2.To analyze the value of DSCTV and DUS in the diagnosis of thrombosis in inferior vena cava and bilateral lower extremities deep venous
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(5):41-44
Objective:To explore the clinical value of dual-source CT direct method lower extremity deep vein CT angiography (DSCTV) and Doppler ultrasound (DUS) in the diagnosis of thrombosis in inferior vena cava and bilateral lower extremities deep venous. Methods: 40 suspected patients with lower extremities deep vein thrombosis (DVT) were enrolled to accept DSCTV, and the every original image data of this detection was analyzed by using multi- mode image reconstruction analysis. One week before and after DSCTV, all of patients need carried out DUS detections for inferior vena cava and bilateral lower extremities deep venous. 22 cases of these patients were detected by lower extremity deep vein X-ray digital subtraction angiography (DSA).Results: There was better consistency for diagnosis results between DUS and DSCTV, and their Kappa value was 0.784. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of DUS for lower extremity DVT, respectively, were 93.4%, 86.7% and 91.6%, and each result of DUS was lower than that of DSCTV (sensitivity with 97.2%, specificity with 91.1% and accuracy with 95.6%). By drawing ROC curve, the AUC value of DUS was 0.897, and that of DSCTV was 0.936, while the difference between them was no significant (Z=1.143,P>0.05).Conclusion: DSCTV possesses unique scanning and post-processing technique, which has a good reference value in the diagnosis for DVT

China Tropical Medicine 2023;23(10):1043-
Abstract: Chronic infection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) is the major cause of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in China. The occurrence of HCC through chronic inflammation follows the Darwinian evolutionary law, known as "mutation-selection-adaptation". Inflammatory mutagenic molecules promote the generation of somatic mutations, and the most mutant cells are eliminated by inflammatory microenvironment. However, a minority of mutant cells survive the selective pressure and develop to tumor initial cells by activating oncogenic signaling pathway and acquiring "stemness" characteristics. Alongside this process, HBV also evolves under the pressure of inflammatory microenvironment, which is characterized by the accumulation of cancer-promoting viral mutations, reducing the ability to infect new individuals. The high-risk mutant strains are eliminated with the death of hosts, leading to a phenomenon termed as "dead-end evolution". HBV evolution contributes to cancer evolution by maintaining the inflammatory microenvironment, activating oncogenic pathways, inducing somatic cell mutations, and altering metabolic patterns. The combo mutations of HBV and HBV integrations can be applied to predict the occurrence and prognosis of HCC. Anti-viral treatment reduces the risk of HCC by relieving inflammation. This article reviews the molecular epidemiological evidence and mechanistic advances related to the co-evolution of HBV and HCC. Clarifying the co-evolutionary pattern of virus and cancer and the key molecular events involved, is beneficial for identifying new biomarkers and therapeutic targets, thus improving the prevention and treatment strategies for HCC.

Objective To prepare cetuximab-β-glucosidase conjugates and to identify its enzymatic activity and an?tibody activity. Methods Cetuximab andβ-glucosidase were crosslinked by Sulfosuccinimidyl-4-(N-maleimidomethyl) cyclohexane-1-carboxylate (Sulfo-SMCC). Cetuximab-β-glucosidase conjugates and its enzymatic and antibody activity were examined by non-reduced SDS-PAGE, colorimetry and indirect immunofluorescence assay. Results We can see clear bands ofβ-glucosidase, cetuximab, cetuximab-β-glucosidase conjugates through electropherogram. Although the en?zymatic activity of cetuximab-β-glucosidase conjugates was lower than that ofβ-glucosidase (U/L:672.97±46.19 vs 869.50± 57.28,t=5.972,P<0.05) shown by colorimetry assay, it still maintain good enzymatic activity. Under fluorescence micro?scope, we can see the conjugates interacted with human bladder cancer EJ cells are in a red fluorescence. Conclusion Ce?tuximab,β-glucosidase were crosslinked successfully by Sulfo-SMCC without altered its enzymatic and antibody activity.

Objective Hermaphroditic planarians possess a very important position in the systematic evolutionary history of animal, as they are capacity of complete regeneration. Hence, the research on histological structure of autofluorescence has been carried out to provide a crucial insight into the developmental and regenerative biology. Methods Part of histological structure of planarian (Dugesia japonica) was revealed with HE method, Masson method and Van Gieson method. Their autofluorescence was observed with ultraviolet. There were six planarians in each stained group and the autofluorescence group. Results Epidermis, outer epidermis of pharynx, protonephridium, intestine, the photoreceptor cells and longitudinal nerve cords, all radiated blue autofluorescence. The epithelial dissociation side of copulatory bursa radiated yellow autofluorescence, its middle part radiated blue autofluorescence, its fundus side radiated weakly blue autofluorescence. Testis could hardly give off autofluorescence. Pigment cells of eyepot could not give off autofluorescence. Conclusion The research on configuration and autofluorescence of planarian eye may offer help for the study of origin and evolutionary law on eye of invertebrate.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Objective To develop a hyperthermia temperature control system for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Temperature was controlled by using PWM method based on a single chip computer. The system was heated by using heating wire. In the whole cycle of T, the heating wire's work time was divided into three different stages according to different temperature of system: in the lower temperature, the duty cycle of the heating wire's work time was 100%; when the system temperature entered to a certain stage, a control variable was obtained through the PID algorithm which was used to compare the difference between the current temperature and the temperature requirements. The control variable determined the duty cycle of the heating wire's work time: the more close to the temperature required for the temperature of system, the duty cycle of the heating wire's work time was more close to 0; if the temperature exceeded a predetermined value, then the heating wire would not heat in the whole cycle. Results The accuracy of the temperature control system was ?0.2 ℃, the overshoot of the temperature control system was ?0.3 ℃, and the response time of the temperature control system was 500 seconds. Conclusion The temperature control method has high precision, small overshoot, and the right response time, which can meet the requirements of constant temperature of hyperthermia treatment. Besides, it is simple and cheap.
