1.Design and implementation of a wireless mobile medical equipment system based on GPRS

This paper introduces the design and implementation of a wireless mobi le medical equipment system based on GPRS. GRPS modem is applied to the wireless integration of digital medical equipments with RS232 interfaces into Internet. Thus, such of the system as the linkage with medical monitoring center and the w ireless mobile communication function are all fulfilled.
2.Design of wireless remote electro-thermometer system

This paper introduces a wireless remote electro-thermometer system composed of the temperature measurement module, the transmitting module, the receiving module and the computer terminal. The temperature measurement module adopts Texas Instruments' (TI') MSP430 ultra low-power 16-bit microcontroller as the unit for acquisition and control. MSP430 being the controller, the wireless transmitting module and the receiving module are based on TI's TRF6900. The receiving module uses RS232 interface to send the temperature data from the temperature measurement module to the computer terminal.
3.Design of wireless digital audio communication system and its application in field medicine field medicine

An audio communication system in field medicine based on wireless transmission is introduced.It mainly comprises MSP430 ultra low-power and 16-bit microcontroller of Texas Instruments and wireless audio streamer nRF24Z1 of Nordic VLSI in Norway.The system realizes the call-and-talk communication between doctors and patients conveniently in one-to-many way in good audio quality and flexible mobility,so that doctors can be timely informed the state of an illness by using it.
4.Research of Calibrating Method of Electrosurgical Analyzer

Objective To research the calibration methods of the electrosurgical analyzer which is applied in calibration for production and use of electrosurgical generator. Methods Two methods were put forward,the first one is indirect measurement,the second one is comparing with congeneric device,and these two methods in theory and practice to process real data were analyzed. Results The device with the methods are tested and analyzed,and then,the test error or uncertainty of electrosurgical analyzer is used in analyzing and processing. Conclusion The test error or uncertainty of leakage current and peak factor can also get by these two methods,and these methods could be used as calibration method in production and usage of electrosurgical generator or method for tracing the source.
5.Development of ventilator tester based on ADuC812

6.Research on the High Efficiency Data Communication Repeater Based on STM32F103.

OBJECTIVETo improve the radio frequency (RF) transmission distance of the wireless terminal of the medical internet of things (LOT), to realize the real-time and efficient data communication, the intelligent relay system based on STM32F103 single chip microcomputer (SCM) is proposed.
METHODSThe system used nRF905 chip to achieve the collection, of medical and health information of patients in the 433 MHz band, used SCM to control the serial port to Wi-Fi module to transmit information from 433 MHz to 2.4 GHz wireless Wi-Fi band, and used table look-up algorithm of ready list to improve the efficiency of data communications.
RESULTSThe design can realize real-time and efficient data communication.
CONCLUSIONThe relay which is easy to use with high practical value can extend the distance and mode of data transmission and achieve real-time transmission of data.

Objective To explore the feasibility and significance of using ventilated technology of oxygen after unchaining in assistant breathing equipment cycled with mixed gases of helium and oxygen.Methods After giving out the relative increment matrix for keeping the system steady,the paper introduces the detail methods for the control of oxygen concentration after unchaining coupling in assistant breathing equipment cycled with mixed gases of helium and oxygen.Results It shows that the control of oxygen concentration after unchaining coupling is a vital technology in assistant breathing equipment cycled with mixed gases of helium and oxygen.
8.Advanced Development on Intelligential Bluetooth Sensor of Body Temperature

Objective To develop a kind of mobile Bluetooth temperature sensor with removable measurement and wireless transmission.Methods The device was designed with technology of high precision sensor and newly developed Bluetooth base on MCU MSP430 as control unit which could apply in real time measurement,data storage,transmission and emergency alarm.Results The problem that at the scene of many cables in clinical care of the devise was resolved.Any devices with Bluetooth sensor can receive temperature data.Conclusion The traditional work mode is changed by the Bluetooth device and reduces the workload of nursing staff,which provides a new solution for integration of Bluetooth and clinic care technology.
9.Design and realization of digital hearing aid based on DSP

10.Development of Medical Information Platform Based on B/W/S Structure in Clinical Department

Objective To study a feasible technology plan for information communication between doctors and patients.Methods Based on three-layer B/W/S and Windows2003 Server,MS SQL Server was used for database administration.The Apache Tomcat 5.5 was adopted as Web server and Web services were realized by using JSP(Java Server Page).Results Health care information was collected and integrated in medical information platform of clinical department which was connected into Internet directly.The information platform established communication way between doctors and patients and it had functions for chief complaint,diagnosis,reservation and revisit.Conclusion Communication between doctors and patients are realized.
