Objective To compare the difference of the HBsAg detected results between the Roche cobas e601 electrochemilumi-nescence immunoassay instrument and the Abbott Architect i2000chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay instrument. Methods The HBsAg positive specimens with the quantitation results of lower than 250IU/mL detected by the Abbott Architect i2000 were selected and simultaneously detected by the Roche cobas e601.The differences of detected results were compared and per-formed the linear correlation and analysis regression. Results 46 clinical specimens were detected. The detected results had best correlation between the two instruments by getting rid of 1 specimen with unconformable reactivity of detected results.15 speci-mens had the HBsAg detected result of 0.05-1.00 IU/mL by the Abbott Architect i2000,the linear regression equation was Y =17.49X+0.843(r=0.979);15 specimens had the HBsAg detected result of 1.1 -10.00 IU/mL IU/mL by the Abbott Architect i2000,the linear regression equation was Y =15.72X +21.06(r=0.952);15 specimens had the HBsAg detected result of 11 -250 IU/mL by the Abbott Architect i2000,the linear regression equation was Y =29.17X -129(r=1.000).Conclusion The detected results have better correlation between the two instruments and can be mutually converted by the formulas.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zidan yinxie granules combined with Acitretin capsule and Compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. METHODS:A total of 97 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to number random method. Control group was given Acitretin capsule 10 mg,tid, for consecutive 8 weeks, and then 10 mg,bid, for consecutive 4 weeks and Compound flumetasone ointment for external use, bid. Observation group was given Zidan yinxie granule 4 g,tid,on the basis of control group. Treatment courses of 2 groups lasted for 12 weeks. Clinical efficacy was observed in 2 groups. Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,VAS score, dermatology life quality index(DLQI) score, the expression of neutrophil elastase(NE),Trappin-2 and placental calcadin(P-cad)in serum and tissue fluid of skin lesion were observed before and after treatment. Recurrence followed up for 6 months in total effective patients and the occurrence of ADR were observed. RESULTS:Two patients of observation group withdrew from the study, and 47 patients completed the study;three patients of control group withdrew from the study, and 45 patients completed the study. Total response rate of observation group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than 84.44% of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment,PASI,VAS and DLQI scores, the content of NE,Trappin-2 and P-cad in serum and tissue liquid of skin lesion were significantly lower than before treatment;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. After 6-month follow-up,recurrence rate of total effective patients in observation group(28.26%)was significantly lower than control group(47.36%),and average recurrence time of observation group [(17.91 ± 3.10)weeks]was longer than that of control group [(9.80± 3.41)weeks],with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Zidan yinxie granules combined with Acitretion capsule and compound flumetasone ointment show clinical efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by lowering the expression of NE, Trappin-2 and P-cad in serum and tissue liquid of skin lesion with good safety.

BACKGROUNDTo analyze the perioperative respiratory and circulatory features of overweighted patients with lung cancer.
METHODSThe perioperative respiratory and circulatory features of 221 overweighted lung cancer patients were compared with those of 715 normal-weighted patients, by means of Chi-square analysis and t analysis.
RESULTSThe abnormal incidence of MBB, Raw, SGaw, PEF, FEV₁, V₇₅ , and EEG, blood presure, serum cholesterol and glucose, was significantly higher in overweighted group than that in the normal weighted group ( P < 0.05), and FRC was significantly lower than that of the normal weighted group (3.46±0.87 vs 3.63±1.17, P < 0.01). There was no difference in D LCO, MMEF, V₅₀ , V₂₅ between the two groups. The odds of postoperative complication in respiratory or circulatory system was significantly increased in overweighted group than that in the normal weighted group.
CONCLUSIONSThe obstruction of main airway, partial alveolar collapse and impotency of respiratory muscle may result in respiratory complication in overweighted patients, and increased cardiac burden and some pre-existing diseases in overweighted patients might be the cause of increased incidence of circulatory complication.

Objective:To investigate the gap between the expectation and actual feeling of inpatients in general hospital, so as to provide reference for improving inpatient service quality. Methods:From October to November 2019, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the inpatient service quality with the revised SERVQUAL scale. The questionnaire included 20 items in 6 dimensions of reliability, assurance, responsiveness, economy, caring and tangibility. According to the gap between the expected service quality and the actual experience, improvement strategies were formulated. Results:Among the 211 inpatients investigated, the expected service quality was consistent with the actual experience in all dimensions. The quality value was ranked from the highest to the lowest as assurance, caring, reliability, responsiveness, tangible and economy. The gap between the expected value and actual value of economy was the largest and the gap between assurance was the smallest. The actual value was lower than the expected value of 20 items, among which the gap in the rationality of hospital diet, drugs and examination fees was the largest. Conclusions:There is a big gap between the expected service quality and the actual feeling of patients in tertiary general hospitals, and corresponding improvement measures should be taken, including moving forward the management port and improving the service quality.
