Objective To study the mediating effect of big five personality between childhood abuse and anxiety of college students, and to provide basis to intervene their mental disorder. Methods Through stratified sampling,2374 college students in Jiangsu were investigated by the personal report of childhood abuse( PRCA),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and the revised NEO five-factor Inventory(NEO-FFI-R).A path analysis was applied by analysis of moment structures(AMOS) version 7.0.Results The path analysis showed that childhood abuse was directly related to anxiety of college students(Sβ=0.123, P<0.01 = ,and was directly related to 4 dimensions of the NEO-FFI-R( exclusion Openness dimension) (Sβ= -0.216 ~ -0.248,0.309; P < 0.01 =.3 dimensions of the NEO-FFI-R( exclusion Openness and Extraversion dimensions) were directly related to anxiety of college students ( Sβ = 0.525,-0.045 ~-0.052, P < 0.05 =.Agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism of NEO-FFI-R mediate the relationship between childhood abuse and anxiety of college students. The model fit indexes were x2/df = 0.546 < 3.000, P = 0.460 > 0.050, RMSEA = 0.001 < 0.050, GFI = 1.000, AGFI = 0.998, NFI = 1.000, RFI = 0.998, IFI = 1.000,TLI = 1.002, CFI = 1.000.Conclusion Big five personality as mediated variable mediates the relationship between childhood abuse and anxiety of college students.
3.Protective Effects of Xuemailing on Acute Myocardial Ischemia in Rats
Herald of Medicine 2017;36(12):1359-1362
Objective To study the protective effect of Xuemailing on pituitrin-induced myocardial rats. Methods The rats were divided into 7 groups(by means of random number table), 10 rats in each group, namely blank control group, model control group,Di'aoxinxuekang group and experimental groups(Xuemailing prepared fleece flower root high and low dose groups;Xuemailing raw radix polygoni multiflori high and low dose groups), each group was ig administrated once every day for 7 days, Blank control and model control groups were given the same volume of purified water.Effects of 7 groups on T wave and S-T segment were observed,LDH,CK,SOD,MDA activities in serum of rats were determined. Results High dose Xuemailing (prepared fleece flower root) significantly decreased the elevation of 10,30,45 s,1 min ST segment and 10,30,45 s T wave in the myocardial ischemia rat model.Low dose Xuemailing (prepared fleece flower root) significantly decreased the elevation of 10 s,1 min ST segment and 10 s T wave of the rat model.High dose Xuemailing(raw radix polygoni multiflori) significantly decreased the elevation of 10 s ST segment and 10,45 s T wave in the rat model.Xuemailing (prepared fleece flower root) and Xuemailing (raw radix polygoni multiflori) significantly decreased LDH,CK,MDA enzyme activities, and increased SOD enzyme activities of the myocardial ischemia rat model. Conclusion Xuemailing can protect the myocardial ischemia rats induced by pituitrin.
4.Influence of Naogongtai Formula on Hippocampus Monoamine Neurotransmitters and Their Metabolites inRats in Elevated Plus-maze Test
China Pharmacist 2018;21(5):772-775
Objective:To observe the influence of Naogongtai formula on hippocampus monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in rats in elevated plus-maze test, and explore the mechanism of antihypertensive effect of brain tegument peptide. Methods:The effects of two doses of Naogongtai formula on the anxiety behavior of rats were observed by using the rat model of elevated malaria anxiety (EPM). The contents of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in hippocampus of rats were determined by HPLC-FLD. Results:Compared with those in the blank control group, the percents of open arms time and entries in the high dosage of Naogongtai formula group significantly increased (P < 0.05),and the percent of open arms entries in the low dosage of Naogongtai formula group significantly increased (P < 0.05). Compared with that in the blank control group, the content of 5-HT in the high dosage of Naogongtai formula group significantly decreased (P < 0.05) and the content of HVA significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion:In the EPM test, Naogongtai formula shows a certain anti-anxiety effect, and the determination of monoamine neurotransmitters in hippocampus of rats may be related to the reduction of rat hippocampal 5-HT content.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of spectral CT with multiple parameters on the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods The data of 22 patients with spectral CT enhanced scan were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups:ovarian cancer group (n=11)and benign tumor group (n=11),according to the pathologic results.CT values at 40 keV,iodine concentration (IC),water concentration(WC)and spectral curve slope (λHU)of arterial phase and venous phase in the tumors of two groups were measured with gemstone spectral imaging(GSI)post-processing software. The independent samples t test was used to compare these multiple parameters above between two groups.Interobserver agreement with regard to various parameters was assessed using Cohen’s Kappa . For the parameters which showed statistically different, the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were further generated to calculate their diagnostic effectiveness respectively. Results CT values at 40 keV,IC andλHUmeasured in arterial and venous phases were higher in ovarian cancer group than those in benign tumor group. There were significant differences between these two groups(P<0.05). While WC had no significant difference in these two groups (P>0.05).Interobserver agreement with regard to various parameters was excellent (Kappa>0.80).CT values at 40 keV,IC andλHUhad high effectiveness on the diagnosis of ovarian cancer according to ROC curves. The optimal parameter among them was IC in arterial phase with AUC of 0.90.Using 10.92 (100 μg/cm3)as a threshold value, the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis were 90.9% and 90.9%.Conclusion Spectral CT with multiple parameters, including CT values at 40 keV,IC and λHUhave significant differences between benign and malignant ovarian tumors.IC in arterial phase has the highest effectiveness on the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
