Objective Using stem tip of Gymnadenia conopsea in this experiment to investigate somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration in vitro. Methods Uniform dedign for the most suitable media for embryogenic callus induction and embryogenic cell complex, development of somatic embryo and plant regeneration were screened. Results The results showed that Chaturvedi and Mitra(CM)+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 2.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L was fit for embryogenic callus and embryogenic cell complex induction.Percentage was 98%;The medium of development of somatic embryo and plant regeneration was CM+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+IAA 0.10 mg/L.Percentage was 100% and converted into plantlets with shoots and roots after 50 d culture on the same medium. Conclusion The observation of morphostructure and ultrastructure proves the process of somatic embryogenesis of G.conopsea.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Diagnostics is a very important course as a bridge connecting the basic course with the clinical course. There are many problems which are very difficult to resolve in the traditional diagnostics teaching. If we widely use computer human patient simulator and establish clinical skill teaching mode, then we will greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the diagnostics teaching.

Objective To explore the relationship between homocysteine(HCY),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),lipids and posterior circulation ischemia and the clinical significance of their levels in the posterior circulation ischemic (PCI)diseases. Methods Difference between PCI were diagnosed in 140 examinees and a healthy control group, with fasting serum,HCY, HbA1c,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)were detected. Results HCY and HbA1c were significantly higher,HDL-C was significantly lower in the patients with PCI,two independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between the test group and control group (P <0.001 and P =0.001),the remaining lipid indicators was not statistically significant.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that HCY levels had significant positive correlation (P <0.001)and TG levels had significant negative cor-relation (P =0.013)with the subjects age,HCY levels had significant negative correlation with TG levels(P = 0.028), HbA1c levels had significant positive correlation with TG levels and LDL-C levels(P =0.001 and P =0.027).Conclusion High levels of HCY and HbA1c were closely associated with PCI,which HCY and HbA1c should be attached great impor-tance to the effective prevention and treatment and improve of PCI.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(3):218-220
The article made a study on the earliest literature and the initial time of the "Five Orbiculi" theory in TCM. By analyzing the masons for different locations of "Five Orbiculi" recorded in ancient TCM books, the author argued against that the term of "Five Orbiculi" originated from ancient India and the "Five Orbiculi" theory was a product with the combination of traditioinal Chinese and Indian cultures. The author further put forward that the "Five Orbiculi" theory most probably was a Chinese traditional medical innovation under the influence of Internal Classic of Medicine, a great development to the theory recorded in Miraculous Pivot On Serious Confusion.

Objective To compare the effects of nitinol alloy memorial stent with silastic tube in treating the stenosis of the rabbit. Methods 16 rabbits with external ear canal(EEC) stenosis were randomly divided into two groups. One group was implanted with skin on the EEC wound while the other not.By self-comparison method nitinol alloy memorial stem was implanted in a rabbit's one ear and the silastic tube in the other. After days 5,15,30,and 60 later, the diameters of the external ear canal (with two materials planted) were measured respectively in the skin-planting group. In the naked group scar tissues were harvested and tested separately according to the planting material.HE coloration were used to study fibroblast hyperplasty while RT-PCR were applied to detecting the TGFβ1mRNA expression. The two brackets were compared according to their effect to scar hyperplasty. Results The EEC diameters using nitinol alloy memorial stem were found more spacious than using silastic tube.HE coloration showed the fibroblast hyperplasia was more mitigatory by using the nitinol alloy memorial stent.RT-PCR also found the TGFβ1mRNA expression was low by using same material. Conclusion The nitinol alloy memorial stent shows obvious superiority over silastic tube in external ear canal stenosis therapy.

Clinical Medicine of China 2015;(2):103-106
Objective To assess the sleep disturbance in patients with early-stage idiopathic Parkinson's disease of different clinical subgroups. Methods Four hundred and eighty-six Chinese PD patients were selected as our subjects. Their clinical data including demographics,a broad spectrum of motor variables and non motor features, including tremor, rigidity, hypokinesia,PIGD,motor phenotypes, disease progression, fatigue, constipation, apathy, depression, global cognitive function and L-dopa complications were collected and analyzed by cluster analysis. The PD subtypes were classified by using k-means cluster analysis according to the clinical data. The cluster analysis indicated four main subtypes:subtype 1 was mildly affected in all domains;subtype 2 was severely affected on all motor and non motor symptoms;subtype 3 showed intermediate severity in most domains;subtype 4 characterized by short disease duration and rapid disease progression. Then compared the sleep disturbance among different subtypes with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index( PSQI). Results Two hundred and thirty-six cases(48. 6%)were identified as suffering from sleep disturbance. Of which, female PD with sleep disturbance rate was 55. 1%( 130/236 )and male was 44. 9%( 106/236 ). Female was prone to develop sleep disturbance at early stage than male. PSQI scores in subtype 1,2,3 and 4 were(6. 09 ± 3. 72),(9. 36 ± 4. 24), (7. 82 ±4. 35)and(9. 09 ± 4. 73)respectively and the difference was significant(F =14. 503,P =0. 000) . Conclusion Sleep disturbance occurs frequently in patients with early-stage Parkinson's disease and exist clinical heterogeneity.

Physical training induces beneficial adaptations, but long excessive exercise may lead to severe damage to the skeletal muscles, liver, heart, kidneys and immune functions. Over the past few decades, health scholars have been searching for natural components that can prevent or improve the damage induced by hyperkinesis. The mechanisms of organ damage induced by long overtraining include immunosuppression, metabolism disorder, hormone disturbance, oxidative damage, etc. Natural poly-saccharides have interventional effects on these injuries, possibly by improving immunity, regulating metabolism and ameliorating free radical damage.

Objective To evaluate factors which maintain the stability of the ankle, and discuss indications for trans-syndesmotic fixation. Methods 12 freshly-frozen cadaver legs amputated below the knee were collected and divided into 2 groups. An ankle fracture model of unconstrained pronation-external rotation was then designed. Group A simulated the injury combined with medial malleolus fracture, and Group B the injury combined with deltoid tear. Ligaments were cut off sequentially to simulate the increasing severity of the injury. Fuji super low-pressure sensitive films and displacement transducers were used to measure the contact area of the tibiotalar articular surface and the width of the syndesmosis. The data were analyzed with SPSS to analyze the relationship of ligament injury and ankle stability. Results In Group A, the articular contact area and the syndesmotic width after section of the deltoid were significantly different from those before the section (P
