Objective:To evaluate the human pulp response following direct pulp capping with Clearfil SE BOND (SB). Methods:45 sound human third molars in 24 volunteers were used. Pulp of 41 molars was mechanically exposed and then the teeth were divided into two groups: in group A the pulp was capped with SB, in group B the pulp was capped with calcium hydroxide (CH), another 4 teeth were served as the control. After 7, 30 and 90 days, the teeth were extracted and processed for light microscopic examination. Results:7-30 days after capping slight inflammatory reaction was observed in group A and group B. The reaction in group A was sligter than that in group B(P

Objective:To investigate the application effect of simulation teaching in basic nursing practical teaching for undergraduates. Methods:A total of 271 nursing undergraduate intern students in the classes of 2018 and 2019 were selected as subjects, among whom 135 students in the class of 2018 were established as control group and 136 students in the class of 2019 were established as experimental group. The students in the control group received conventional practical training, and those in the experimental group received simulation teaching. The two groups were compared in terms of test scores and self-efficacy scores after practical teaching, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the degree of satisfaction with practical teaching among students. SPSS 20.0 was used for the t-test and the chi-square test. Results:Compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly higher average scores of theoretical examination (88.78±5.17 vs. 82.04±4.36, P<0.05) and practical examination (96.90±5.05 vs. 90.48±5.34, P<0.05), as well as a significantly higher self-efficacy score (29.80±3.83 vs. 28.76±2.75, P<0.05). The experimental group had a significantly higher degree of satisfaction with clinical teaching than the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Simulation teaching can effectively increase the practical score of nursing students, enhance their sense of self-efficacy, and improve their satisfaction with clinical teaching.

How to improve the ability of nursing undergraduates in medical colleges to face more difficulties and reverse the dilemma in response to public health emergencies is a topic that needs to be further studied. It is an effective way to improve the level of students' adversity quotient by cultivating students' adversity quotient. This paper expounds the four dimensions of the composition of the four-dimensional adversity quotient, analyzes the factors influencing the formation of the four-dimensional adversity quotient, and puts forward the exploration of the path and method to cultivate the four-dimensional adversity quotient of undergraduate nursing students. In the practical teaching of nursing specialty, the adversity quotient can be cultivated through listening and communication.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with moxibustion on urinary retention after spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 81 cases with urinary retention after spinal cord injury hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to February 2017 were recruited in the study using random sampling method. Patients were randomly divided into the control group (42 cases) and the intervention group (39 cases). Both groups were given routine rehabilitation therapy and nursing care, and the intervention group received additional acupoint massage combined with moxibustion therapy. The clinical efficacy, the autonomous urination time and the incidence of complications of patients were compared between two groups. Results After the treatment, the clinical efficacy in the intervention group and the control group were 92.3% and 68.2% respectively, with statistically significant difference between two groups (χ2=9.42, P=0.01). The autonomous urination time of patients in the intervention group was (23.10±2.92) d, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.001). The number of urinary tract infection cases in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The application of acupoint massage combined with moxibustion in patients with urinary retention after spinal cord injury has good effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of warming needle moxibustion on lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans of blood stasis type. Methods From September 2015 to September 2017, we selected 60 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. All of the patients were divided into control group and intervention group with the randomized control method, 30 cases in each group. Patients of control group were treated with Huo Xue Tong Mai Yin decoction. Patients of intervention group accepted warming needle moxibustion and Huo Xue Tong Mai Yin decoction. We compared the clinical effects, diameter and blood flow parameters of lower extremity artery, the expression of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) between two groups before and after treatment. Results Clinlcal symptoms of patients between two groups all relieved in different degrees. For example, pain eased; the temperature of lower limb got warm again; the dull-red and pale colour weakened; the number of walk and qi-blood increased; the improvements of the symptoms in intervention group were better than those in control group with significant differences (P<0.05). The improvements of diameter and blood flow parameters of lower extremity artery in intervention group were significantly better than those in control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the expression of NO and ET of intervention group was (39.30±3.10) ng/L and (28.14±3.10) μmol/L respectively better than those of control group with significant differences (t=3.277, 2.716; P< 0.05). Conclusions Warming needle moxibustion has a remarkable clinical effect on lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans of blood stasis type. It is worth to be generalized.

Objective:To investigate the application effect of the blended teaching model of "intelligent teaching" and "wisdom learning" in the practice teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in internal medicine. Methods:According to the principle of randomization, 54 interns in Class 1 of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the grade of 2019 were selected as control group and received traditional teaching, and 56 interns in Class 2 were selected as observation group and received blended teaching with "intelligent teaching" and "wisdom learning". After 6 months of internship, the two groups were compared in terms of the scores of theoretical assessment (basic theoretical knowledge and professional theoretical knowledge), clinical practice ability [Leicester Assessment Package (LAP)], and degree of satisfaction with teaching. SPSS 17.0 was used to perform the t-test and the chi-square test. Results:At the end of internship, compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher score of basic theoretical knowledge (41.53±3.42 vs. 38.71±3.38, P<0.05), score of professional theoretical knowledge (39.49±3.14 vs. 37.85±3.07, P<0.05), LAP score (84.32±6.65 vs. 78.46±6.17, P<0.05), and degree of satisfaction with teaching ( P<0.05). Conclusion:For interns majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the blended teaching model of "intelligent teaching" and "wisdom learning" can strengthen their mastery of theoretical knowledge, enhance their clinical practice ability, and improve their degree of satisfaction with teaching.

Objective To explain the impact of abusive supervision of head nurse on nurse ’ perceived of insider status .Methods The abusive supervision scale and perceived of insider status scale was used to collect data. The Correlation analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 software. Results The mean score of abusive supervision and perceived of insider status were (2.350 ±1.497) and (5.665 ±1.159), respectively .There was a significant negative correlation between the abusive supervision and perceived of insider status (β=-0.35,P<0.01).According to the Pearson correlation analysis , there was a negative correlation between the abusive supervision and insider identity awareness ( r =-0.308, P <0.01 ). Conclusions There was a phenomenon of nurse abuse in nursing practice , and the abusive supervision of head nurse has a negative impact on their perceived of insider status .
