The strategic cost management of the hospital means setting the cost management of the hospital in the realm of strategic management and analyzing the hospital and its cost behavior and structure from a strategic level so as to create advantages in competition, attain the goal of adapting the hospital to the continuously changing environment and facilitating stralegic management. Strategic cost management is characterized by a protracted, overaU, extensional and innovative nature and methods for it include value chain analysis, strategic positioning analysis, cost agent analysis and many others. Clarifying the goals of strategic cost management, selecting different strategies according to strategic cost information, perfecting the cost management of the hospital and enhancing cost awareness, and giving play to the functional role of economic management personnel are some of the prerequisites for the hospital to implement strategic cost management.
2.SOX1 and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(8):566-569
SOX1,a member of the SOX transcript factor super family, has been demonstrated having the functions of regulating the development of human embryonic neural system and crystalline lens, and the additional function of SOX1 in tumors are attracting more and more attention as well.It is reported in resent years that SOX1 is detected lowly expressed in many kinds of tumor issues, which owns to the methylation of SOX1.SOX1 can also regulate the abilities of tumors on proliferation, invasion and migration.Besides,SOX1 may play a crucial role in regulation of the differentiation of cancer stem cells.Further research of SOX1 and its function among related pathways may contribute to seeking for new therapies for tumor treatment.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(09):-
Objective To explore the method of repairing foot soft tissue defects by using island skin flaps pedicled with sural nerves and vessels. Methods 24 patients with foot soft tissue defects were treated surgically. The defects were repaired with island skin flaps pedicled with ipsilateral sural nerves and vessels. Results Of all the 24 flaps, 21 flaps survived at the first intention. Partial necrosis appeared in 3 flaps but were cured at the second intention. The follow ups of 1 to 2 years showed that the appearance and function were satisfactory in all the cases except 4 in which the skin appeared swollen. Conclusion To repair foot soft tissue defects, this flap has the advantages of strong anti infection ability and good texture so that healing at the first intention and early functional recovery can be obtained.
6.Progress of interleukin-24 in cancer therapy research
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(12):900-902
Interleukin-24 (IL-24) is a novel cancer suppressor cytokine. It can suppress cancer cell growth, induce cancer cell apoptosis, inhibit angiogenesis, stimulate the PBMC secretion of cytokines, and enhance the antitumor activity of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeting gene-virotherapy. It is reasonable to suggest that IL-24 may be a powerful and effective protocol for combinatorial cancer treatment in the clinic.
7.Relevance between Gastrointestinal Microbiota and Helicobacter pylori Eradication Therapy
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(10):632-634
Gastrointestinal microbiota is a huge and complex system that has multiple influential factors. As an exogenous pathogen,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)may interact with gastrointestinal microbiota. It has been revealed that Hp infection led to an increase in Lactobacillus acidophilus in intestinal tract and a decrease in Actinobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Firmacutes in stomach. Proton pump inhibitors and antibiotics, the major components of eradication regimens for Hp infection, may also have an impact on gastrointestinal microbiota. On the other hand, gastrointestinal microbiota interferes with Hp’s attachment into gastric mucosa. Probiotics combined with eradication therapy could benefit the eradication rate of Hp infection and reduce adverse events.
8.Effects of Haizao Yuhu Decoction on chemokine receptor CXCR 4 of TT cell tumor-bearing mice
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(2):42-44
Objective To observe the effects of Haizao Yuhu Decoction on the CXCR 4 expression of TT cell tumor-bearing mice. Methods Culture the human thyroid TT cells in vitro, and inoculate them into 30 healthy mice BALB/C. Subsequently, Haizao Yuhu Decoction was given to the tumor-bearing mice. They are grouped into three groups, including tumor-bearing group (n=10), Haizao Yuhu Decoction high dosage group (n=10) and Haizao Yuhu Decoction low dosage group (n=10) to observe the tumor growth to calculate the anti-tumor rate. After the tumor has been reaped, immunohistochemical is adopted to test the expressions of chemotactic factor receptor-CXCR 4 on protein level. RT-PCR is used to test the expressions of CXCR 4 on genetic level. Results Comparing with the tumor-bearing group, HZYHD high-dosage group has decreased the expressions of CXCR 4 on both the protein and genetic levels, which is to certain degree dependent on concentration. Conclusion Haizao Yuhu Decoction could decrease the expression of CXCR 4.
9.Meta-analysis and systematic review:adjuvant interferon therapy for patients with viral hepatitis-related hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(3):68-73,77
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant IFN therapy for viral hepatitis-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after treatment with surgical resection or transarterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods Controlled trials of adjuvant treatment with IFN for patients with HCC published between 2000 and 2012 were searched electronically in MEDLINE,PubMed,Cochrane Library, and EMBASE databases.According to the heterogeneity of the studies, two different models-the fixed-effect model and the random-effect model-were applied to analyze the results. Results Ten trials were screened according to inclusion and exclusion standards.Eight randomized, controlled trials and two non-randomized,controlled trials were included. These ten trials with a total of 1 ,029 subjects were eventually involved in the meta-analysis;528 HCC patients were treated with adjuvant treatment with IFN and 501 patients with placebo.Compared to the control group, the recurrence rates of HCC in IFN group were significantly lower CR=0.66;95% CI=0.50 to 0.86;P=0.02),especially after TACE treatment according to subgroup analysis(OR=0.73;95%CI=0.52 to 1.01;P=0.06 for surgical resection;and OR=0.54;95%CI=0.33 to 0.86,P=0.01 for TACE).The death rates in the IFN group also significantly decreased according to not only total events analysis(OR=0.42;95%CI=0.32 to 0.56;P<0.01)but also subgroup analysis(OR=0.51;95%CI=0.36 to 0.72;P=0.0002 for surgical resection;and OR=0.33;95%CI=0.21 to 0.50;P<0.01 for TACE).Conclusion Adjuvant IFN therapy may significantly reduce the recurrence rates of patients with viral hepatitis-related HCC and improve the survival of patients after surgical resection or TACE.The ideal dose mostly selected is 3 MIU/mL,three times per week, which can make patients tolerate the adverse reactions of IFN better and maintain effective concentrations for a long time.
