Objective To compare the influence of hypothyroid function in neonatal with hyperbilirubinemia by two kinds blue-light treatment way. Methods 36 cases were divided into the Bilibed infant blue light the bed treatment in 18 cases(group A) and the traditional warm box with the both blue light treatment in 18 cases(group B).The influence of hypothyroid function in neonatal with hyperbilirubinemia were observed after treatment and before treatment. Results The contents of bilirubin in two group after treatment were obviously lower than that before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic of Bilibed method can get the better therapeutic effect than the traditional warm box with the both blue light treatment for the neonatal with hyperbilirubinemia. The change of thyroid function was no influence.

Objective To explore the effect of argatroban injection on serum copeptin, NT-proBNP levels and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected neural department of internal medicine in our hospital .They were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in control group, treated with bed rest, oxygen, nutrition support treatment, giving control of blood pressure, blood glucose, lipid symptomatic disposal according to the disease, anti platelet aggregation, nourishing brain cells and other conventional treatment, 7 days for a course of treatment two course of treatment;the experimental group in the control group based on routine treatment, the first days with argatroban 60 mg,500 mL diluted with normal saline, 60 mg/d, 24 hcontinuous intravenous infusion for second days was given argatroban 20 mg, 200 mL diluted with normal saline, continuous intravenous pumping, total treatment 14 d.After the end of treatment, compared before and after treatment in patients with NIHSS (America National Institutes of Health Stroke), Barthel score (ADL) index score, serum copeptin, NT-proBNP levels and clinical efficacy. Results The two groups after treatment in patients with neurological functions were improved, compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group the NIHSS score was significantly lower , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).7 days after treatment, two groups of patients with self-care ability were improved, compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group significantly increased Barthel index score, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ); 14 days after treatment, compared with control group, patients in the experimental group significantly increased Barthel index score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);14 days after treatment, compared with the same group 7days after treatment, patients in the experimental group significantly increased Barthel index score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment two groups of patients with serum copeptin, NT-proBNP levels were decreased, the experimental group patients serum copeptin, NT-proBNP levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Efficiency of total the experiment group (96.7%) was significantly higher than the control group (80%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Argatroban can significantly reduce the levels of serum copeptin, NT-proBNP levels in patients with, improve self-care ability recovery of nerve function and life, has a good clinical effect.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(4):333-336
Objectives:To understand the current situation of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and type D personality in female college students, and to explore the relationship between them. Methods:Totally 856 female college students were assessed with the Premenstrual Syndrome Scale (PMSS,those with total score of 6 or higher as having PMS) and Type D Personality Scale 14 (DS-14,those negative emotion and social inhibition factor with total score of 10 or higher as having type D personality).Result:A total of 280 students were detected with PMS,and the rote was 32.7%.Totally 272 students were detected with the type D personality, and the rote was 31.8%.The total score of DS-14 and the score of 2 factors were higher in PMS group than in non-PMS group (Ps <0.001).The rate of PMS was lower in type D personality group than in non-type D personality group (11.76% vs.25.34%,P < 0.001).Conclusions:The occurrence of premenstrual syndrome may be related to the type D personality. The evaluation of personality characteristics should be taken into consideration when formulating the intervention program.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(4):559-563
BACKGROUND: Compared with the metal screws, absorbable screws have more obvious advantages, such as does not have to conduct internal fixation removal, non-metal ic components, no influence on the magnetic resonance imaging of patients after implantation, relatively simple operations, namely dril ing-tapping-screws fixation, more in line with the principles of minimal y invasive in orthopedics. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the biomechanical characteristics of absorbable screw fixation in repair of simple lateral mal eolus fractures by means of finite element technology. METHODS: The three-dimensional model of simple lateral mal eolus fractures and absorbable screw model were established, and then fixed according to standard orthopedic surgical techniques. The reference load when the load bearing of fibulotalar joint reaching the peak value in a normal adult gait cycle was loaded. The stress distribution and displacement of fibula and absorbable screws were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: There were total y 38 542 units, 8 790 nodes in the single screw fixation model. When the articular facet of lateral mal eolus loading 300 N, the maximum stress of screws was 89.35 MPa, the maximum displacement was 0.5 mm, the maximum displacement of the distal fracture was 0.5 mm. When the articular facet of lateral mal eolus loading 450 N, the maximum stress of screws was 152.58 MPa, the maximum displacement was 0.59 mm, the maximum displacement of the distal fracture was 0.77 mm. There were total y 43 115 units, 9 496 nodes in the double screws fixation model. When the articular facet of lateral mal eolus loading 300 N, the maximum stress of screws was 38 MPa, the maximum displacement was 0.44 mm, the maximum displacement of the distal fracture was 0.44 mm. When the articular facet of lateral mal eolus loading 450 N, the maximum stress of screws was 66.68 MPa, the maximum displacement was 0.48 mm, the maximum displacement of the distal fracture was 0.49 mm. The experiment verified the biomechanical feasibility of absorbable screw fixation in repair of simple lateral mal eolus fractures. For simple involving only the lower lateral fibular fracture, absorbable screw fixation is entirely feasible, and usual y requires at least two screws to maintain the stability of the articular surface of the reset.
