1.SERUM-URIN ?_2 MICROGLOBLIN CHANGE AND DYNAMIC OBSERVATION IN CHILDREN'S GLOMERULAR DISEASES
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
This paper reports serum ?_2 microglobiln (?_2M in abbreviation) in 216 normal children of different ages. Urin ?_2M in 60 normal adults; and both in 50 cases of common glomerular disease in children were detected by RIA. The results showed that serum ?_2M is more accurate than BUN in judging the renal function. The elecating serum ?_2M is coincidence with the elevating of diastolic pressure of the sick children. The dynamic observation on delayed cases examination of serum ?_2M and urin ?_2M may be of help in monitoring the pathological changes in glomerular and tubule.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2018;26(6):1765-1771
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effects of different stimultors (PHA, PMA and IL-2) and culture systems (PBMC and whole blood) on the proliferation of human peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets, so as to provide the experimental basis for selecting the appropriate system according to the experimental purposes.
METHODS:
A total of 10 ml serum samples were collected from healthy volunteers (n=6). The 300 μl whole blood was directly used to detect lymphocyte subsets by flow cytometry. The 400 μl whole blood were inoculated respectively with 3 different stimulators at 37℃ and 5% CO2 for 60 h; Three different stimulators were also added to the PBMC which were isolated from 2 ml whole blood. Then the proliferation ability of lymphocyte subsets was analyzed by flow cytometry.
RESULTS:
After the PBMC were stimulated with PHA, CD4CD8CD3 lymphocytes were the most subset; The proportion of CD3CD4 T lymphocytes and CD3CD19 B lymphocytes decreased after being stimulated by PMA (P<0.01, P<0.05); the lymphocyte subset ratio had no significant change after being stimulated by IL-2. After the whole blood system was stimulated with PHA, the CD4/CD8 T lymphoblasts were main subsets, the counts of B lymphocytes and NK cells were reduced; after being stimulated with PMA, the number of CD8CD3 T lymphoblast and CD4CD8T lymphocytes increased, the B/NK cells were not distinguished with the surface markers; after the whole blood system was stimulated with IL-2, the proportion of NK cells significantly increased (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
Lymphocyte proliferation stimulated by PMA is the fastest, while the effect of IL-2 on the lymphocyte subset proportion stimulated by IL-2 is the minimal. After being stimulated by PHA the division cycles of lymphocyte are the most.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2016;36(5):724-728
OBJECTIVETo study the influence of particle size and morphology on zinc cation adsorption by hydroxyapatite (HA) and dentifrice containing HA.
METHODSFour HAs with different particle sizes and morphologies, HA-containing dentifrice and blank dentifrice were prepared into suspensions of serial concentrations. Zinc ion solutions with an initial concentration of 10 mg/L was mixed with the suspensions and kept for 24 h for adsorption reaction. The zinc ion concentration in the supernatant was measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and the sorption rate of zinc ion was calculated.
RESULTSHA and HA-containing dentifrice with various particle sizes and morphologies were all capable of absorbing zinc ions from simulated waste water, and the adsorption rate of HA-containing dentifrice was 3%-10% higher than that of HA. HA with a particle size of 12 µm and a spherical morphology showed the strongest adsorption ability, followed by short bar-shaped HA with a particle size of 30 µm. Both Langmuir and Freundlich equation could simulate the sorption processes of HA dentifrice, while only Langmuir equation could simulate the sorption processes of HA.
CONCLUSIONIncorporation of HA in dentifrice can enhance zinc ion adsorption capacity of the material. The particle size and morphology of HA both affect the adsorption of zinc ions, and 12-µm HA particle with a spherical morphology has the best adsorption ability.

OBJECTIVES:
To verify the applicability and extensibility of the satisfaction index of basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents, and to explore the mechanism responsible for the satisfaction index in Kunming and Changsha City, and provide references for effective management and policy making.
METHODS:
A stratified cluster sampling method was conducted. A total of 560 familial decision makers were randomly selected in 24 classes of 14 schools of Kunming and Changsha City. Model reliability was tested by SPSS18.0. In addition, Smart PLS 3.0 was applied to conduct model validity test, calculate the satisfaction index, and to compare the model path coefficients of Kunming and Changsha by multi-group analysis.
RESULTS:
In the application of the satisfaction index of basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents in Kunming, Cronbach's α of the model was 0.93, split-half reliability coefficient was 0.90, and the latent variable composite reliability coefficient values were more than 0.86; the latent variable average variance extraction (AVE) values were greater than 0.66, and the square root of the AVE of each latent variable (all greater than 0.66) was larger than the correlation coefficient with other latent variables. The factor loading values were greater than 0.70, with statistical significance. The basic health insurance satisfaction index of Kunming and Changsha was 60.40 and 52.05, respectively. The difference between the path coefficient of Kunming and Changsha was not statistically significant except the path from public satisfaction to public loyalty. Perceived value had the largest direct and total effect on public satisfaction latent variable in Kunming City. While the perceived value had the largest direct effect on public satisfaction, and the perceived quality had the largest total effect on public satisfaction in Changsha City.
CONCLUSIONS
The satisfaction index model reflects the satisfaction of pupils' basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents, and it also shows good reliability and validity in Changsha and Kunming. What's more the model can be extended to the national level to evaluate the satisfaction of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents for primary school students. The basic health insurance satisfaction index of familial decision makers in Kunming is higher than that of Changsha. There are differences between Kunming and Changsha in the influential mechanism of the satisfaction index of for Chinese pupils with basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents, and the measures taken by the government and relevant departments to improve the satisfaction of basic medical insurance should be based on local conditions.

Chinese Medical Journal 2014;127(2):261-265
BACKGROUNDOveractive bladder (OAB) is a series of symptoms with high prevalence in elderly people. This study was conducted using the overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS) to evaluate the efficacy of solifenacin succinate for the treatment of OAB.
METHODSThis was a prospective, multicenter, single-arm, 12-week study that enrolled 241 OAB patients. The patients received 5-10 mg/day solifenacin. Changes in OABSS, symptoms from voiding diary, perception of bladder condition (PPBC) score, international prostate symptom score (IPSS) and quality of life (QOL) were evaluated at weeks 0, 4, and 12. The relationship between OABSS and PPBC score or parameters of voiding diary was also evaluated.
RESULTSAt baseline, the mean OABSS for all patients was 9.41 ± 2.40, and was reduced significantly at week 12 (-3.76 points; 61.21%, P < 0.0001). The OABSS subscore, PPBC score, IPSS, and QOL were also significantly reduced during the study (P < 0.0001). The overall incidence of adverse events was 19.91% (44 cases). The gastrointestinal system was the most commonly affected (11.31%). Around 5.88% of the cases had adverse events related to the genitourinary system. There was a strong correlation between OABSS and urinary symptoms that was recorded in the 3-day voiding dairy.
CONCLUSIONSWe showed that solifenacin was clinically effective for relieving OAB symptoms, considering the balance between efficacy, patients' well-being, and tolerability. OABSS integrates four OAB symptoms into a single score and can be a useful tool for research and clinical practice.
