Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2008;27(5):475-478
Objective To analyze the allele frequencies of 5 short tandem repeat(STR)loci(D12S313,D12S304,D12S1640,D12S1708 and D12S1583)on chromosome 12 among Kashin-Beck disease(KBD)patients and the control population living in the area suffered from KBD.Methods Fifty KBD patient8 and 50 non-KBD patients were chosen in endemic afea of Shaanxi Province,5 STR loci on chromosome 12 were genotyped by the technology of polymerase chain reacfion(PCR)and capillary electmphoresis. The pelymorphisms of STR in these popIllations were analyzed. The allele and genotype frequencies of each STR in the corresponding groups were caleulated and compared. Results In KBD group, the 5 STR loci had 8,6,7,5 and 11 types ofalleles and 17,11,15,8 and 28 genotypes, respectively;while in the control group, the number of aUele types of 5 STR loci were 6,8,6,4 and 10,the number of genotype of those loci were 13,21,14,8 and 23,respectively The allele frequence of D12S304 locus was statiBtically significant between KBD patients and controls(P<0.05),especially for the 319 bp allele(P<0.006 25). Conclusion There is an association between D12S304 locus and KBD.The 319 bp allele might play the key role.

3.Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen on p38 MAPK Signal Transduction Pathway in Neuropathic Rats
Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(8):723-727
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on p38 MAPK signal pathway in neuropathic pain, and explore its mechanism. Methods The experiment was divided into two parts with thirty SD rats in each part. Each part was then randomly divided into 3 groups:sham operation group(S group),chronic constriction group(CCI group)and hyperbaric oxygen group(HBO group),with 10 rats in each group. Part one:Pain?related behavior were detected on 3 day,7 day,14 day,28 day after operation. Phosphorylative p38 was detected by Western blot method and the P2X4 receptor was detected by immunohistochemistry method on the 28th day. Part two:All the rats were treated with SB203580. Pain?related behavior were detected on 3 day,7 day,14 day,28 day after operation. P2X4 receptor was detected by immunohistochem?istry method on the 28th day. Results CCI and HBO groups were significantly lower than S group in pain?related behaviors(P<0.05). CCI group was significantly lower than that in HBO group(P<0.05). The content of phosphorylative p38 and P2X4 receptor in CCI and HBO group were increased(P<0.05),and the expression of phosphorylative p38 and P2X4 in CCI group was significantly increased than that in HBO group (P<0.05). When p38 MAPK was inhibited, pain?related behavior in HBO and CCI group increased significantly than the pain?related behavior of HBO and CCI group in Part 1(P<0.05). But the difference between group CCI and HBO was not significant(P>0.05). Though the expression of P2X4 receptor in CCI group and HBO group was significantly higher than that in S group(P<0.05),the difference between group CCI and HBO was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can affect the expression of p38 MAPK through P2X4 receptor in rats of neuropathic pain.

Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(4):349-351
Objective To investigate whether hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)affected neuropathic pain through autophagy and verify the HBO effect. Methods A total of 60 male SD rats were selected for the study and randomly divided into 4 groups:control group(C group),sham operation group (S group),chronic constriction group(CCI group)and hyperbaric oxygen group(HBO group). LC3Ⅱand P62 were determined by Western blot method and the autophagy was detected by electron microscopy on the 7th day. Results CCI and HBO groups were significantly higher than C and S group in Western blot(P<0.05). There was no difference between group C and group S(P>0.05). The expression of LC3Ⅱin HBO group was significantly higher than that in CCI group(P<0.05). And the expression of P62 in CCI group was significantly higher than that in HBO group(P<0.05). The autophagy in CCI and HBO group were significantly increased comparing to the C and S groups(P<0.05). However, the difference be?tween group C and S was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can induce autophagy for anti?neuropathic pain.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(10):39-41
Objective To establish a self-made chiral column for enantiomeric separation of salbutamol. Methods We used different concentrations of acid, alkali additives in the polar phase flow for enantiomers separation of salbutamol by using 3, 4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate vancomycin chiral column, and discussed the chiral recognition mechanism. Results The ratio of acid to alkali additive in the mobile phase was 0.01%:0.01% (V/V), the flow rate was 1ml/min, the column temperature was 25℃, and the best separation of enantiomers of salbutamol was obtained, the selective factor was 1.16, the separation degree reached 1.41. Conclusion Self-made 3, 4-two chlorophenyl isocyanate vancomycin chiral column is effective for salbutamol separation, and it can be as a reference for developing other similar chiral stationary phase.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2014;29(7):495-498
Objective To explore whether the presence of juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula (JPDD) risks biliary stone disease and recurrence. Methods 829 patients undergoing ERCP in our hospital from Aug 2008 to Dec 2012 were divided into four groups:biliary stone disease (n =609) non-stone biliary abnormality (n =124) common bile duct malformation with cholelithiasis (n =38) and normal control group (n =58).There were 206 patients with JPDD and 623 patients without JPDD.Biliary stoneformation,post-ERCP pancreatitis, cannulation failure, and stone recurrence were compared between those with JPDD and those without. Results The incidence of JPDD in biliary stone disease group (27.8%) was significantly higher than in non-stone biliary anatomical abnormality group (18.5 %) (x2 =4.512,P < 0.05).In biliary stone disease group, rates of post-ERCP pancreatitis were significantly higher in JPDD cases (33.7%) compared to those without JPDD (13.8%) (x2 =30.841,P < 0.05).The cannulation failure rate was also higher in patients with JPDD (15.4%) compared to JPDD negative (6.8%) (x2 =0.731,P <0.05).Recurrence rates in biliary stone disease were significantly higher in patients with JPDD (19.5%) when compared to JPDD-lacking individuals (9.3%) (x2 =14.51,P < 0.05).Conclusions JPDD is a risk factor for biliary stone formation.JPDD also is associated with post-ERCP pancreatitis, cannulation failure and biliary stone recurrence.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
A novel nucleic acid amplification method, termed loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),which amplifies DNA with high specificity, efficiency, and rapidity under isothermal conditions, may be a valuable tool for the rapid detection of infectious diseases. This method employs a DNA polymerase that have activity of strand displacement DNA synthesis and a set of four specially designed primers that recognize a total of six distinct sequences on the target DNA.LAMP can amplify a few copies of DNA to 109 in less than an hour. The final products are stem-loop DNA with several inverted repeats of the target and cauliflower-like structures with multiple loops.A positive reaction would be shown as a ladder-like pattern in a gel electrophoresis analysis.Because of the advantage, the LAMP method will be widely applied to research of nucleic acid, clinical diagnosis of infectious diseases and detection of genetically modified organisms etc.
