After seminal fluid detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 42 cases of male infertility indicated Tox - DNA positive, and abnormal seminal fluid was confirmed by analysis of computered autonomic analyser, they received treatment of Qing Jing Chong Ji. After one therapeutic course, one month constituting one course, Tox - DNA transformed negative in 36 cases, negative -transforming rate being 85. 7%. After treatment of 2 courses, in 2 cases Tox -DNA tranformed negative, the negative -transforming rate being 4. 76%. The total negative - transformingrate was 90. 48%.
