Objective To investigate three-dimensional dose distribution for 103Pd radioactive stent. Methods The surface dose, the axial dose and radial dose in surface for 103pd stent (3 mm × 13 mm) were estimated by experimental simulating method, analytic function and MCNP4b code. Three-dimensional dose distribution was calculated by MCNP4b code. Results The surface dose of 103pd stent was 0. 109 and 0. 106 Gy estimated by experimental simulating method and MCNP4b code, between which the difference was less than 3%. The axial dose calculated by analytic function and MCNP4b code was well consistent, and so was the radial dose estimated by the three methods. Dose rate table were estimated by MCNP4b code. Conclnsions Dose distribution for 103 Pd stent estimated by the three methods is relatively accurate. Three-dimensional dose table estimated by MCNP4b may be used to calculate dose for 103Pd stent in animal experiment and clinical application.

Objective To research the brain hemodynamic changes in hyperacute cerebral infarction. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia models were presented in 42 healthy New Zealand rabbits by obstructing the unilateral middle cerebral artery with modified O’Brein method. Dynamic scans with intravenous bolus injection of contrast were performed at 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6h separately after operation by Siemens Somatom Plus 4 Power spiral CT scanner. Then data were input into Siemens Magic View 50 workstation and processed with perfusion CT/VA 10B system. Six cerebral blood functional perfusion maps were obtained. rCBF, rCBV, rTP, rTS of bilateral symmetric interesting regions were calculated. Results Between 0.5-6 hours after operation, the rCBF and rCBV of ischemic cores and peri-ischemic areas decreased subsequently along with times of ischemia developing. rTP、rTS of cores increased at first, then decreased to 0. rTP, rTS of peri-ischemic areas prolonged at all times. Conclusion The ischemic degree, perfusion state of ischemic tissues in brain can be estimated by hemodynamic parameters, which provide useful information for the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction.

Objective To study the characteristics and the regularities of the metabolites in multiple sclerosis(MS) with proton MR spectroscopy, and to investigate the clinical value of MR spectroscopy in multiple sclerosis. Methods The findings of conventional MRI and of ~1HMRSI from 8 cases of acute and chronic multiple sclerosis as and from 12 normal volunteers were comparatively analyzed, its all were using Philips Intera Nova Dual 1.5T MR system. Results ~1HMRSI of all multiple sclerosis as revealed different spectral peaks, including reduced N-acetylaspartate (NAA), creatine (Cr)and NAA/Pcr, prominent phosphorcreatine (Pcr),prominent choline (Cho), prominent lactate,(Lac), and prominent myoinositol (MI) in the acute MS. Normal Cho、Cr、Pcr、MI,void Lip reduced NAA and NAA/Pcr, in the chronic MS. Conclusion MRS is a noninvasive and accurate procedure ,it can reveal organic metabolizability and have capacious foreground.

20 years)was 8.60%(48/558) , which was more than that in the second decade of life ( 5.22% ). The incidence of painful group was 9.79%(14/143),which was more than that in foot trauma group 6.78%(40/630).The positive C sign was presented in 61.1%(33/54),posterior-type coalition in 38.9%(21/54),short talar neck sign in 61.1%(33/54)and talar beak sign in 22.2%(12/54). Conclusion The talocalcaneal coalition is a common development abnormality in our country. We must pay attention to the diagnosis of talocalcaneal coalition for painful foot adulthood.

Objective To study the incidence and radiologic findings of calcaneonavicular coalition. Methods CR films of foot andankle in 1361 cases were presented, which were evaluated for acute trauma or chronic pain. There were 588 cases of foot CR and 773 cases of ankle CR,age ranged from 10 years to 91 years(984 cases of 20~40 years). The prevalence of calcaneonavicular coalition was determined and the different significance of both male and female, acute trauma and chronic pain group were analysed. Results In 1361 cases,72 cases of calcaneonavicular coalition(5.3%) were demonstrated,8.7%(47/588)on foot CR films and 3.2%(25/773) on ankle CR films.Calcaneonavicular coalition was more dipicted on foot CR films than on ankle CR films(P0.05).Conclusion The foot CR films is more superexcellent than the ankle CR films on demonstrating calcaneonavicular coalition.

Objective To study the clinicoradiologic significance of C sign. Methods 773 cases of standard ankle CR radiographs were presented for diagnosis of acute trauma and ankle pain. There were 565 males and 208 females, ages ranged from 10 to 81. There were 630 cases of acute trauma and 143 cases of painful ankle. C sign incidence, C sign figuration, distance of the medial facet of talocalcaneal joint, and the figuration of sustentaculum tali were studied. The relationship between C sign and talocalcaneal coalition was analysed. Results The incidence of C sign was 54.6%(422/773). The female incidence was 61.1%(127/208) ,which was more than that of male(52.2%,295/565)(P

Objective To study the value of parameters of Transit-Time Flow Measurement(TTFM) as predictor and judge for one-year after coronary artery bypass transplantation in patency rate of vessel grafts .Methods Parameters of quantity of blood flow and the value of PI( pulsation index) were measured and recorded by intraoperative TTFM in CABG .One-year of follow-ing up, coronary artery CT or coronary angiography examination were accomplished. Results Our study include artery grafts 46(including LIMA grafts 44, RIMA graft 1 and radial artery graft 1) with the patency rate of grafts 91.3% for one-year after CABG, and vein grafts 48 with the patency rate of grafts 66.7% .There exists statistically significant difference between above two groups(P<0.001).High PI is independent risk factor(P =0.037) in patency rate of vessel grafts for one-year after CABG by binary logistics regression analysis but no other parameters have the statistical significance (P>0.05) .The results from logistic regression were summarized using the area under the ROC curve(AUC) .The pulsation index has been found hav-ing moderate judgment ability(P=0.016) for the dysfunction of grafts after CABG for one-year with optimal cut-off value of 2. 45.Conclusion Intraoperative high value of PI is the independent risk factor in patency rate of vessel grafts for one-year after CABG.

The mechanisms underlying exercise-induced neuroprotective effects after traumatic brain injury (TBI) remained elusive, and there is a lack of effective treatments for TBI. In this study, we investigated the effects of an integrative approach of exercise and Yisaipu (TNFR-IgG fusion protein, TNF inhibitor) in a mouse TBI model. Male C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to a sedentary group or a group that followed a voluntary exercise regimen. The effects of 6-week prophylactic preconditioning exercise (PE) alone or in combination with post-TBI Yisaipu treatment on moderate TBI associated deficits were examined. The results showed that combined treatments of PE and post-TBI Yisaipu were superior to single treatments on reducing sensorimotor and gait dysfunctions in mice. These functional improvements were accompanied by reduced systemic inflammation largely via decreased serum TNF-α, boosted autophagic flux, and mitigated lesion volume after TBI. Given these neuroprotective effects, composite approaches such as a combination of exercise and TNF inhibitor may be a promising strategy for facilitating functional recovery from TBI and are worth further investigation.
