1.The research on imitation of action involved objects in children with autistic spectrum disorder
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(10):901-903
Objective To explore the characteristics of deficit in action imitation upon objects for the children with autistic spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods Imitative tasks involved objects under the condition of different time after the modelling action ,different action number, different action meaning were used to examine the variations between 12 young children with ASD,and with deaf children(D) matched with the non-verbal IQ and CA( n= 12) ,and children with mental retardation (MR) matched with verbal IQ and CA( n= 12). Results Analyses of repeated ANOVA revealed that: there were significant main effect on the imitation of action involved objects within three subjects(F(2.33) = 10. 138, P<0.01 ) ;the individuals with ASD achieved lower scores(0.766 ±0.029 ) than the children with MR (0.861 ± 0. 029 ), and the children with deaf significantly ( 0. 949 ± 0. 029). Especially, the autistic imitation deficit was shown on tasks of deferred and meaningless action imitation. Conclusion Children with ASD show deficit on imitation involved objects significantly.

Objective To explore the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of primary gastric malignant (lymphoma)(PGML).Methods The diagnosis and treatment data of 21 cases of PGML admitted in our(hospital) during 8 years was retrospectively analyzed. The diagnostic methods included barium meal(examination),gastroscopy,B type ultrasonography, and CT scan. All patients underwent operative treatment and most of the patients received adjuvant chemotherapy. Results Upper abdominal pain, digestive tract bleeding, emaciation and abdominal mass were common clinical manifestations of PGML.The resectabilty rate of PGML was 90.5% while the 5-year survival rate was 57.1%.Conclusions The key to a satisfactory prognosis was early diagnosis, radical curative operation and combined treatment.

MIC.RESULTS The bacteriostatic/bactericidal CFR of 0.5g q8h imipenem/cilastatin and 0.5g q8h meropenem were the highest(100%);that of 3.375g q4h sodium piperacillin/tazobactam sodium against ESBLs-producing E.coli was above 90%;the CFRs of ceftriaxone(1g q24h,2g q24h),ceftazidime(1g q8h,2g q8h),cefepime(1g q8h,1g q12h,2g q8h) and cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam(0.5g q8h,1g q8h,2g q8h) against ESBLs-producing strains were clearly less than those of non-ESBLs-producing ones, and the CFRs could not be effectively improved with the dose and frequency increased.CONCLUSIONS The PK/PD simulation is useful to optimize the regimen of anti-infective treatment, and guide its dosing accurately.

Objective To investigate the correlation between midkine(MK) and VEGF expression with angiogenesis and biological features in recurrent gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of MK was examined using immunohistochemistry in 9 cases of gastric carcinoma and 9 cases of adjacent normal tissues.Microvessel density(MVD)was determined by VEGF immunohistochemical staining. Results Majority of recurrent gastric carcinoma tissues showed positive reaction to immunostaining, but no specific positivity was detected in adjacent normal tissue.Values of MVD and MK positive group(88.8%,79.75) was higher than those in the negative group(15.0%)(P

Objective To explore the effect and application of the clinical teaching method of stage-separated to targeted management in the comprehensive ICU. Methods ICU rotation learning plans were developed for 113 probationers and rotating physicians, who were given the training of stage-separated to targeted teaching. The program was divided into three stages based on corresponding teaching objective and comprehensive examination and assessment with combination the dynamic and static evaluation were carried out to three parts. Results The probationers and rotating physicians had significant improvement in the familiarity and mastery of ICU specialist knowledge and skills through the systematic training. Conclusion Such training program can effectively improve the ICU specialized quality and comprehensive ability of the probationers and rotating physicians and bring about better clinical teaching effect.

Objective To observe the efifcacy and safety of ticagrelor in patients received percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 50 patients with non-responding platelet aggregation rate and CYPC219 gene after clopidogrel treatment were given ticagrelor and enrolled in the study. All enrolled patients received aspirin loading dosage 300 mg, followed by maintenance dosage 100 mg, once daily and ticagrelor maintenance dosage 90 mg twice daily, for 1 year. The primary endpoint for the study were the incidence of major cardiovascular events (including death, stent thrombosis, stent restenosis, nonfatal myocardial infarction, target vessel revascularization) and stroke after followed up for a month. The secondary endpoint were the incidence of general events (including minor bleeding, allergies, breathing dififculties) and platelet count changes. Results No occur major cardiovascular and stroke events record after 1 month of ticagrelor treatment. The general events rates included 2 cases of dyspnen, 1 case of epitaxis and 1 case of subcutaneous bleeding. The platelet aggregation with ticagrelor was signiifcantly lower than clopidogrel without signiifcant decrease in platelets count. Conclusions Using ticagrelor for antiplatelet in patients with coronary artery stenting in clopidogrel resistance cases is safe and effective.

Objective To evaluate the impact of the intrauterine device (IUD) insertion on the mental state of women. Methods From Jan.2009 to Jun.2010,a multi-center clinical observational study was performed.Totally 641 women were selected in the six provinces' 18 family planning service stations and hospitals for IUD insertion surgery study.Analysis of the change of women's mental state which was evaluated by symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) scale before and after IUD insertion surgery. Results Before and after IUD insertion surgery,10 factors' scores in SCL-90 of the observed objects were between 1.1 to 1.2,total scores were 107 ± 27 and 105 ± 25,respectively.Before and after surgery, total average score both were 1.2,the average score of positive items both were 2.1.The difference of the above results were not statistically significance (all P >0.05).Preoperative and postoperative, the rate of positive items was 9.2%-19.6% and 7.7%-17.6%,respectively.In addition to anxiety and fear, the rate of other factors' positive items postoperative was significantly lower than those in the preoperative (all P < 0.05).The incidence of the observed objects postoperative of each factor score, deteriorated was in the range of 4.9% to 23.0%,improved was in the range of 26.3%-50.1%.The incidence of total scores, deterioration was 28.8% (166/575),improved was 45.6% (262/575).The incidence of the average score of positive items, deterioration was 3.7% (21/575),improved was 52.3% (301/575).Logistic analysis showed that,in addition to unit level, there were no other significant influencing factors for women' mental state of postoperative (all P > 0.05).Conclusion IUD insertion surgery has no adverse effect on women's mental state.

Objective To investigate microstructure of the corpus callosum(CC) in subacute diffuse axonal injury(DAI) patients and its the longitudinal change in a short time. Methods 21 patients with subacute DAI were enrolled successively in this study, and in which 12 patients were reexamined followed-up with DTI a month later (31.5 d±6.2 d,28-43 d),and then 12 gender and age matched healthy controls were recruited. The DTI data of all subjects were acquired on at a 3.0T MRI.The CC was divided into six segments:the genu, rostral mid-body, anterior mid-body,posterior mid-body, isthmus, and splenium.ROIs were placed on each segment on color fractional anisotropy (FA) maps in the midsagittal plane manually. The FA and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) values of each subregion of CC were measured and compared between subacute DAI group,follow-up group and controls respectively. In addition,a related analysis between DTI parameters of each sub-region of CC and GCS on admission was done by using person correlation analysis.
