OBJECTIVE:
To construct a kind of recombinant plasmid PGCsi-AQP1 delivery with DOPC and explore the inhibit effect of laryngeal carcinoma by RNAi targeting AQP1 in vivo.
METHOD:
Male BALB/c mice, 6 weeks of age transplanted with laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep-2, four groups were divided randomly: Tail vein injection group (TVIG), Carcinoma around injection group (CAIG), negative control group (NCG) and blank control group (BCG). The recombinant plasmid PGCsi-AQP1 delivery with DOPC were inject into tail vein or surrounding tumor. HE pathological slides and tumor size were observed and inhibitory rate was figured up. The level of AQP1 protein expression and high microvessel density were detected by Immunohistochemical staining (IHC).
RESULT:
We constructed BALB/c mice models of laryngeal carcinoma successfully (1) HE staining: cell putrescence, nuclear pyknosis and apoptotic bodies were more in the tumor tissues of experimental groups than two control groups. (2) The total volumes of tumor in experimental group were both smaller than in two control groups (P < 0.01). The inhibition rate of TVIG and CAIG were 52.4% and 53.5% respectively and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). (3) IHC: the AQP1 positive cells and microvessel density in TVIG and CAIG were both less than in two control groups (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
Neutral lipsomes DOPC could help carriaging the recombinant plasmid PGCsi-AQP1 to tumor and then play an inhibit role in laryngeal carcinoma tissue by RNAi targeting AQP1 in vivo.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(5):457-461
Objective:
To understand the behavioral characteristics of vaccination of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine based on diffusion of innovation theory, and to put forward suggestions for improving the vaccination willingness.
Methods:
The women who had made an appointment or received at least one dose of HPV vaccine in two community health service centers with HPV vaccination qualification in Hangzhou were recruited by convenience sampling method. A questionnaire survey was conducted according to cervical cancer risk factors, HPV vaccine knowledge and the time of vaccination. The diffusion of HPV vaccination and the characteristics of vaccinees in different stages was analyzed.
Results:
A total of 448 women, aged from 18 to 45 years old, with a median of 30.5 years old, were investigated. The spread of HPV vaccine were divided into five stages: April 2017 and before was the initial stage, with 8 leaders, accounting for 1.79%; October 2017 to February 2018 was the slowly rising stage, with 59 early vaccinees, accounting for 13.17%; April 2018 to April 2019 was the rising stage, with 160 most early vaccinees, accounting for 35.71%; May to August 2019 was the rapidly rising stage, with 170 most late vaccinees, accounting for 37.95%; September 2019 to the end of the survey was the standstill stage, with 51 laggards, accounting for 11.38%. All of the leaders had participated in cervical cancer screening, voluntarily vaccinated, and knew the susceptible population of cervical cancer, the targeted HPV types and the suitable population of vaccine. The median age of the first pregnancy was 27 years old. Six of them had three pregnancies. The early vaccinees and the most early vaccinees were recommended by doctors or friends to get HPV vaccine. The median age of first pregnancy was 26 and 28 years old, respectively. Their other characteristics were similar to those of the leaders. The characteristics of most late vaccinees were similar to those of the laggards. They were were mainly students who were recommended by their friends to receive HPV vaccination, did not participate in cervical cancer screening, did not know the susceptible population of cervical cancer, the targeted HPV types and the suitable population of vaccine.
Conclusions
People with high risk of HPV exposure, awareness of cervical cancer and screening are more likely to receive HPV vaccination at the early stage. It is necessary to strengthen the health education of HPV vaccination, and make full use of the influence of doctors and early vaccinees, which is helpful to promote the early vaccination of HPV vaccine among the right age population.

Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2003;25(4):427-430
OBJECTIVETo assess the clinical features and prognostic factors of malignant ovarian teratoma.
METHODSEighty-four patients with malignant ovarian teratoma between 1954 and 2001 were studied retrospectively. All patients were treated with surgery, the mid-period of follow-up was 146 months. Patient characteristics, surgical therapy, pathologic diagnosis, histological grade, and follow-up data were extracted and survival curves were depicted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software version 10.0.
RESULTSThe average age was (33.5 +/- 16.1) years. Abdominal pain and abdominal extension were the main complaint. Thirty-seven women were diagnosed with malignant transformation of ovarian teratoma while 47 were of ovarian immature teratoma. Clinical stage was the only prognostic factor with significantly statistical differentiation. Five-year survival rate of malignant ovarian teratoma with stage I, II, III, and IV were (87.20 +/- 4.52)%, (50.00 +/- 35.36)%, (30.55 +/- 9.43)%, and 0.00%, respectively (P = 0.00). Five-year survival rate of ovarian immature teratoma with histological grade I, II, and III were (90.48 +/- 6.41)%, (68.75 +/- 11.59)%, and (57.14 +/- 16.38)%, respectively (P = 0.08). Among 31 women died of malignant ovarian teratoma, 27 (87.1%) died within 2 years after operation.
CONCLUSIONThis retrospective study suggests that malignant transformation of ovarian teratoma is clinically different from ovarian immature teratoma. Complete staging surgery or Debulking surgery followed by 4-6 courses adjuvant chemotherapy with cisplatin, vincristine, and bleomycin are the principle treatment. Conservative surgery may well improve the life quality of younger patients. All patients should be closely followed up for at least 2 years.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2007;21(6):269-272
OBJECTIVE:
To detect expression level and distribution of aquaporin 1 (AQP1) in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and try to find out the significance about the mechanism of AQP1 in the invasion of laryngeal carcinoma.
METHOD:
Twenty cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 15 cases of normal tissues beside tumors were acquired immediately after surgery. The expression and distribution of aquaporin 1 in laryngeal carcinoma were examined by RT-PCR, western blot analysis and immunohistochemical technique.
RESULT:
AQP1 expresses on the capillary endothelia of laryngeal mucous lamina propria and laryngeal mucous glands of normal tissues and mainly on the capillary endothelia cells, tumor cells and cancer nests of laryngeal carcinoma tissues. AQP1 mRNA and protein expression level in laryngeal tumor tissues is remarkably stronger than that in normal tissues beside tumors.
CONCLUSION
The expression of AQP1 was increased in laryngeal carcinoma tissues over normal laryngeal tissues. It suggests that the mechanism of AQP1 in laryngeal carcinoma etiopathogenesis needs to be studied.
