1.Effect of behavioral training of creative art therapy on interpersonal communication in teenagers

Objective:To explore the effect of behavioral training of creative art therapy(CAT) on interpersonal communication in teenagers.Methods:Eighty teenagers were randomly divided into study group( n=40) and control group( n=40).The study group was received the behavioral training of CAT (12 times, each activity lasts for 120 min), and the control group did not take part in the behavioral training of CAT.The two groups were measured with self-esteem scale(SES), shyness scale(SS) and social anxiety scale for children(SASC) before and after behavior training.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and t-test variance analysis and Mann-Whitney U test were used to compare the differences between groups or within groups. Results:Before and after behavioral training, changes in the SES total score (7.00(5.00, 9.75) vs 1.00(0, 2.00)), the SS total score (7.00(6.00, 12.75) vs 2.00(1.00, 3.00)), the SASC total score (5.00(2.00, 8.75) vs 0(0, 1.00)) and two factor scores (3.00(0.25, 5.00) vs 1.00(0, 1.00), 2.00(1.00, 4.00) vs 0(0, 1.00))in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group( Z=-7.347, -7.338, -5.841, -4.122 and -5.393, all P<0.05).The score differences of the SASC total score ((7.19±3.82) vs (3.21±3.04)) and two factor scores ((4.00±2.23) vs (1.68±2.05), 3.00 (1.00, 5.00) vs 2.00 (0, 2.00)) of girls were significantly higher than those of boys in the study group ( t=-3.611, -3.398, Z=-2.111, P=0.001, 0.002, 0.035). Conclusion:Behavioral training of CAT can improve teenagers' self-esteem, relieve their shyness and social anxiety, as well as promote their interpersonal communication.
2.Research on sleep quality and influential factors of patients with schizophrenia in rural areas in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

