2.Manufacture and application of skin suction blister apparatus
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To manufacture the skin suction blister apparatus and observe the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting in treating vitiligo. Methods According to the theory of local skin suction blister: local skin suction blister is decided by the two facts of the negative pressure and temperature, the skin suction blister apparatus was manufactured based on feedback principle, and was applied to autologous epidermal grafting for treating vitiligo. Results The performance of skin suction blister apparatus was stable, the operation was relative simple, and the total survival grade of autologous epidermal grafting was 98.01%.Conclusion The skin suction blister apparatus is simple to operate and its curative effect is excellent for clinical application.
3.Clinical research and application of injecting roll booster
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Objective To design and manufacture the injecting roll booster,by which Dipospan mix liquid is injected for treating keloid. Methods According to the principle that screw roll can save labour when it is circumvolved forward, the injecting roll booster was developed.Dipospan mix liquid(Dipospan1ml,Hyaluronidase1500U,5-Fluorouracil 2~5ml) was injected for treating keloid. Results The treatment effect of the injecting roll booster was apparently better than that of general injector. The Dipospan mix liquid and Dipospan for keloid were injected, and the total efficacies were 94.45% and 85.51% respectively. There was marked difference statistically(p
4.Influence of Dexamethasone and Fructose-1,6-Diphosphate on Myocardial Enzymes and Ultrastructure of Myocardial Cells in Rats with Endotoxemia
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effect of dexamethasone(DXM)and fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP)on cardial troponin I(cTnI)and MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MB),and ultrastructure of myocardial cells in rats with endotoxemia. Methods Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sodium chloride group(NS group,n=8),9 g?L-1 NS 1 mL,ip;lipopolysaccharide group(LPS group,n=24),administered with endotoxin(5 mg?kg-1,ip);DXM group(n=24):received DXM(5 mg?kg-1,ip)after injection of LPS 1 h;FDP(n=24)group,received FDP(1 g?kg-1,ip)after injection LPS 1 h.Then, they were sacrificed at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 72 h after injection.CK-MB and cTnI in blood were detected with chemiluminescent techniques, and myocardial pathological damage was observed under the light and transmission electron microscope. Results Compared with control group,in LPS group, the serum cTnI and CK-MB were increased significantly from 6 h to 24 h with time going by(P
5.An experimental study of mild hypothermia via lateral ventricle perfusion of cool Ringer's solution in rabbits after traumatic brain injury
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(10):-
Objective To set up a new method of mild hypothermia via lateral ventricle in rabbits following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods Twenty-one New Zealand rabbits were used for this study. TBI was pro- duced with all the rabbits in anesthesia by using free-falling impact model. Animals were randomly divided into three groups: a TBI group, a mild hypothermia group (by perfusion of 25℃Ringer's solution via the lateral ventricle) and a control group. The contents of water and total sodium, potassium of the brain region close to traumatic brain tissue were detected and pathological changes were observed in three groups. Results The number of the injured neurons was increased significantly in both TBI group and mild hypothermia group than that in control group at 72 h after TBI (P
