Objective To use Wilks' lambda discriminant analysis for screening of the greatest influence factors in tooth extraction correction and to establish a method for validation. Methods A total of 100 orthodontic patients were selected, aged 14 to 40 years, with average age of 23.6 years,29 males and 76 females. The conventional cephalometry analysis was conducted.Statistical analysis was carried out with using SPSS 18.0 software package.Wilks' lambda statistical method was applied to filter the largest effect on tooth extraction treatment project. Results The UIE-AB and NA/PA calculation results showed statistical differences (P<0.05),and it set up a tooth extraction rectification regression equation for y =0.125 × NA/PA+0.351 × UIE-AB-3.429;a combination of the initial validation accuracy was 82.6%,and cross validation accuracy was 81.03%.Conclusions Incisor to AB line distance and angle of NA/PA are good tooth extraction judgement indexes.

BACKGROUNDTo investigate the expressions of MAGE-1,-2,-3 and -4 in lung cancer at mRNA level.
METHODSUsing a reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction assay (RT-PCR), the expressions of MAGE-1,-2,-3 and -4 in 35 lung cancer samples and non-tumorous lung tissues were examined.
RESULTSOf the 35 tumor samples, the MAGE-1,-2,-3 and -4 were expressed at mRNA level in 22.9% (8/35), 62.9% (22/35), 37.1% (13/35) and 77.1% (27/35) respectively. At least one of these genes was expressed in 85.7% (30/35) of the samples. Two or more of these genes were expressed in 71.4% (25/35) of the samples. None of the non-tumorous lung tissue was positive for these genes. No significant difference of the frequency of MAGE gene expression was found between adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, between different tumor stages, and between groups with or without lymph node metastasis (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSMAGE-1,-2,-3 and -4 are expressed at a high percentage in lung cancer. All of these genes are negative in the adjacent non tumorous lung tissue. These results indicate the possibility of a future specific immunotherapy for lung cancer based on these MAGE antigens.

BACKGROUNDTo clone and identify genes differentially expressed in human lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC).
METHODSA subtracted cDNA library of human LSCC was constructed by suppression subtracted hybridization (SSH) method. After screening, the subtracted library clones representing mRNAs that were truly differentially expressed in LSCC but not in its adjacent non cancerous tissues were selected to identify by RT-PCR and DNA sequencing were performed. Nucleic acid homology searches were performed using the BLAST program.
RESULTSBy this technique, 10 differentially expressed gene cDNA fragments of LSSC were obtained. Two were novel and eight were already known genes.
CONCLUSIONSSSH is a useful technique with high sensitivity for the detection of differential genes expression in LSCC and an effective method to clone novel genes.

Abstract
Through in-depth investigation into Japanese nutrition health educators post content, configuration, training mode, advanced education practice and the difficulties, the paper explores the effective ways of integrating nutrition health education into the school health education teacher and curriculum system as well as health promotion, so as to guide teachers and students to establish a correct concept of health, enhance health literacy and develop a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the paper aims at providing suggestions for the construction of nutrition and health school as well as the future development of nutrition health education in China.

Objective To investigate the expression of centromeric protein F(CENPF)and microribonucleic acid 1-3p(miR-1-3p)in the serum of patients with advanced gastric cancer and their correlation with prognosis. Methods Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were collected as the study group, while 60 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations at our hospital's physical examination center during the same period were collected as the control group.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)method was applied to detect the expression levels of serum CENPF and miR-1-3p in each group;Pearson method was applied to analyze the correlation between serum levels of CENPF and miR-1-3p;Kaplan-Meier method was applied to analyze the relationship between the expression of CENPF,miR-1-3p,and prognosis in patients with advanced gastric cancer;and COX regression was applied to analyze risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Results Compared with the control group, the CENPF level in the study group was obviously increased, while the miR-1-3p level was obviously reduced(P<0.05).The correlation analysis results showed that there was a negative correlation between serum CENPF and miR-1-3p levels in patients with advanced gastric cancer(r =-0.650,P<0.001).There were obvious differences in CENPF and miR-1-3p levels among different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis status(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of patients in the high expression group of CENPF was 19/30(63.33%),which was obviously lower than that in the low expression group,28/30(93.33%)(χ2 = 7.954,P<0.001);the 3-year survival rate of patients in high expression group of miR-1-3p was 29/30(96.67%),which was obviously higher than that in the low expression group,18/30(60.00%)(χ2 = 11.882,P = 0.001).Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that TNM staging, lymph node metastasis,CENPF,and miR-1-3p expression were risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum CENPF level in patients with advanced gastric cancer obviously increase, while miR-1-3p level obviously decrease, both of which are related to prognosis.