Objective To explore the sleep quality and its influencing factors among the patients with schizophrenia of Hui and Han populations in the rural areas in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.MethodsTotally 296 patients with schizophrenia of Hui and Han populations in the rural areas were selected from 2 counties of Wuzhong and Zhongwei in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region by using cluster random sampling method.Self-made general information questionnaire was used to collect the demographic and clinical characteristics of the patients with schizophrenia.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep quality.Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) were used to measure the psychotic symptoms,depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms,respectively.ResultsIn the rural areas,the incidence of sleep disorder in the patients with schizophrenia of Hui and Han populations was 84.5%.The influencing factors of sleep disorder in the patients with schizophrenia in the rural areas were age(B=0.055,P=0.012,OR=1.057,95%CI:1.012-1.103),nationality(B=2.250,P<0.01,OR=9.485,95%CI:2.701-33.319),marital status(B=-1.506,P=0.003,OR=0.222,95%CI:0.081-0.605),course of disease(B=-0.003,P=0.089,OR=0.997,95%CI:0.993-1.001),the total score of HAMD(B=0.079,P=0.007,OR=1.083,95%CI:1.021-1.148)and the total score of HAMA(B=0.060,P=0.036,OR=1.061,95%CI:1.004-1.122).ConclusionSleep disorders are common and associated with multiple factors in patients with schizophrenia of Hui and Han populations in Ningxia rural area.In clinical practice,more attention should be paid to the identification and intervention of sleep disorders,so as to improve the sleep quality for the patients with schizophrenia.
3.Research on Relationship of Serum Urea Nitrogen Level and Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To examine characteristics of patients with blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels higher and lower than the normal limit.Methods During January 2012 to January 2015,116 patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases were selected to study,according to the patient's blood urea nitrogen level,all the patients were divided into high BUN group and low BUN group,and there were 76 patients in the high BUN group,and 40 patients in low BUN group,compared the biochemical indices,gastrointestinal bleeding forrest grading and disease severity of the two groups,and univariate logistic regression analysis.Results The serum white blood cell count,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and glycated hemoglobin levels in patients of high BUN group [(9 593±5 012)× 102/μl,368.1±162.3 mg/L,11.2±3.7 mg/L and 6.38±1.08%] were significantly higher than that of low BUN patients [(6 804 ± 2 087) × 102/μl,121.0 ± 39.3 mg/L,8.1 ± 3.2 mg/L and 5.51 ± 0.42 %] (t =3.645~12.659,all P<0.05),and the hemoglobin levels (87.3±35.1 g/L) of the patients in high BUN group was significantly lower than that of the low BUN patients (108.0 ± 31.2 g/L) (t=3.252,P=0.032).Logistic regression analysis showed the presence of hemoglobin and glycosylated hemoglobin levelst of wo groups of patients was significantly different (P<0.05),and showed that showed the highest correlation with BUN.Gastrointestinal bleeding forrest hierarchical data of the two groups of patients showed no significant difference (P>0.05).The proportion of patients with gastric ulcers of high BUN patients was significantly higher than that of the low BUN patients (x2 =39.655,P=0.000).Conclusion Patients with high expression of serum urea nitrogen had more severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and it is worthy of attention in the process of clinical diagnostic.
4.The study of SWI combined with 3D-PCASL on the prognosis analysis of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI)combined with three dimensional pseudo continuous arterial spin labeling (3D-PCASL)on the prognosis analysis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Thirty cases with acute cerebral infarction (< 72 h)underwent conventional MRI,MRA,3D-PCASL and SWI.NIHSS scores were performed at the time of examination and 3 months later.The correlation between the collateral blood vessels,regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF)detected by combination of SWI and 3D-PCASL with clinical prognosis were analyzed.Results Twenty-three cases showed collateral blood vessels in the lesions with 1 grade in 14,and 2 grade in 9.The average rCBFs in grade 0,1,2 infarction areas were (22.69±11.94)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 ,(25.10±16.55)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 and (33.04±24.24)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 ,respectively.Collateral blood vessels,rCBF were positive correlated with the NIHSS scores (r=0.989,P< 0.01).18 cases showed multiple vessels around the lesions. The average rCBFs in the infarction area with or not with periphery collateral blood vessles were (28.33±24.24)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 and (22.69±11.94)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 ,respectively.There was a positive correlation between rCBF and NIHSS scores (r=0.897,P<0.01). Of 30 cases of acute cerebral infarction,the average CBFs in the infarct areas and the contralateral mirror areas were (26.92±18.22)mL·100 g-1 · min-1 and (34.22±12.37)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 .There was significant difference (t=8.093,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of SWI and 3D-PCASL can display the collateral blood vessels in the lesions and soft meninges,and provide the quantitative analysis of rCBF,which has important clinical significance for prediction of the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
5.Effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the expression of FasL and caspase-3 in renal tissue after renal ischemia reperfusion injury

Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the expression of FasL mRNA and caspase-3 protein in renal tissue after renal ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) in order to elucidate the underlying mechanisms.Methods Rats were randomly divided into thrcc groups: sham group(n=8),IRI group(n=8) and IRI+HBO group(n=8).The IRI group and the IRI+HBO group recieved 45 minutes hibateral renal ischima and the IRI +HBO group received additional HBO therapy at the 1st,24th and 48th hour after ischemia.The kidneys were removed at the end of HBO therapy.Malondialdehyde (MDA) level and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured to determine the extent of oxidative stress.The expression of FasL mRNA and caspase-3 protein was detected by quantitative real-time PCR and immunohistochemical staining in renal tissue respectively.Results Compared with the sham group,MDA level increased markedly and SOD activity decreased markedly after ischemia.After HBO treatment,MDA level decreased and SOD activity increased significantly (P <0.05).In IRI group,the expression of FasL mRNA and caspase-3 protein were higher than those in the sham group (P<0.01),which were reduced significantly by HBO treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of FasL mRNA and caspase-3 protein increases along with the lasting of reperfusion and HBO exhibites protection against cell apoptosis through improving the antioxidant-oxidant balance and reducing IRI in acute stage of IRI.
6.An analysis of dose-volume-time relationship for acute radiation proctitis in cervical cancer patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between acute radiation proctitis and radiation dose,volume as well as radiation time,in the process of intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for the cervical cancer patients.Methods A total of 51 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were enrolled from January 2011 to December 2013.Those patients were then classified into grade 1 to 4 groups,according to the RTOG/EORTCtoxicity grading standard.The exposure dose volume and the average dose of rectum under the standard plan were evaluated with dose-volume histogram (DVH).The ANOVA test was used for analyzing Dmax,D mean,D1 cm3,D2cm3,D40 and V40 values of rectum and the average exposure dose of rectum.Results The average time of acute radiation proctitis with clinical symptoms was (23.06 ± 12.01) d after radiotherapy.Dmaxvalues of rectum in grade 2 group was lower than those in grade 3 and 4 groups (F =5.268,P < 0.05).Moreover,D1 cm3 and D2 cm3 values of rectum in grade 1 and 2 groups were also lower than those in grade 3 and 4 groups (F =4.893,4.406,P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between D40 and V40 values.Conclusions The acute radiation proctitis could be frequently found around 20 days during the IMRT for cervical cancer patients.Mild and moderate acute radiation proctitis are more common,while severe acute radiation proctitis is rare.Minimizing Dmax,D1 cm3 and D2 cm3 values of rectum might reduce the incidence of severe acute radiation proctitis in cervical cancer patients receiving IMRT.
7.Trend in caries prevalence of permanent teeth and DMFT in the 7-year-old primary school students of Han nationality from 1991 to 2014

Objective:
To analyze the dynamic trend of caries prevalence of permanent teeth and DMFT in the 7-year-old primary school students of Han nationality from 1991 to 2014, and to provide a basis for the development of caries prevention measures for children and adolescents.
Methods:
A total of 100 652 students from the 7yearold age group of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in 1991, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2014 from Physical Fitness And Health Surveillance Of Chinese School Students were selected. DMF% and DMFT were used as indicators to analyze the change trend of caries prevalence of permanent teeth and DMFT in different groups of 7-year-old primary school students of Han nationality in the past 25 years.
Results:
During the 25 years, the DMF% of primary school students in 7 years old group showed an overall U-shaped development trend. DMF% was 7.9% in 1991, lowest at 3.2% in 2005, and 5.2% in 2014. The DMFT basically showed a steady fluctuation trend. DMFT of rural girls were higher than the other three groups.
Conclusion
In view of the serious caries problem among primary school students aged 7 in China, it is necessary to continue to improve oral health strategies, strengthen the publicity of prevention and treatment of caries and oral health education, increase the input of oral health resources in rural areas, reduce the prevalence of caries and protect children’s oral health.
8.Clinical therapeutic effects of endoscopic drug therapy for treatment of patients with acute esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding

