Objective To study the efficacy of transcutaneous prostaglandin E 1( PGE 1) cream in relaxing the vascular spasm in rabbits, to find an ideal vascular dilation drug. Methods Sixty rabbits were randomly divided into six groups:experiment group 1(using 0.1% transcutaneous PGE 1 cream),experiment group 2(using 0.2% transcutaneous PGE 1 cream),experiment group 3(using 0.4% transcutaneous PGE 1 cream), experiment group 4( using 0.8% transcutaneous PGE 1 cream),PGE 1 control group (without using transcutaneous PGE 1 cream, but using PGE 1 cream only),control group(withous using PGE 1). 0.1% adrenlin was injected to the root of the rabbite ear to induce a model of vascular spasm. After a typical vascular spasm appeared, transcutaneou PGE 1 cream or PGE 1 cream was used on the skin of the ear. The vascular diameter and blood folw rate of the ear were determined before adrenalin injection, 10min after vascular spasm and 10,15,30,60,90 and 120 min after the drugs were used. Results The vascular diameters and blood flow rate were recovered to the levels of before adrenalin injection in experimental group 3, 4 after topical used of transcutaneous PGE 1 cream, and those parameters were significamly increased compared with other 4 groups(P0.05). Conclusions Tramscutameou PGE 1 cream can effectively relax the vascular spasm caused be adrenalin injection. The effect of vascular dilation is related to the dosage of the drug. Transcutaneous PGE 1 cream as a topical vascular dilation drug has advantages snch as wide indications, taking effect quick and enduring, and less side effect. So it might be a new simple, safe and effective drug for the treatment of vascular spasm.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2009;31(1):47-50
Objective To analyze the economic effects of different rehabilitation patterns for children suffering from cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 153 cerebral palsy patients were divided into a hospital-community-family rehabilitation group(n = 52), a hospital rehabilitation group (n = 50) and a non-intervention control group (n = 51). Those in the first group were provided with a hospital-community-family rehabilitation therapy pattern, those in the sec-ond only hospital rehabilitation and the third no intervention. All the patients were evaluated using the Gross Motor Function Measure-88 (GMFM-88) Scale and the Cost Measure Scale at admission, and at the end of the 3rd and 6th months of treatment. Results There were no significant differences in gross motor function among the three groups at admission. At the end of the 3rd month and the 6th month there were significant differences between the children in the hospital-community-family rehabilitation program and those in the hospital rehabilitation program in terms of gross motor function. Their general percentage, monthly percentage and monthly relative percentage results were all significantly different. But there was no significant difference in the non-interventian control group since admission. Every unit of improvement in gross motor function cost $101.87±97.59, $75.11±45.75 in the hospital-community-family reha-bilitation program and $387.21±54.76, $170.31±123.16 in the hospital rehabilitation program at the end of the 3rd and the 6th month respectively. So the cost of the former was only about 30% of the latter. Conclusion Hospital rehabilitation is suitable for the early rehabilitation of cerebral palsy children. Hospital-community-family rehabilitation is better for long-term rehabilitation of cerebral palsy children, and what is more, it can decrease the rehabilitation ther-apy cost substantially. So a hospital-community-family rehabilitation pattern is more compatible with China's national situation.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2020;40(2):103-109
Total hip arthroplasty (THA) is a well developed technique to which the spatial orientation of acetabular component is crucial. Since the idea of "safe zone" being proposed, such idea has long been obeyed by hip surgeons but has also been challenged in recent years. This is because post-operative instability could happen even if acetabular components are placed within "safe zone" . The latest researches have demonstrated that sagittal spinal balance and spino-pelvic mobility can affect the spatial orientation of acetabular components. Factors including spinal degenerative changes, long lumbosacral changes and spinal ankyloses can lead to sagittal spinal imbalance and/or influence spino-pelvic mobility, which subsequently affect pelvic retroversion. Proper pelvic retroversion is a way to compensate for sagittal spinal imbalance and is beneficial to post-operative stability. It is necessary for hip surgeons to rethink "safe zone" before performing THA and understand spinal balance as well as spinopelvic mobility. The goal is to reduce the rate of dislocation. This review started by introducing the related spinopelvic parameters frequently seen in papers published recently and the definitions of acetabular cup orientations. After the spinal sagittal balance and its compensatory mechanisms session, discussed its clinical relevance, as well as the significance of spinal mobility, in spinopelvic motion under three different postures.

Objective:To evaluate the value of shear wave elastography (SWE) and salivary gland ultrasound scoring(SGUS) system in the diagnosis of salivary glands lesions in patients with Sj?gren′s syndrome(SS) and to compare the diagnostic efficiency of the two methods. Methods:From June 2019 to November 2020, Fifty-eight patients with suspected SS were selected from the Affiliated Changzhou No.2 People′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. According to the 2002 American-European Consensus Group classification standard, the enrolled patients were divided into two groups: SS group (47 cases) and non-SS group(11 cases). According to symptom duration, SS group was divided into the ≤5 years group (29 cases) and the >5 years group (18 cases). Meanwhile, 40 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study as normal control group. The diagnostic value of salivary gland ultrasound scoring system and Young′s modulus in SS were analyzed. Results:The differences in Young′s modulus of parotid gland and submandibular gland between SS group and non-SS group (or control group) were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The ultrasound score of SS group was significantly higher than that of non-SS group and control group (all P<0.05). SGUS and Young′s modulus were not significantly different between different course groups (all P>0.05). The areas under ROC curve of the mean Young′s value in parotid and submandibular gland and the SGUS were 0.801, 0.829 and 0.676, respectively. The comparison of the area under the curve between the Young′s modulus of the parotid and submandibular glands and the ultrasound score was statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions:SWE and Ultrasonography scoring system have certain value in the diagnosis of salivary gland lesions in SS, and can provide important reference information for clinical diagnosis from different perspectives. The diagnostic efficiency of SWE for salivary glands lesions in patients with SS is better than that of SGUS scoring system.
