OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by fluoroquinolones. METHODS: 308 fluoroquinolones-induced ADR cases in 231 literatures were collected from domestic medical journals recorded in CHKD from Jan.1994 to Jun.2009 and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: There was no marked relation between the ADR induced by fluoroquinolones and the gender or age of the patients. 76.62% of ADR cases were mainly caused via intravenous drop infusion. 33.44% of ADR occurred within 2~5 days after medication, leading the first place in term of ADR incidence was levofloxacin (19.81%). ADR mainly appeared as injury of central nervous system (30.43%), followed by lesion of skin and appendants (20.58%). 6 severe ADR induced shock and death. CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to monitoring of ADR induced by fluoroquinolones and rational use of drug to guarantee safety and effectiveness of medication.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficac y of internal fixation with Titanium Alloy(TIA)reconstruction plate in treatment o f clavicular midpiece fracture. Methods 37cases of clavicular midpiece frac-ture underwent open reduction and in ternal fixation with TIA.All the 37c ases were followed up and their clini cal efficacy were analyzed. Results All the clavicle fractures achieved clinical union and satisfactory fun ctional re-covery.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixatio n with TIA reconstruction plate is on e of the best choices for clavicular midpiece fractures, for it can free the patients from distress of reoperation.[

Objective To assess the environmental contact allergens in patients with allergic contact dermatitis (ACD).Methods Totally,167 patients with ACD were included in this study. All the patients underwent patch test. Results Of these patients,92 (55.1%) were diagnosed as facial ACD,and 148 showed positive patch test results (88.6%).The six most common allergens in a decreasing order were nickel sulfate, fragrance mix, paraphenylenediamine, thimerosal, octanoates and amerchol L 101.Conclusion Patch test may be an efficient way to confirm the cause of ACD.

Objective: To investigate the effects of silk fibroin on the immobilization of thrombin. Methods: The immobilized thrombin was prepared using silk fibroin as the carrier and glutaraldehyde as the crosslinking agent. With activity yield as the index, the process conditions of silk fibroin immobilized thrombin were determined by an orthogonal test. Results:The optimum process con-ditions of immobilized thrombin treated with silk fibroin were as follows:the immobilization time was 6 h, the enzyme dosage was 2 400 NIH·g-1 casein, the temperature was 25℃ and pH was 7. 6. The activity recovery of immobilized thrombin was 67. 22%. Conclu-sion:Silk fibroin has the positive immobilization effect on thrombin.

Objective To explore the application value of multidetector computed tomography(MDCT),computed tomography cholangiography(CTC)and computed tomography angiography(CTA)reconstruction technology in the diagnosis and classification and the evaluation of the efficacy of biliary drainage in advanced hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA).Methods A total of 44 patients of inoperable advanced HCCA were collected.Conventional CT plain scan and enhanced multi-phase scan were performed before treat-ment.Minimum intensity projection(MinIP)combined with curve planar reformation(CPR)was used to perform CTC.CTA of the portal vein, hepatic artery and hepatic vein were performed by maximum intensity projection(MIP),volume rendering(VR)or CPR,respectively.CT was reexamined after biliary drainage treatment. The study included the comparison between reconstruction technology of CTC and CTA and conventional CT scanning technology,CTC in the classification and diagnosis of HCCA,CTA in the evaluation of vascular invasion, and the evaluation of the effect of jaundice drainage by biliary imaging before and after biliary drain-age treatment. Results All HCCA cases obtained clear location diagnosis, including 39 cases of Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅳ and 5 cases of type Ⅲ.There were 40 cases of hepatic vascular involvement, including 15 cases of bilateral portal vein invasion by tumor,12 cases of portal vein constriction,8 cases of portal vein tumor thrombosis,4 cases of bilateral hepatic arteries involvement, and 1 case of hepatic vein involvement.CTC and CTA could better display a full view of the bile duct and blood vessel than conventional CT scanning ima-ges,and provided more accurate analysis of tumor classification and degree of vascular invasion. Before treatment,CT showed severe dila-tion of bile duct in 21 cases and moderate dilation in 20 cases, severe dilation of the intrahepatic bile duct in the left lobe but mild dilation of the intrahepatic bile duct in the right lobe in 3 cases. After drainage treatment, the contraction rate of intrahepatic bile duct dilation was<25%in 4 cases,25%to 49%in 13 cases,50%to 74%in 18 cases, and ≥75%in 9 cases. The bile duct contraction rate was positively correlated with the decrease in total bilirubin(TBIL).Conclusion MDCT,CTC and CT A reconstruction technology can well complete the diagnosis of advanced HCCA,Bismuth-Corlette typing, and vascular evaluation.Observing the contraction rate of the intrahepatic bile duct after biliary drainage treatment can evaluate the efficacy of jaundice drainage.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of negative pressure combined ureteroscopy combined with flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi or upper ureteral calculi with a maximum diameter of 2-4cm.Methods The data of patients with renal calculi or upper ureteral calculi with a maximum diameter of 2-4cm who were hospitalized inAffiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from March 2023 to March 2024 were collected and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group was treated with negative pressure combined ureteroscopy combined with flexible ureteroscopy for holmium laser lithotripsy, and control group was treated with nephroscope for percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).The operation time, postoperative hospital stay, changes of blood routine white blood cell(WBC)before and after operation, changes of urine routine WBC before and after operation, postoperative visual analogue score(VAS),one-stage stone clearance rate and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The postoperative hospitalization time and VAS of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time, stone clearance rate, postoperative blood routine WBC and postoperative urine routine WBC between two groups(P>0.05).However,the blood routine WBC of two groups after operation was higher than that before operation(P<0.05).The overall stone clearance rate of two surgical methods was 86.25%,of which the stone clearance rate of observation group was 82.5%,and control group was 90%.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat renal calculi;or upper ureteral calculi with a maximum diameter of 2-4cm by negative pressure combined ureteroscopy combined with flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy. It is expected to partially replace PCNL and become another safe and reliable operation for the treatment of renal calculi or upper ureteral calculi with a maximum diameter of 2-4cm.
