With the development of immunoassay and sensing technologies and the solid waste compost technologies being paid more and more attention,the method of immunosensor can’t be interfered by some interference factors of the commonly used analytical methods,it is of great significance to apply the immunosensor technologies in monitoring,and real-time,online measurement during compost process. The working mechanism and classification of immunosensor are briefly introduced,and the components of the complex compost system are divided into solid phase,liquid phase and gas phase. The development and application of immunosensor in compost is introduced. The latest progress in immunosensor for determination of trace toxicants is reviewed. The application of immunosensor in environmental monitoring and its future development are also discussed.

OBJECTIVE： The preventive and therapeutic effects of a compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation， Yingganfukang(YGFK)， on mice experimental liver fibrosis were studied METHODS： The acute liver damage and fibrosis rat models were established by giving single or multi－ dose of CCl4 orally and the liver dysimmunity model was established by giving BCG and LPS intravenously Rats were divided into YGFK group and control group The serum ALT， AST and ALP of the mice were examined The liver tissues taken from the liver fibrosis mice were committed to pathological examination RES_ ULTS： The serum ALT， ALP of the YGFK(2g/kg· d) group and control group were （ 6 153± 3 491） IU/L、 （ 202± 24） IU/L and （ 9 275± 2 744） IU/L、 （ 421± 67） IU/L， respectively in the acute liver damage mice with significant differences

Objective To evaluate the reasons for intrathecal administration of vincristine,the characteristics of patients with nerve damage,and the effective rescue measures and outcome prognosis.Methods Electronic literature databases,English and Chinese Paper Documents databases,and Network Engine were searched for Case Reports of inadvertent intrathecal injection of vincristine.SPSS 15.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results Analysis of 32 cases report showed that the intrathecal injection of vincristine in patients had adverse outcome.Of these cases 25 led to death,and survival of cases was associated with lower limb paralysis or quadriplegia.Fatalities appeared due to a progressively ascending myeloencephalopathy.Early recognition and immediate treatment with CSF drainage appeared to be the only intervention that had improved patients' survival.The survival curves of different surgical treatments,whether or not to use folic acid treatment,whether or not to use glutamate treatment,whether or not to use pyridoxinetreatment,was a significant difference.Conclusions Timely ventriculo-lumbar washout,using folic acid treatment and glutamate treatment appear critical.It is difficult to obtain satisfactory clinical outcome,so the key lies in the implementation of effective preventive measures.
