1.Survey on the Satisfaction of Adult Pharmacy Students in Higher Education to the Teaching of Professional Courses in Our School
China Pharmacy 2016;27(18):2461-2462,2463
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of adult pharmacy students in higher education on the teaching of professional courses in our school. METHODS:Questionnaire survey and Likert 5 point measurement method were used for the 2012-2014 grades of adult pharmacy students majoring pharmacy and drug management. RESULTS:Totally 260 questionnaires were sent out, and 236 were recyled with effective recovery of 90.8%. The average score of students for teaching attitude in professional courses was 3.58;the average score for teaching methods was 3.30;the average score for teaching ability satisfaction was 3.08;the aver-age satisfaction of students for teaching of professional courses was 78.98%;the average satisfaction of teaching attitudes, teaching methods and teaching abilities were 84.15%,78.13% and 76.65% respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The survey not only help estab-lishing a good interaction between students and teachers, promoting teaching and learing, but also play a role in monitoring and evaluating the teaching quality and effects of professional courses, which is conducive to promoting the process of teaching quality evaluation reform of adult higher learing.

Objective To analyse the multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) findings of small cholangiocarcinoma of common bile duct. Methods 15 cases with pathologically verified small cholangiocarcinoma of common bile duct were undergone unenhanced and three-phase contrast-enhanced MSCT scan. The entire morphologic changes of common bile duct were analysed with curved planar reformation(CPR).Results The attenuation of tumor relative to pancreas was iso-density in all cases at plain CT scan,hypo-density in 10 cases,iso-density in 3 cases and hyper-density in 2 cases at arterial phase,hypo-density in 1 case,iso-density in 3 cases and hyper-density in 11 cases at portal phase,iso-density in 5 caaes and hyper-density in 10 cases at delayed phase. The focal wall thickening of common bile duct appeared as circular or eccentric in 13 cases, intraluminal nodule in 2 cases, common bile duct was narrowing sharply in 11 cases and ending abruptly in 4 cases at obstructive level. Conclusion The small cholangiocarcinoma of common bile duct is of certain characteristics at unenhanced and three-phase contrast-enhanced CT scan.

Objective To detect specific polymorphisms in Toll-interleukin 1 receptor domain containing adaptor protein(TIRAP) coding region for Chinese Han population, and verify whether they are associated with susceptibility to tuberculosis. Methods Search TIRAP polymorphisms by sequencing in small sample; detect single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) by ligase detection reaction technique in large sample; analyze whether polymorphisms are related to tuberculosis by statistic methods. Results Four polymorphisms were present in the TIRAP coding region. 394A had higher frequencies in the tuberculosis(TB)group than the control. But allelic and genotypic analysis showed that there were no significant difference in statistic between TB patients and controls(P>0.05). The SNP G164A mutation related with TB patient's condition. Comparing to controls, retreatment patients' allelic frequencies had significant difference in statistic(P<0.05), sputum positive patients and lung cavitation patients had lower 164A frequencies. Conclusion TIRAP coding region polymorphisms may be risk factors for TB occurrence and development in Chinese Han population.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of GINA regimen and GINA regimen combined with oral Huaiqihuang granule in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods A ran-domized,single blind, multicenter, parallel controlled clinical trial wascarried out.A total of 1 128 patients with bronchial asthma in children were randomized into two groups. The observation group were treated with GINA regimen combined with oral Huaiqihuang granule. The GINA regimen treatment group was treated by GINA reg-imen.Clinical assessment and C-ACT scores was observed in first month, third month, sixth month after treat-ment.Clinical assessment included the times of upper respiratory tract infection occurrence, bronchitis and pneu-monia,asthmatic attacks, application of emergency medicine, hospitalizations due to asthmatic.Drug adverse effect in the two groups was compared. Results The times of upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis and pneumonia, asthmatic was significantly decreased(P <0.05 ),and C-ACTscores were significantly higher(P <0.05)in the first month, the third month, and the sixth month after treatment. There were 16 cases of drug relat-ed adverse reactions.Seven cases were in observation group(n ﹦7)(1.15%)and 9 cases in the GINA regimen treatment group(n ﹦9)(1.73%).There was no significant difference of adverse effect between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bronchial asthma in children with GINA regimen combined with oral Huaiqihuang granule can significantly reduce the incidence of respiratory infections and the number of asthmatic attacks dramatically and safely improve clinical curative effect, asthma control.

Objective:To investigate the significance of plasma pentraxin 3 (PTX3) in patients with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH).Methods:Plasma PTX3 levels were tested by ELISA in 48 newly diagnosed sHLH patients, 18 healthy volunteers and 9 lymphoma controls in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to July 2019. Clinical parameters were collected, and the correlations with PTX3 levels were analyzed.Results:PTX3 level in newly diagnosed group was significantly higher than that of healthy control group [16.29(1.17-66.00) vs. 0.76(0.01-7.86) μg/L, P<0.01]. Patients with lymphoma-associated HLH(LHLH) had higher plasma level of PTX3 than Fhose with infection-associated HLH (IHLH) [24.29(3.36-66.00) vs. 9.56(1.17-36.50)μg/L, P<0.05]. Plasma PTX3 levels in 48 sHLH patients were positively correlated with serum ferritin ( P<0.05). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for plasma PTX3 levels of sHLH and healthy controls produced a cutoff value at 3.9 μg/L, with its 86.7% sensitivity and 94.4% specificity. And ROC analysis showed that PTX3 17.5 μg/L was the critical value for diagnosis of LHLH from non-LHLH group, that the sensitivity and specificity were 63.0% and 76.2% respectively. The 1-year overall survival (OS) rate in patients with PTX3≥17.5 μg/L was significantly lower in those with PTX3<17.5 μg/L (18.5% vs. 75.8%, P<0.01). Conclusion:These results indicate the potential of PTX3 as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis in patients with sHLH.
