than 5?mol?L-1.CLA could partly prevent the death of VEC induced by PA and SA.Conclusion CLA can partly prevent the death of VEC induced by PA and SA.The results suggest that CLA are important for the survival of vascular endothelial cells.
9.Study on concentration of docosahexenoic acid in glyceride by hydrolysis of fish oil withlipases

In this paper,the method about hydrolysis of fish oil with lipases for concentrating DHA(docosahexenoic acid) in glycerides was studied.Six lipases were screened with comparing the activities of hydrolysis of fish oil.Candida lipalytica Lipase is resistant to generating DHA in fish oil.The Effects of the quantity of lipases,the emulgent,hydrolysis time,temperature in the process,the ratio of oil to water were studied.The optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of fish oil are 12 hours of hydrolysis under 45℃,with 300 u?g -1 .The emulgent was and the ratio of oil to water was 0.4 mL?g -1 .Under these conditions,the content of DHA in glyceride were concentrated from 18.7% to 34.0%.But the EPA content remained close to that of fish oil.The DHA glyceride containing triglyceride,diglyceride and monoglyceride was identified by IR spectrum combining with separation of HPLC.
