Objective To establish determination method of luteolin-7-O-glucoside in Compound Luobuma Granule. Methods Phenomenex luna C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used;aceto-0.5% acetic acid (14∶86) was set as the mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 348 nm. Results The linear range of luteolin-7-O-glucoside was in the range of 0.031 9-0.796 3 μg (r=0.999 6), and the average recovery was 100.85% (n=6). Conclusion The method is specific, simple, and can improve quality standard and increase the controllability of Compound Luobuma Granule.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(5):95-97
Objective To imporve the quality standard of Lianqiaobaidu Pills. Methods The TLC method was established for ephedrae herba, sophorae flavescentis radix, paeoniae radix rubra, and RP-HPLC methed was established for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Lianqiaobaidu Pills. Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used with methanol-acetonitrile (2∶1) - 0.04% phosphoric acid (10∶90) as the mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results TLC chromatographic spots were clear, and negative control had no interference. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.042 2-0.464 2 μg (r=1), the average recovery (n=6) was 98.96%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, with strong exclusive feature, and suitable for quality control of Lianqiaobaidu Pills.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(1):60-62
Objective To investigate the symptoms, signs and distribution of focus in acute insular infarct syndrome, as well as the effects on cardiovascular system. Methods The clinical manifestations of 20 patients with first-event acute insular infarct syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients revealed the intellectual deterioration, aphasia, hemiparalysis, sensory disorder and vestibular-like symptoms. The temporal lobes were mostly involved (65%). Electrocardiogram showed ST segment depressed mostly. The supraventricular premature beats were the most frequence finding by Holter monitoring in left insular infarction except atrial fibrillation, and their heart rate variability indicated that the standard deviation of normal-to-normal intervals (SDNN) decreased, but root mean square successive difference (RMSSD) increased. Conclusion The insular infarct syndrome can be charactered as a group of symptoms of intellectual deterioration, aphasia, hemiparalysis, sensory disorder and vestibular-like symptom. Left insular infarct could be complicated with arrhythmia, which increases the risk of adverse cardiac outcome. The characteristics of arteries to Sylvian angle may be associated with the syndrome.

International Eye Science 2009;9(9):1646-1647
AIM:To investigate the efficacy of controlled continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis(CCC) technique in short axial length and shallow anterior chamber eyes.METHODS:Sixty-eight patients(68 eyes) with short axial length and shallow anterior chamber were included. The routine CCC technique was used in 32 cases (32 eyes) and controlled CCC technique was used in 36 cases (36 eyes). The success rate and complication were compared between two groups. RESULTS:The success rate of the routine technique group and controlled technique group was 53. 13% and 86.11% respectively. Incomplete CCC leading to posterior capsule tears was 9.38% and zero in two groups respectively.CONCLUSION: Controlled CCC technique can increase the success rate and reduce complications in short axial length and shallow anterior chamber eyes.KEYWORDS:phacoemulsification; continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis; complication

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To understand changes of serum creatase zymogram of measles in children with or without vaccination histories and their clinical significances and approach the protection of vaccination on myocard of children with measles. Methods Seventy-one hospitalised cases with measles were classified into measles-vaccinated group (n=23), non-vaccinated group (n=48),and 30 healthy children were selected as healthy control group.Serum creatine kinase (CK) and isodynamic enzyme (CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and isodynamic enzyme1 (LDH1), ?- hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (?- HBD)in 3 group were detected with electrocardiography and clinical analysis was made. Results Compared with those in vaccinated group, CK-MB, LDH1 and ?-HBD in non-vaccinated group advanced remarkably (Pa

Microbiology 2008;0(11):-
Organic solvent tolerant microorganism(OSTM) is a novel extremophile and it hasn't been systematically studied until 1980s.Relying on certain mechanisms, the OSTM is able to effectively de-fend and decrease the toxicity from organic solvents, which enable the OSTM to be potentially applied in the industrial fields such as whole-cell catalysis and environmental treatment, etc. The comprehen-sively understanding of the mechanisms involved in organic solvent tolerance of OSTM could be com-bined with genetic engineering in order to modify and optimize the various specifications of OSTM,and further broaden its application in other industrial areas.Latest studies on the tolerant mechanisms of OSTM,in this paper, will be reviewed from four aspects such as vesicle exocytosis and changes of phos-pholipid composition in membrane, etc.Besides, the application of OSTM in whole-cell catalysis and other fields will be introduced.

A new phenethanol, (2'R)-4-(2', 3'-dihydroxy-3'-methyl-butanoxy)-phenethanol (1), along with other eleven known benzene derivatives (2-12) were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of Clausena excavata (Rutaceae). Compounds 3 and 4 are new natural products, and compounds 5-8, 10-12 were isolated from C. excavata for the first time. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses including HSQC, COSY and HMBC experiments. 1 was tested for its cytotoxicities against A549, HeLa and BGC-823 cancer cell lines, and antimicrobial activities against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus. The results showed that 1 did not exhibit cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities.
