1.Research progress on the community of full-cycle disease management of childhood with epilepsy

Epilepsy is a common chronic disease of the nervous system, which has the characteristics of long course and easy recurrence. Childhood is a period of high incidence of epilepsy. The prognosis of children with epilepsy affects the outcome of the entire epileptic population. Therefore, long-term standardized treatment and nursing are very important to improve the health outcome of patients. This paper reviews the overview, treatment management and nursing management of the community (doctors, nurses, children and parents) of full-cycle disease management of childhood with epilepsy, so as to provide reference for the establishment for the community of full-cycle disease management of childhood with epilepsy.
2.Real experience of caregivers for children with rare diseases: a qualitative study

Objective:To explore the real experience of caregivers for rare disease patients, so as to provide reference for targeted health services.Methods:This study was qualitative. From April 2019 to December 2021, purposive sampling was used to select 14 caregivers of rare disease children hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University as the research subject. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews, and analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results:The real experience of caregivers for rare disease patients was summarized into five themes, including complex psychological feelings, excessive care burden, fragile family function, desire to obtain disease-related information, and actively facing problems.Conclusions:Caregivers for children with rare diseases bear various burdens in the process of taking care of them. Related staff should provide professional knowledge and skills guidance and psychological counseling to caregivers, help them establish positive coping styles, and reduce their care burden.
3.Application progress of family empowerment nursing in the nursing of children with chronic diseases in China

In recent years, the prevalence of chronic diseases among children in China has increased significantly, which has become an important public health problem affecting children's health. This paper reviews the research status of family empowerment nursing for children with chronic diseases and elaborates from the aspects of intervention objects, nursing methods, nursing content and effects, as well as limitations and prospects, in order to provide a basis for exploring the norms and models of family nursing for children with chronic diseases in China.
