OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of Qianggan capsule in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.METHODS:28 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into experimental group (n=16) and control group (n=12).Both groups were given basic treatment of hepatoprotective drug for six months.Experimental group were treated with Qianggan capsule additionally.Clinical symptom,hepatic function,the biomarkers of oxidative stess,hepatic fibrosis indicators of 2 groups' before and after treatment were observed as well as liver biopsy.RESULTS:As compared with before treatment,experimental group were improved significantly in respects of GSH-PX,SOD,MDA,HA,PcⅢ,ⅣC,LN,TIMP-1,histopathological score (P
2.The change of Bax/Bcl-2 on endotoxin-induced acute lung injury

Objective To observe the change of Bax/Bcl-2 of pulmonary epithelium on endotoxin-induced acute lung injury.Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group,LPS group.After giving LPS 5mg/kg or NS 4 hours,the respiratory rates and partial pressure of arterial oxygen were measured.Then the rats were killed and the ratios of W/D of lung tissue were detected.The Bcl-2-positive cells and Bax-positive cells were measured by using immunocytochemistry.Results After giving LPS,the respiratory rates and the ratios of W/D of lung tissue were higher than those in control group.Partial pressure of arterial oxygen was lower than that in control group.Bcl-2-positive cells had no significant difference between two groups,and Bax-positive cells were higher than those in control group.Conclusion The increasing of Bax-positive cells induced the apoptosis might be the mechanism of ALI.

The fungus-carrier rate of newborn skin was 16.67% (8/48) in VVC group and 37.71% (23/61) in fungus-carrier group (P0.05; in the 48 cases who had received treatment during pregnancy, there was no neonatal diseases; in the 61 cases who did not receive any treatment, the morbidity of neonatal umbilical inflammation, diaper dermatitis and thrush were 4.92% , 19.67% and 3.28%, respectively. Conclusions Vertical transmission of VVC is possible during pregnancy. Those pregnant women with VVC have a higher neonatal morbidity.
6.Clinical study of liver and lung functional changes after inferior vena cava stent implantation in Budd Chiari syndrome patients

Objective To investigate the changes of clinical symptoms and liver or lung functions after inferior vena cava stent implantation in Budd Chiari syndrome patients. Methods 35 cases of Budd Chiari syndrome patients were enrolled and retrospective analysized, such as ascites, edema of lower limbs, abdomen wall of varicose veins and serum total bilirubin, serum albumin, prothrombin time, FVC, MVV, PEF, FEV1.0, FEV1.0/FVC and other pulmonary functional changes were analyzed before and 1 months after inferior vena cava stent implantation. Results Ascites, edema of lower limbs, abdominal varicose veins and other clinical symptoms were significantly reduced or disappeared, the total serum bilirubin significantly decreased, serum albumin significantly increased, and prothrombin time significantly reduced 1 month after surgery in patients with Budd Chiari syndrome, (t = 1.95, 2.31, 2.07, P < 0.01). FVC, MVV, PEF, FEV1, the indexes of FEV1/FVC improved obviously after surgery (t = 1.83, 2.69, 1.47, 1.69, 1, 97, P = 0.041, 0.029,0.046, 0.043, 0.043, 0.038). Conclusion Inferior vena cava stent implantation could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Budd Chiari syndrome.
7.Relationship between serum levels of C reactive protein,adiponectin and severity ofdisease,joint function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To study the relationship between serum levels of C reactive protein,adiponectin and severity of disease,joint function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 85 cases of RA treated in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2016 were selected into the RA group,and 20 healthy persons were recruited into control group.The serum C reactive protein,adiponectin were detected,compared in the two groups,and to investigate the relationship between them with severity of disease,joint function of the patients.Results C reactive protein of RA patients was(23.63±5.36) pg/mL,which was significant higher than that of the control group,the adiponectin,the ratio of C reactive protein and adiponectin were(4.64±1.74)ng/mL,0.37±0.06 respectively,which were significant lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).RA patients with more serious joint injury and disease status,the adiponectin,the ratio of adiponectin and C reactive protien were more lower,the C reactive protien was more higher,the differences in different joint injury and disease status groups were significant(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that adiponectin(P=0.04),the ratio of adiponectin and C reactive protien(P=0.01) were independent risk factors of bone damage in RA patients.Conclusion Serum C reactive protein and adiponectin level were closely related to the severity of RA and joint function.
8.Curative effect of calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis.Methods A total of 76 patients with pulpitis and apicitis from Dec.2014 to Aug.2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in each group.Control group (65 tooth ) were treated by routine root canal therapy, with zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement filling root canal;experimental group (71 tooth) were treated by routine root canal therapy, with calcium hydroxide paste filling root canal.Periodontal index, pain during root canal therapy ( IAE ) , serum inflammatory factors and clinical curative effect were observed and compared between two groups pre-and post-treatment.Results Compared with pre-treatment, periodontal index of PLI, BI, PD and GI in two groups were all lower (P<0.05), and IL-6, IL-8, IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05).Compared with control group, PLI, BI, PD and GI of experimental group were lower (P<0.05), IL-6, IL-8, IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05),too.The difference of IAE incidence between two groups was significant (P<0.01) and the clinical curative effect of experimental group was 88.73%, higher than 72.31% of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide paste combine with root canal therapy in treatment of pulpitis and apicitis are effective, which can significantly improve periodontal condition of tooth, reduce the occurrence of pain during root canal therapy.

This paper summarized the recent studies of Chinese medicine combined with nucleoside (acid) drugs for chronic hepatitis B, and discussed the status of the researches, in order to explore an integrated treatment for chronic hepatitis B.

Objective To study the repairing effects of nerve growth granule(NGG) on rat common peroneal nerve transection injury.Methods After 50 Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to nerve suture after transaction,they were randomly divided into 5 groups for daily intragastric administration of drugs:NGG high-dose(5.2g/kg),medium-dose(2.6g/kg),low-dose(1.3g/kg) groups,mecobalamin group(positive control) at 625 ?g/kg,control group(control group control).The drug administration lasted for 4 weeks.Footprint test was performed 2-,3-and 4-weeks after surgery to evaluate toe spread function(TSF).Electrophysiology was performed 4 weeks after operation to determine the compound muscle action potential(CMAP) and nerve action potential(NAP).The number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers,thickness of myelin sheath and cross sectional area of tibial muscle were measured by histomorphology.Results TSF,amplitude and recovery rate of CMAP and NAP,the number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers,thickness of myelin sheath and section area of tibial muscle were all increased significantly in a dose-dependent manner compared with the control group.Conclusion NGG contributes to axon growth and myelination,and thus promotes peripheral nerve regeneration in rats with functional recovery.
