Objective To investigate the necessity of clamping the indwelling catheters before removal in patients with cervical cancer postoperatively. Methods A total of 198 cases of patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy were divided into the study group (70 cases) and the control group (128 cases) randomly according to operation time. In the study group the catheters were clamped intermittently by patients 2 days before removal, while in the control group the catheters were removed without clamping. The rate of recatheterization, urinary tract infection, as well as the residual urinary volume were compared between groups. Results There were no significant differences in the rate of urinary tract infection and recatheterization between the two groups (P>0.05). The residual urinary volume was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group ( χ2=10.293, P=0.016). Conclusions There may be no positive effect of training the bladder function by clamping the indwelling catheters before its removal in patients after radical hysterectomy, besides, it can not change the risk of recatheterization and can increase the residual urine in the bladder 24 hours after removal of the catheter.

[Objective]To investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanism of the microRNA-320d(miR-320d)on epithelial mesenchymal transition in endometrial carcinoma JEC cells.[Methods]JEC endometrial carcinoma cell lines were transfected with miR-320d mimics or negative control mimic, respectively,as M320d or NCM group. Control group was established with untreated JEC endometrial carcinoma cells. miR-320d content in each group was detected by RT-PCR method. Transwell assay was used to detect the migration and invasion ability of the 3 groups. Western-blot assay was used to detect the expressions ofα-Catenin,E-cad-herin,Vimentin and PBX3 protein in 3 groups. Antagonistic effect of PBX3 overexpression on miR-320d inhibition of EMT was detect-ed by western blot assay. The relationship between miR-320d and PBX3 was detected by dual luciferase assay.[Results]The expres-sion level of miR-320d in M320d group was significantly up-regulated,and the expression level of miR-320d was 808.25 ± 15.58 times higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The number of migrating cells in M320d group was 29.56 ± 0.59,which was signif-icantly lower than that of control group at 94.48 ± 1.02(P < 0.05). The number of invasive cells in M320d group was 7.33 ± 0.84, which was significantly lower than that of group control 86.28 ± 3.51(P < 0.05). Compared with control group ,the expression of α-Catenin and E-cadherin protein was significantly increased ,the expression of Vimentin protein was significantly decreased ,and the expression of PBX3 protein was significantly decreased. After PBX3 overexpression, the expression ofα-Catenin and E-cadherin protein were significantly decreased, the expression of Vimentin protein were significantly increased. Dual luciferase assay showed that PBX3 is a downstream target gene of miR-320d(P<0.05).[Conclusion]miR-320d may inhibit the expression of EMT related protein through the downstream target gene PBX3 and inhibit the epithelial mesenchymal transition function of endometrial carcinoma JEC cells.

Childhood nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most common cause of chronic liver diseases in children and adolescents; its unique histopathological and clinical features may lead to its progression to liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer, and compared with adult NAFLD, it is more likely to cause other diseases and increase mortality rate. Therefore, early identification of risk factors for childhood NAFLD, effective screening of high-risk population, active prevention, and early diagnosis and treatment are key to effective clinical management of this disease. This article elaborates on the risk factors, screening methods, and preventive healthcare measures for childhood NAFLD, in order to standardize the comprehensive management of NAFLD, reduce the prevalence rate of NAFLD, delay its progression, and alleviate the economic and public health burden brought by the disease.

Abstract
Vaccine-hypervariable poliovirus type Ⅲ was detected in an acute flaccid paralysis infant at age of 6 months in Zhejiang Province in June, 2021, and the isolated and incubated virus had six nucleotide variations in the VP1 region as compared to the poliovirus Sabin vaccine strain. The infant had a history of three-dose poliovirus vaccination, and grade 2 muscle strength of the left upper limb upon onset. He was clinically diagnosed with cellulitis of the left shoulder, and recovered to normal following treatment. No abnormality was detected in the nervous system, and the infant was cured and discharged from hospital. No vaccine-hypervariable poliovirus was detected in subsequent infant' clinical samples or in close contacts, and no similar cases were identified during the active case detection by county/district medical institutions and among community populations. Since the infant did not present poliomyelitis-related clinical symptoms caused by vaccine-hypervariable poliovirus, poliomyelitis was excluded. The vaccine-hypervariable poliovirus was not spread because of timely identification and effective responses, suggesting the urgent need to maintain the sensitivity of the acute flaccid paralysis surveillance system and improve the coverage of poliovirus vaccination, so as to inhibit the transmission of poliovirus.

Objective To investigate the value of MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) quantitative parameters in evaluating the injury of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS). Methods Sixteen healthy volunteers and sixteen patients with GBS underwent DTI examination of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve. The denervation of skeletal muscles controlled by the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve was observed. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value, fractional anisotropy (FA) value, axial diffusivity (AD) value and radial diffusivity (RD) value were measured respectively, and diffusion tensor tractography (DTT) of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve was performed. Between-groups comparison was made with the independent sample t test and receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the parameters. Results (1)The MR features of denervated skeletal muscles comprehend hyperintensity on T2WI SPAIR sequence and the instinct boundary, muscle atrophy occationally. (2)Compared with the healthy volunteer group, the ADC value of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve of GBS group was increased and the FA value, AD value, RD value were decreased, and there was significant difference between the ADC value, FA value, AD value and RD value of GBS and volunteer groups respectively(P<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) of FA value was higher than that of the corresponding ADC value in the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve. (3)DTT showed that the number of fibers decreased in patients with GBS compared to the normal volunteers. Conclusion MR can clearly show the denervated skeletal muscles controlled by the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve. The ADC value, FA value, AD value and RD value, the quantitative parameters of DTI, can evaluate the injury of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve in patients with GBS.

OBJECTIVETo observe the therapeutic efficacy of Modified Taohe Chengqi Granule (MTCG) combined mannitol for treating complicated edema in affected limbs of patients after tibiofibulas double fracture operation (TDFO).
METHODSTotally 64 TDFO patients complicated edema were randomly assigned to the treated group and the control group, 32 in each group. Those in the treated group took MTCG combined intravenous dripping of mannitol, while those in the control group received intravenous dripping of mannitol alone. The treatment course was 1 week. The clinical efficacy, the onset time, the swelling degree, and the pain index were observed and compared between the two groups.
RESULTSOne week after operation, the effective rate was 98.0% and the markedly effective rate was 87.5% in the treated group, while they were 78.0% and 56.9% respectively in the control group. Better results were obtained in the treated group, showing statistical difference when compared with the control group (P < 0.05). As for the onset time for swelling subsiding, it was (2.4 +/- 1.3) days in the treated group and (3.8 +/- 2.9) days in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Better effects on the swelling subsiding degree and the pain index were obtained in the treated group, showing statistical difference when compared with the control group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSMTCG combined mannitol could obviously abate the edema in affected limbs of patients after TDFO. It was a better treatment method for managing edema in the peri-operative period of orthopedics.
