The paper summarized the research progress in the physical and chemical properties, structure and composition, ex-traction methods, quality control and physiological effects of polysaccharide from Dendrobium officinale, and put forward the future re-search directions. The review provides scientific and theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of polysaccharide from Dendrobium officinale.

A visualized reformation was carried out in the multimedia coursewares through collecting and adding the related pictures and professional video information.Through the teach-ing practice in the last three years,we have got the opinion from the students that by overcom-ing the stiffness and dullness of the old"General",the reformed"General"obviously has sur-passed the old"General"in teaching quality.

A novel method for the determination of glucose was reported. Based on a reverse photoinduced electron transfer process, we can quickly determine the concentration of glucose in the sample. A fluorescent boronic acid, dapoxylTM 3-sulfonamidophenylboronic acid was first used for the determination of glucose. This linear range is 0～1×10－2 mol/L, the detection limit is 5×10－5 mol/L. This method has been applied to direct determination of glucosein in three kinds of serum samples with satisfactory results, the RSD is less than 4%.

Many studies have shown that the embolism caused by vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque is one of the major causes of ischemic stroke. However, there is still not a simple and precise method to identify the vulnerable plaques yet. This article reviews the various methods for detecting vulnerable plaques from the aspects of serology and imaging.

OBJECTIVE:To further enhance the implementation level of new Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in phar-maceutical enterprises. METHODS:Based on the new GMP criteria and Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Pharmaceutical Produc-tion Site Inspection,a tracking inspection was conducted for the 31 pharmaceutical enterprises in 11 prefecture-level cities of Guangxi area. Defects of implementing new GMP and their causes were analyzed,and the suggestions were put forward. RESULTS& CONCLUSIONS:In the 31 pharmaceutical enterprises,there were 30 enterprises(96.8%)passed the new GMP tracking inspec-tion. Totally 331 defect items were found,focusing on equipment(76 items,23.0%),factory and facilities(47 items,14.2%),quality control and quality assurance(43 items,13.0%). Causes for defects were mainly institutions and staff training,factory and facilities,equipments management,maintenance and periodic check were far from satisfactory;material and product did not speci-fy a validity period or a retest period;relevant confirmation was incomplete with verification;the quality control,assurance,man-agement,document and production management were not standard and completed;and self-test program was too simple,etc. It is suggested that drug regulatory authorities should establish and improve the legal system,explore new patterns of drug GMP track-ing inspection (such as sudden unannounced inspection,detailed inspection),strengthen inspector team training and unify inspec-tion scale. And the pharmaceutical enterprises should produce drugs in line with the requirements of new GMP,focus on the update of key knowledge,strengthen relevance of training to ensure the drugs quality effectively by multilateral force.

Objective:To establish a method for detecting the content of vitamin B2 in Weimeisu tablets by HPLC-FLD. Methods:A PAK C18(250 mmID × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was employed with methanol -0. 02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate (35∶65) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, and the injection volume was 10 μl. The detection wavelength λex and λem were 450mn and 522 mn, respectively. Results:Vitamin B2 was linear within the range of 1.0-20 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99. 20%(RSD=0. 63%, n=6). Conclusion:The method is specific, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to deter-mine vitamin B2 in Weimeisu tablets.

Problems which should be emphasized in pediatric anesthesiology teaching were expounded based on anesthesia teaching practice and requirements of the cultivation 21 century anesthesia professionals.This paper emphasized the special anatomical,physiological and pharmacological characteristics of children,preoperative preparation,building of moral and legal concept and self-learning ability.

Objective:To investigate neuroprotection of calcitriol in LPS-induced rat systemic inflammation and underlying mechanism. Methods:Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into three groups: blank group(6 rats),calcitriol group [23 rats,4?g/(kg?d)?14d] and control group [23 rats,fat milk,4ml/(kg?d)?14d].46 rats were induced systemic inflammation by intraperitoneal injection of LPS(10mg/kg) on day 14th,1 hour after the administration.On post-injection 3,6,9 hour,36 rats were anesthetized to death and obtained rat brain tissue to detect activity of NF-?B by EMSA and to assess TNF-?,IL-10 concentration by ELISA.HE staining was used to determine brain injury. Results:LPS effectively activated NF-?B,enhanced TNF-? expression,induced sporadic neurons damage in brain in the control group and in time-dependent,compared with blank group rats.Calcitriol significantly down-regulated NF-?B activity,TNF-? expression but enhanced IL-10 expression at all time point evaluated,compared with the control group rats. Conclusion:Intraperitoneal injection of LPS can induce brain damage,Calcitriol modulate the inflammatory-antiinflammatory cytokine balance by downregulating activation of NF-?B,reducing over express of TNF-? and elevating IL-10 concentration.

Objective Application of PDCA method to improve the coincidence rate of emergency inspection report time.Methods 472 cases of emergency inspection report returns the fraction defective of the time from September to December 2014 (blood routine,blood biochemistry,blood coagulation,cerebrospinal fluid,urine analysis).Analyzing the reason and take measures to improve the emergency inspection report time coincidence rate.At the same time,counted 654 cases of emergency inspection report returns the fraction defective of the time after the improvement from July to November 2015,and compared and analyzed the coincidence rate before and after the improvement measures.Results Emergency inspection report of the total fraction defective return time decreased from 13.9 ％ to 4.9 ％ by taking measures.Blood coagulation,blood biochemistry,urine analysis,routine blood,cerebrospinal fluid and urine analysis of emergency return time unqualified rate decreased from 18.2 ％,16.2 ％,10.3 ％,6.75 ％ and 9.1％ to 5.2 ％,5.0 ％,6.4％,5.0 ％ and 3.9 ％ respectively.Conclusion The application of PDCA could improve the time coincidence rate of emergency department,and to finish the emergency detection and report detection results in the shortest possible time.

Research base is one of the key factors for subject construction.The current situations of research bases in western universities are not satisfactory due to terrain and history.Recognizing and improvement of the problems are very important for making them better to fit the needs of their development.It is the right time to cope with it.
