1.Pedicle omentum flap harvested by laparoscopy in breast oncoplastic sugery
China Oncology 2017;27(8):608-612
Surgery is one of the most important treatments for breast cancer. A part of the early breast cancer patients demand further oncoplastic breast surgery to reconstruct or restore the breast cosmosis after conventional breast conserving surgery, by oncoplastic breast surgery, which is a modern conception and technique including volume dis-placement and volume replacement. Oncoplastic breast surgery using pedicled omental flap is a new approach among volume replacement techniques. It has made some progress in recently years. A systematic review was therefore con-ducted to analyze and illuminate the present status.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(12):920-922
Objective] To analyze Song Xinwei’s academic ideas and clinical experience in treating ankylosing spondylitis. [Method] By following professor Song Xinwei’s clinic and recording related medical cases. It analyzes and summarizes his academic ideas and clinical experience on treating ankylosing spondylitis from etiology, pathogenesis, therapy and prescription, tested with medical cases. [Result] Professor Song Xinwei believes that the important pathogenesis of the disease is caused by underlying pathogenic factors and phlegm obstruction and blood stasis. Therefore, don’t forget to expel pathogenic factors during treatment. Consisting invigorating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and activating collaterals from the beginning to the end. Also, tonifying can disperse excess. Mostly, treatment rules are based on these therories. Professor Song Xinwei is good at using different principles and complex formula which makes significant effect in the clinic. [Conclusion] Professor Song Xinwei’s idea and clinical experience in treating ankylosing spondylitis provide a new treatment idea which makes significant clinical effect and is worthy promotion.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2005;26(8):877-880
Objective: To study the application of CT and MRI fusion technique in the diagnosis and treatment of intraocular and orbital tumors. Methods: 2D-images of 13 patients with intraocular and orbital tumors were fused by special-point registration and Iterative Local Closest Point(ILCP) method; 3D-fusion images were reconstructed by Ray Tracing method. Results: A 3D-CT-MRI fusion images of intraocular and orbital tumors were reconstructed and displayed. The CT and MRI data of intraocular and orbital tumors were displayed on the same image as a comprehensive whole, which provided a stereogram of 3D-structure of the normal and abnormal orbital tissues. Anatomical structure of the orbit was clearly visualized by 3D-CT-MRI image. Conclusion: The multi-modality fusion technique can provide more accurate and comprehensive information for clinical diagnosis of intraocular and orbital tumors, which is helpful for doctors' planning of surgical operations, clinical education and doctor-patient communication.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
To discuss the value of the diagnosis and treatment for the submucous myomas by hysteroscope. According to the data of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of submucous fibroids, the authors suggested that the submucous myomas should be divided into four types and the detailed appearance of each type were discussed. Conclusions: Four types of the submucous myomas were distinguished and the surgical treatment of each type were chosen correspondingly under hysteroscope.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Quaternary ammonium glucosamine conjugatewas prepared by a two step procedure.First, condensation of glucosamine hydrochloride with chloro acetic chloride in the presence of potassium bicarbonate in aqueous medium at 0℃ provided the N chloroacetyl derivative in 74% yield.Subsequent reaction of this intermediate with pyridine at 40℃ for 3 days gave the pyridinium conjugate in 71% yield. The structures of compounds were confirmed by IR,NMR spectra and element analysis.

Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
Repetitive(repetitive extragenic palindromic,REP,and enterobaterial repetitive intergenic consensus,ERIC) sequences in conjunction with polymerase chain reaction technique(REP and ERIC PCR) were used to fingerprint the genomes of 27 isolates of indigenous soybean rhizobia from Xinjiang. The indigenous soybean rhizobia in Xinjiang can be clustered into relative genetic similarities of approximately 0.5,of which one group mainly includes all slow-growing rhizobia, another mainly includes all fast-growing stains. REP and ERIC PCR analysis demonstrate a substantial genetic variability within members of Xinjiang indigenous soybean rhizobial populations, which reveals that genetic similarities have certain geographical correlation, and isolates from the same site have relative higher similarities. The results show that REP and ERIC PCR analysis give effective means in genetic diversity and population structure analysis of soybean rhizobia.

Objective To investigate the expression of type Ⅲ collagen in abdominal aortic aneurysm tissues and normal aortic tissues. Methods RT PCR and immunohistochemistry were applied to detect the expression of type Ⅲ collagen in abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) tissues( n =5) and normal aortic (NA) tissues( n =3) . Results Expression of type Ⅲ collagen was increased in AAA group compared with normal group with AAA/NA= 7 251( P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
AIM To investigate the effects of in utero cocaine exposure on the fetal development, when fetuses were exposed to equal total dose but different dose and timing. METHODS Pregnant dams were randomly separated into three groups: SAL, COC20 and COC40. On E17, recorded body weight, brain weight and striatum weight of all groups, and examined the concentrations of DA and 5 HT in fetal striatum by HPLC. RESULTS Body weight of SAL, COC40, COC20 groups decreased progressively in turns. Brain weight of COC20 group and COC40 group was lower than that of SAL. Only the brain/body ratio of COC40 was decreased ( P
