1.Quality control of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore quality control methods for clinical three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT) for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 91 patients with non-small cell lung cancer accepted Whole Body Gamma radiation. The feasible methods on the aspects of quality control for 3DCRT were explored. Results Among those cases, the rate of CR was 34.1%;PR 61.5%;NC 4.4%;and PD 6.1%.Conclusion Those methods of quality control for 3DCRT were practicable and effective.
2.Advances in the experimental study of the use of mesenchy- mal stem cells for the treatment of inhalation injury.
Chinese Journal of Burns 2015;31(3):238-240
Inhalation injury seriously threatens the survival and quality of life in burn and trauma patients. So far there is no breakthrough in the treatment of inhalation injury. A significant advance has been witnessed in the experimental study of the use of stem cells in the treatment of lung injury in recent years. In this paper, according to the results of our study in the systemic transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of inhalation injury, the effect of mesenchymal stem cells on anti-inflammatory process and repair of lung tissues in inhalation injury, and its possible mechanisms are reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(03):-
Japan has accumulated much mature experience in hospital management, which is worthy of being drawn upon by hospital managers in China. By means of an account of the model of ward rounds by doctors at three levels, the system of academic previews and the system of regular meetings for copying down and reading medical papers in foreign languages in Japanese hospitals and in light of the situation of domestic hospital management, the paper discusses measures for improving the system of ward rounds and scientific research management. The goal is to enhance the medical expertise levels, scientific research capabilities and foreign languages proficiency of medical workers in China so as to deliver better medical and healthcare services to the broad masses of the people.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) are widely present in the world and their concentration in the environment has been increasing rapidly.PBDEs pollution has caused an extensive concern in recent years. The environmental effects of PBDEs are decided by their transfer and transformation, which is the basis of environmental and health risk evaluation. At present,a considerable number of detection of PBDEs has been undertaken in sediment and wildlife. However, little research has been done on the ecotoxicology of PBDEs.The purpose of this paper was to introduce the research status of PBDEs,to summarize emphatically their distribution model, bioaccumulation regularity and ecotoxicology effects in the environment, and to discuss the influences of PBDEs on human health. Finally the problems needed to be solved in this field are proposed.

AIM: To investigate the effects of major operation wound on both endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in hematoplasma of patients. METHODS: We measured both endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide in hematoplasma during perioperative period for 30 patients who underwent Ⅲ category operation and for 15 patients who underwent Ⅳ category operation. RESULTS: After operation, ET and CGRP in hematoplasma of both groups who underwent Ⅲ category and Ⅳ category operation were significantly increased compared with those before operation (P

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancers after operation. Methods The T cell subsets of peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry in 82 cases of gastric cancer before and after operation, and the data were compared with those of benign disease. Results Before operation CD69-positive T cell were significantly lower in cancer patients than those in control (P

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and complications of whole body gamma knife conformal radiotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 169 patients with NSCLC received whole body gamma knife conformal radiotherapy.Total dose, fractions, and radiation time were determined based on disease course, tumor location, tumor features and tumor volume, etc.Small target volume(tumor size less than 3cm in diameter) received 5-10Gy each time,40-50Gy in 4-10 fractions;moderate target volume(tumor size 3cm-5cm in diameter) received 4-8Gy each time,48-56Gy in 4-16 fractions;and big target volume(tumor size more than 5cm in diameter) received 3-4Gy per time,40Gy in 10-14 fractions and followed by 10-30Gy using reduced fields. Results Of 269 tumors in 169 patients, complete response(CR) rate, partial response(PR) rate, and rate of no change(NC) were 41.6%(112/269),44.6%(120/269) and 13.8%(37/269),respectively.Overall response rate(CR+PR) was 86.2%(232/269),with 1-year local control rate of 92.3%.1-year and 2-year survival rate was 75.1% and 46.2%,respectively,with median survival time of 19 months. The incidence of Grade 1,2 and Grade 3 radiation pneumonia was 15.4% and 3.1%,respectively.Conclusions With minor adverse effects, whole body gamma knife conformal radiotherapy may have short-term therapeutic effects for NSCLC patients with amelioration of disease symptoms, obvious elevation of tumor local control rate,a raise of the survival rate, and improvement of life quality.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(5):519-521
Objective To summarize the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment principles of abdomen postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome(PGS).Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with abdomen postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome, collected from our hospital in the past ten years, were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 28 patients were cured by conservation therapy. The average gastric dynamics response time was 20.2 days(12.0~34.0 days),which included 2 cases recovered within 1-2 weeks,17 cases recovered within 2-3 weeks,7 cases recovered within 3-4 weeks,2 cases recovered over 4 weeks. Conclusion PGS is a functional reaction rather than mechanical obstruction disease. The diagnosis mainly depends on the symptoms and sighs combined with gastrointestinal angiography or endoscopy. Most of the patients can be cured by conservative treatment.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(2):190-192
As patients with type 1 diabetes, both the function and number of their beta cells decreased.Despite treating with insulin in early stage,it can't avoid the occurrence of serious complications or death. However,Immunotherapy, different from the previous replacement therapy, emphasizes re-balance between affected T cells and immune regulative effect, suppresses autoimmune reaction, and strengthens the tolerance of beta cells of islet to it.At present,a variety of immune medicines have already been approved for the treatment of type 1 diabetes, such as anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody,GAD-alum,etc.
