Hamartoma of the bladder is quite a rare entity which is composed of a disorderly admixture of mature cellular elements normally present in the urinary bladder. There is a great controversy regarding the pathogenesis of this lesion. Whether it is a true hamartomatous lesion or metaplastic lesion developed secondary to the inflammatory process. Similar or identical lesions has often been given by other names such as florid examples of cystitis glandularis. We prefer to cell florid examples of cystitis glandularis rather than hamartoma when it was occurred in an old age higher then 50th decade. Here we report a case of hamartoma of the urinary bladder in 44 years old man. Cystoscopic examination revealed a papillary polypoid mass which was attached to the fundus of bladder by long stalk. The mass measured 1.5 cm in greatest diameter. It was composed of epithelial nests resembling von Brunn's nest, cystitis glandularis or cystitis cystica dispersed in a stroma rich in smooth muscle and fibrous tissue.
Hamartoma

A total of 33 patients underwent repair of congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction during a 10-year period. A majority of patients (85%) presented with flank pain. Hydronephrosis was demonstrated in all patients. A majority of the patients (94%) underwent dismembered pyeloplasty with intubation. In 9 cases, pyelolithotomy was performed at the time of pyeloplasty. One hypertensive patient became normotensive postoperatively. Seven patients underwent secondary procedures after a previous failed pyeloplasty, including 3 cases of dismembered pyeloplasty, 3 cases of ileal ureteral replacement and a case of nephrectomy. The clinical success rate was 79% with one operation.

The purpose of this study was to develop a manipulation system for nutrition counseling based on internet. This system offers convenient user interface and the synthetic counseling results with various utilities. This system consists of the general information of clients, the anthropometry data and the calculation of obesity and body index, the state of eating habits, calorie expenditure, clinical symptoms, the convenient method for analysis of nutrients, biochemical data and nutrition prescription. Having interoperability, these functions preserve the information of clients and manage the historical data. This system can insert, store, print out and generate the synthetic information of clients to provide a suitable and efficient nutrition counseling information. With accumulated client data, It does the nutrition education and counseling simultaneously. As it is developed based on internet, it provides friendly user interface. Also, Managing clients' information connected to database, it can provide a systematic and formal information. It is possible for the system to retrieve information and counsel in real time. It is expected that the nutrition counseling management system can improve the national health with animated nutrition counseling.

From January 1980 to February 1987, 29 cases of surgically treated hypospadias was analysed and the following results were obtained. 1. The range of patient age was from 1 to 44 Years, most of cases were found in the age under 15 years. 2. The most common types of hypospadias were penile and penoscrotal in 18 patients and 6 patients respectively and the most common associated anomaly was cryptorchidism in 7 patients. 3. Of 29 cases, one stage repairs were performed in 16 cases and two stage repairs in 13 cases, in which, chordee removal only was done in 5 cases. In 16 cases of on stage repair, transverse preputial island flap technique were performed in 6 cases, Hodgson I technique in 5 cases, MAGPI in 3 cases and other techniques in 2 cases. In 8 patients underwent second stage urethroplasty, modified Denis-Brown technique were performed in 6 cases and Thiersch-Duplay technique in 2 cases. Granuloplasties with channeling technique were performed in all cases of Thiersch-Duplay and transverse preputial island flap technique. 4. Of 24 urethroplasties, complications were encountered in 7 cases, of which the most common one was fistula in 6 cases.