Objective To observe the effects of endoscopic drug therap on hemostasis, re-bleeding and the risk of occurrence of complication in patients with acute esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding (EGVB). Methods A retrospective method was conducted, and 100 patients with EGVB who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled. According to the difference in treatment methods, they were divided into an endoscopy Sclerotherapy and Ligation group and transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) group, 50 cases in each group. The TIPS group was treated with TIPS; the endoscopy Sclerotherapy and Ligation group underwent endoscopic variceal sclerotherapy, endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation and postoperative non-selective β blockers oral administration. After 2 years of follow-up, the patients' hemostasis, re-bleeding at acute stage, survival situation and the incidences of complications were recorded. Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, the levels of serum albumin (Alb), total bilirubin (TBil) and platelet count (PLT) were measured by Hitachi automatic biochemical analyzer in the two groups. Results The success rate of hemostasis in the endoscopy Sclerotherapy and Ligation group was significantly higher than that in the TIPS group [98.0% (49/50) vs. 82.0% (41/50) ], and the recurrence rate of varices, during 1- and 2-year follow-up, the recurrence rate of bleeding and the incidences of complications were significantly lower than those in TIPS group [the recurrence rate of varicose veins: 6.0% (3/50) vs. 24.0 (12/50), 1-year re-bleeding rate: 12.0% (6/50) vs. 30.0% (15/50), 2-year re-bleeding rate: 42.0% (21/50) vs. 66.0% (33/50), esophageal ulcer: 2.0% (1/50) vs. 14.0% (7/50), upper abdominal discomfort: 2.0% (1/50) vs. 14.0% (7/50), hepatic encephalopathy:4.0% (2/50) vs. 16.0% (8/50), chest pain: 6.0% (3/50) vs. 20.0% (10/50), all P < 0.05]. After treatment, the levels of Alb and PLT in the endoscopy Sclerotherapy and Ligation group were higher than those in the TIPS group [Alb (g/L):43.84±4.34 vs. 40.83±3.21, PLT (×109/L): 26.33±3.37 vs. 21.12±3.89, both P < 0.05], and the TBil was lower than that in the TIPS group (μmol/L: 13.82±4.32 vs. 19.33±4.59). Conclusion Endoscopic Sclerotherapy and Ligation can significantly improve the effect of hemostasis of patients with acute EGVB, the rate of re-bleeding does not increase compared with that of western medicine group using TIPS, and the incidences of complications are significantly lower than those of applying TIPS.
9.School health personnel in primary and secondary schools in China

Objective:
To understand the current status of the team structure of health personnel in primary and secondary schools, and to provide suggestions and references for strengthening and optimizing school health workforce.
Methods:
A nationwide stratified random cluster sampling method was adopted to select provinces for investigation in stratification from 2015-2016, a total of 16 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, 26 survey sites, 10 027 primary and secondary schools, 9 536 questionnaires of health personnel were collected.
Results:
Among the 9 536 school health staffs, there were various types of positions, and different types of schools had different position types construction. Elementary schools had the most part time health care teachers, accounting for 77.6%, while full time school doctors only accounting 10.0%; high schools had the most full time school doctors, accounting for 65.7%, and part time health care teachers only accounting for 15.1 %. There were various employment channels, with the most transfer jobs in schools, accounting for 70.7%. The series of professional titles were diverse, with the teaching profession accounting for 67.4%. Most of school health teachers had junior and intermediate professional titles, accounting for 42.6%, respectively. Proportion of medium, medium low, and low level of salary accounted for 39.3%, 27.9% and 21.1% respectively.
Conclusion
The educational background and age distribution of school health personnel is reasonable, but the proportions of medical background and full time school doctors are relatively low. School health personnel have various job types, professional titles, salary level, and limited space of career development. Top level design from the policy level, and clearly defined improve the structure of school health personnel to meet the needs of high quality development of school health work in the new era.
10.Current status and demand of health services in primary and middle school clinic in 16 provinces of China

Objective:
To analyze the current situation and needs of primary and secondary school health clinic services, and to provide a reference for strengthening school health service in China.
Methods:
Investigation provinces were selected according to China s three major economic zones, 1 or 2 survey centers were selected from each province, 16 provinces and 26 survey centers were selected. In each survey centers, six schools from primary and secondary schools, junior high schools and high schools in urban and rural areas were randomly selected as research sites. Each research site randomly selected 10 students in each grade(grade three, four, five from primary schools) to fill in the questionnaire anonymously. A total of 4 661 valid questionnaires were collected.
Results:
Among the services provided by the school clinics to students, "trauma treatment" "consulting health problems" "physical examination" accounted for 49.4%, 40.5% and 39.0% respectively. Within the past one year, 45.1% students went to the school clinic for consultation or consultation 1-3 times, 6.4% for 4-5 times, and 3.7% for 6 times or more. When students were sick in school, 65.8%(primary school), 64.0%(junior high school), and 54.4%(high school) of them selected to go to the school clinic. When suddenly suffered trauma in school, 78.2%(primary school), 73.2%(junior high school) and 69.6%(high school) of the students went to the school clinic.
Conclusion
Primary and middle school students have a great demand for school health services, and it is necessary to continue to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school health clinics.
