Objective To explore curative effect of Xiyanping and vidarabine in treatment for children with viral encephalitis and its impact on T cells subgroup. Methods Methods In June 2012~October 2014, randomly selected 106 cases of children patients with viral encephalitis, as the research object.Randomized divided into observation group (n=53) cases, control group(n=53).Both two group were performed routine therapy, and then control group was given Xiyanping treatment, observation group was given Xiyanping combined with vidarabine treatment.1 continuous week treatment, compared two groups of T cell subgroup number and symptoms disappear time. Results In the two groups after treatment of T cell subgroup CD3 +, CD4 +,CD8 +was significant increase in the number of observation group increased number was significantly higher than the control group, and statistically significant differences ( P<0.05 ) .The observation group’s antifebrile time ( 2.5 ±1.1 ) d; headache, vomiting disappear time ( 3.6 ±2.2 ) d;disturbance of consciousness disappear time (2.6 ±1.3) d and length of hospital stay (9.3 ±2.4) d were significantly lower than the control group (4.7 ±2.8) d, (6.5 ±2.3)d, (4.3 ±2.2) d, (14.2 ±3.6) d, which were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Observation group’s curative effect for instituting accounted for 73.58%, good rate 92.45%, were significantly higher than the control group 52.83%, 77.36%.which were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 16.98%, mortality was 0%,were significantly lower than that of 33.96%, 9.43% of the control group;Cure rate of observation group (90.57%) was significantly higher than that of 49.06% of control group. Observation group severe sequela incidence 11.32% was significantly lower than that of 39.62% of control group and statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiyangping combined with vidarabine in treatment for children with infantile viral encephalitis can significantly increase the number of T cell subgroup, improve immune function in children with, and curative effect is remarkable and high security.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of siege scheme of TCM for acute cerebral infarction bowel and visceral strike (block pattern). Methods Totally 110 patients were randomly divided into TCM siege scheme group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases) by randomized parallel controlled study with foresight and multicenter. The control group was treated with the standardized treatment, and TCM siege scheme group was treated with TCM siege scheme, including mild hypothermia TCM pillow therapy, TCM rectal enema, and other multiple treatments based on the standardized treatment. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), the time of pulling out urine tube and nasal feeding tube, and the number of tracheotomy caused by illness changes of the two groups were compared. Results The baseline data of two groups have good comparability (P>0.05). On 10, 15 d of treatment, the number of lucid people in the TCM siege scheme group was significantly more than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, treatment group had less number of tracheotomy, and shorter time of success pulling out urine tube and nasogastric feeding tube (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM siege scheme can improve the consciousness of ischemic stroke in patients with acute cerebral infarction bowel and visceral strike, reduce complications, shows shorter successful pull urine tube and nasogastric feeding, and provides guarantee conditions for further rehabilitation treatment.

A harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is an important aspect of the socialist harmonious society. The key of harmonious relationship is to perform effective humanistic caring for patients, to change the service model, to perfect the attitude of service; the patients should seek scientific medical help and adopt a rational attitude towards possible medical accidents. Thus the kind of concordant ambience will come into being in medical treatment.

OBJECTIVETo determine whether increased expressions of gelatinases occur with aging in vivo in kidney tissue of autoimmune MRL/lpr mice by in situ zymography.
METHODSMRL/lpr mice at the age of 8 weeks, 16 weeks and 24 weeks were investigated. Kidney protein extracts were compared for activities of MMP-2/9 by gelatin zymography. Immunohistochemistry and SDS-PAGE gelatin zymography were used to determine the expressions and activities of gelatinase A (MMP-2) and gelatinase B (MMP-9). To determine the net gelatinase activities in murine lupus kidney, in situ zymography was used with autoradiographic emulsion as substrate.
RESULTSBoth gelatinase A and B were seldom detected in the kidney tissue in 8 week old mice, Increased expressions of both latent and activated form enzymes of MMP-2/9 were identified in kidney extraction by SDS-PAGE gelatin zymography and immunohistochemical staining showed both MMP-2 and MMP-9 were obviously up-regulated within glomerulus as well as tubular-interstitium in mice at the age of 16 and 24 weeks. In situ zymography showed markedly increased gelatinase activities in kidney tissue consistent with the results of immunohistochemical staining, it is mainly derived from MMPs and inhibited by EDTA but not by PMSF or aprotinin.
CONCLUSIONSThese in vivo results suggested that MMP-2/-9 expressions were significantly up-regulated with aging in murine lupus nephritis, which may play an important role in promoting the remodeling formation of ECM and thus contribute to the progression of renal damage in this model.

Objective:
To explore the relationship between different serum albumin and lymphocyte levels in patients with 2019-novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) pneumonia (COVID-19).
Methods:
A retrospective study was performed to identify the characteristics of the clinical data of 205 COVID-19 patients who were hospitalized in the Happy Street of Hanchuan People's Hospital, Xiaogan, Hubei Province from January 24 to February 12, 2020, including their general information, serum albumin (ALB) levels, lymphocyte counts (LYM), percentage of lymphocytes (LYM%) and other laboratory parameter levels. Low ALB group and normal ALB group were demarcated by the concentration of 35g/L, further to identify the differences of LYM and LYM% levels and the incidence of LYM and LYM% decline at different ALB levels between groups,as well as the correlation between ALB and LYM, LYM% levels in hypoalbuminemia conditions .
Results:
17.5% of COVID-19 patients were associated with hypoalbuminemia. The levels of LYM and LYM% in the low ALB group were significantly lower than those in the normal ALB group (

"The Expert Group on Tumor Ablation Therapy of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, The Tumor Ablation Committee of Chinese College of Interventionalists, The Society of Tumor Ablation Therapy of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association and The Ablation Expert Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology" have organized multidisciplinary experts to formulate the consensus for thermal ablation of pulmonary subsolid nodules or ground-glass nodule (GGN). The expert consensus reviews current literatures and provides clinical practices for thermal ablation of GGN. The main contents include: (1) clinical evaluation of GGN, (2) procedures, indications, contraindications, outcomes evaluation and related complications of thermal ablation for GGN and (3) future development directions.
