Objective To manufacture the skin suction blister apparatus and observe the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting in treating vitiligo.Methods According to the theory of local skin suction blister: local skin suction blister is decided by the two facts of the negative pressure and temperature,the skin suction blister apparatus was manufactured based on feedback principle,and was applied to autologous epidermal grafting for treating vitiligo.Results The performance of skin suction blister apparatus was stable,the operation was relative simple,and the total survival grade of autologous epidermal grafting was 98.01%.Conclusion The skin suction blister apparatus is simple to operate and its curative effect is excellent for clinical application.

Objective To set up a new method of mild hypothermia via lateral ventricle in rabbits following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods Twenty-one New Zealand rabbits were used for this study. TBI was pro- duced with all the rabbits in anesthesia by using free-falling impact model. Animals were randomly divided into three groups: a TBI group, a mild hypothermia group (by perfusion of 25℃Ringer's solution via the lateral ventricle) and a control group. Stem cells are characterized by self-renewing, multipotent differentiation, and high proliferation and receiving more and more attention for their roles in the development and management of various diseases. There are epithelial stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells in the prostate. The markers of the epithelial stem cells include cytokeratin, stem cell antigen-1, and integrins alpha2beta1, CD49f, CD133, CD117, and CD44. The markers of the mesenchymal stem cells include CD30, CD44, CD133, neuron-specific enolase, and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1. Prostate stem cells are involved in the development and treatment of prostatic diseases. This review focuses on the latest progress in the studies of prostate stem cells.

It is one of the key problems for the development of Chinese medicine to standardize the diagnosis of syndromes. The authors mainly discuss the ideas and methods of the study of standardization of syndrome diagnosis by retrospective analysis, also put forward the following suggestions: (1) the main ideas of this study should be based on the comparison of the diseases and their relevant syndromes and the predictive diagnosis of syndromes by the effects of herbal prescription treatment; (2) they are important ways to carry out multicenter, large sample and perspective clinical trials on the basis of the investigation and study of literature, consultation of experts and retrospective case review, and following the principles of clinical epidemiology, and to use the methods of evidence-based medicine to do systemic evaluation on the criteria of syndrome diagnosis; (3) they are important sectors of the study of standardization of syndrome diagnosis to enhance the objective studies on the four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine, and to do the functional studies under the conduction of systems biology; (4) Both data excavation technology and computer intelligence are the important technique supporting this study.
