OBJECTIVE To report a case of AIDS associated with penicilliosis marneffei and discriminate the morphology in bone marrow examination and cultural characteristic of Histoplasma capsulatum and Leishmania donovani.METHODS The three pathogens in bone marrow morphology and cultural characteristic were studied.RESULTS AIDS patient was often infected with P.marneffei,but we could differentiated easily from other pathogens because of its breeding by splitting up and the characteristis structure in bone marrow examination.CONCLUSIONS Isolation of the P.marneffei is the golden diagnosis standard,and the examination of bone marrow is important to diagnose P.marneffei infection.

Abstract Bereavement during childhood is the stressful life event that children may experience in their growing up, while most bereaved children will eventually adapt, some may be severely affected, with potential risks to their healthy physical and mental development,it also has potential risks to the healthy development of children s body and mind.This article reviews the characteristics and associated factors with grief in bereavement children, and summarizes the main intervention approaches for bereavement children s grief, aiming to provide a reference for further research on bereavement children s grief in different age groups and to explore effective intervention models.

Glycogen storage disease type Ⅰ (GSD Ⅰ) is a group of autosomal recessive genetic diseases caused by the lack of glucose-6-phosphatase or its mediated transporter. Due to the disorder of blood glucose metabolism, children will have multiple systemic complications such as lactic acidemia and hepatomegaly, and even die due to severe hypoglycemia. At present, diet and nutrition intervention is still the main treatment and nursing method for this disease. Therefore, this article aims at reviewing the nutritional assessment and dietary nutrition intervention strategies for children with GSDⅠ at home and abroad, so as to provide clinical evidence for clinical medical and nursing staff to take effective diet and nutrition intervention measures, further improve the metabolic control of children with GSDⅠ, reduce the incidence of metabolic complications and improve the quality of life of children.

As the most common congenital disease, congenital heart disease has more and more survivors, which also means that more and more patients need to transition from teenagers to adults. This article starts from the concept of transitional care for patients with congenital heart disease, and probes into the definition, current situation, timing, influencing factors and intervention measures of transitional care for patients with congenital heart disease, so as to provide good transitional care for patients with congenital heart disease.
