Objective To understand the epidemical patterns of schistosomiasis in Guichi District of Chizhou City，Anhui Province，in order to provide the reference for schistosomiasis control. Methods The annual data of schistosomiasis endemic situation in Guichi District from 1991 to 2011 were collected. The descriptive analysis was first conducted to describe the changes of schistosomiasis in local residents and the status of Oncomelania hupensis. An autoregressive integrated moving average （ARIMA）model was applied to fit and predict the tendency of schistosomiasis incidence in this region. Results The humanmorbidity increased with the increasing of the areas with snail habitats（P < 0.05），and four peaks（in 1992，1995，2005，2008）were detected. The difference of the area with snails among different types of snail habitats was statistically significant（F = 256.79，P < 0.05）. ARIMA（1，1，1）was determined to be the optimal model for analyzing the morbidity of schistosomiasis，and the short⁃term forecast of the morbidity in Guichi District from 2012 to 2015 showed that the predicted values were 0.017%，0.007%，0.012%，and 0.010%，respectively. Conclusions The endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Guichi District is controlled relatively well in the past two decades. However，the surveillance in the lake and marshland regions should be strengthened continuously to prevent the rebounding of the schistosomiasis endemic situation.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of external application of sihuang-honey for aseptic inflammation after total knee arthroplasty.Methods 30 cases of total knee arthroplasty patients were recruited into two groups,of 15 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with sihuang-honey (made of rhubarb,scutellaria,phellodendron,coptis according to the same proportion of powder with honey ),which was placed on a sterile plastic sheet,0.5 cm thickness.The sheet was applied on the knee of the highest skin temperature for 6 hours,removed it for 2 hours interval,and reapplied on it,for altogether 24 hours before changing another sheet.The control group were treated by continued covering ice on the knee every day,with the ice completely surrounded the knee.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy was observed before the treatment,and 3 d,7 d,14 d after the treatment.ResultsAfter the treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group was effective in terms of VAS score (4.12± 1.08) points in 3d,(3.34±0.61)points in the first 7 days; skin temperature (37.56±0.40) ℃,activity (98.56±3.24) ° in 3d,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The degree of swelling in 3 d (5.80±2.00) ％,7 d (9.33±2.55)％,14 d (12.13 ± 2.70)％ in the treatment group were better than the control group (P＜0.05); The rate of pain relief of treatment group was 93.33％ and satisfaction was 66.67％,although better than 86.67％ and 46.67％ of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (x2 were 1.33,3.04,P＞0.05).Conclusion Sihuang-honey was effective for the treatment of aseptic inflammation after the surgery of total knee arthroplasty.

Objective To understand the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of AIDS between male-male in college students, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control strategies. Methods Using cluster random sampling method, the questionnaire survey including basic situation, the perception of HIV/AIDS of male male actors, sexual behavior and condom use and HIV/AIDS counseling detection, was used to investigate in male students of 8 universities at Beijing fangshan distric. Results A total of 2444 male college students were surveyed, 138 cases with male-male behavior were detected, and the detection rate was 5.65％. The detection rate (18.31％) of the junior college students was statistically higher than that of first-year college students (4.28％) and sophomores (6.52％, P<0.017). The awareness rates of four relevant knowledge about HIV/AIDS for 138 students were 25.36％, 15.22％, 9.42％and 13.77％respectively. The 44.93％male-male in college students had first sexual intercourse were younger than 18 years old. The proportion of students with first time male-male behavior and age <18 years was higher in the first-year college students (58.9％) than that of sophomores and junior college students (30.77％, 26.92％). The incidence rate of bisexuality was 43.48％ in male-male behavior, and 73.91％ was polysexual partners. The correct usage rate of condom was 31.16％. AIDS counseling detection rate was 27.54％. Conclusion The detection rate is higher in students with male-male behavior, and the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge is lower. A variety of high risk sexual behaviors are prevalent, so it is necessary to strengthen HIV/AIDS education and HIV/AIDS related knowledge for college students.

Objective:To do factor analysis related to post-stro ke anxiety.Method:206 inpatients(male 126,female 80,mean age 63?16 )with stroke were tested with SAS,DNF,MMSE,LES and ADL.Results:T h e rate of anxiety after 1 month of stroke in our sample was 18.4%(38 cases).Mu lt i-factorial analysis showed,many factors including female,younger at onset,sever ity of stroke,poor general physical condition,less compliance with treatment,and other psycho-social factors(heavier family burden,less income,more life events, less social support)were all associated with anxiety after stroke.Conchus ion:Anxiety is a common complication after stroke,its occurrence were asso ciated with a variety of factors including severity of illness and psychosocial factors.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the distribution and clonality of T cell receptor (TCR) V beta repertoire in patients with acute monoblastic leukemia (AML-M5).

METHODSExpression of the TCR V beta repertoire was analyzed using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), which amplified the complementarity determining region 3 of 24 TCR V beta genes in peripheral blood from 9 cases with acute myclogenous leukemia subtype 5 or acute monoblastic leukemia (AML-M5). PCR products were further studied by genescan analysis to identify T cell clonality.

RESULTSExpression of 1-10 V beta subfamilies was found in samples from 9 patients. Genescan analysis showed that some V beta subfamily products from 8 of 9 cases contained an oligoclonal peak. Oligoclonal T cells of the V beta 2 subfamily could be found in 6 patients with AML-M5.

CONCLUSIONST cell clonality expansion was found in AML-M5 cases and were tendentious in the V beta 2 subfamily, suggesting a the specific immune response for leukemia cell (M5) associated antigen and may display antileukemia activity.

Objective To detect the change of the anti-S. japonicum antibody level after people migrated from outside embankment to newly established town. Methods Three pilot spots were established for the investigation: one spot thut both inhabitancy and cultivation disused (A), one spot that only inhabitancy disused but farming continued (B) and the third one served as control (C). To study the action, characteristics and expression of high methylation of p15(INK4B) and p16(INK4A) genes in multiple myeloma (MM), the sensitive methylation specific PCR method was employed to detect the hypermethylation of p15(INK4B) and p16(INK4A) in 24 patients with MM. Results showed that the methylation incidence of p15(INK4B) and p16(INK4A) genes were 70.8% (17/24) and 58.3% (14/24) in the MM patients, with the products of 148 bp and 150 bp fragments, respectively. The methylation of p15(INK4B) and p16(INK4A) genes were simultaneously happened in MM patients of plasmocytoma type with two cases at II phase and two cases at III phase. The simultaneous non-methylation of p15(INK4B) and p16(INK4A) genes were founded in five cases of MM patients, all of the tumor cells were of small plasmocyte type with mature differention. Conclusion suggested that there were high incidence of methylation of p15(INK4B) and p16(INK4A) genes in patients with MM. Hypermethylation can be detected in the early stage of disease, which was associated with its progress. It indicated a bad prognosis when methylation happended simultaneously in the two genes. Methylation of p15(INK4B) and p16(INK4A) genes may be related to the pathogeny of MM.

In order to explore the role of p15(INK4B) gene with highly methylated CpG island in the pathogenesis of leukemia, the expression levels of p15(INK4B) gene was detected in patients with AML and CML. Methylation-specific PCR (MSP) assay was employed in the experiments. The methylation incidence was 83.9% (26/31) in AML and 0% (0/28) in CML. The results showed that methylation of p15(INK4B) gene was the one of the major ways for inactivation of the gene, and the methylation could be appeared in clinical development of the disease and patients condition worsened. Methylation of p15(INK4B) did not occur and its function probably is normal in CML.

ObjectiveExploring the role of microRNA126 （miRNA126） in chronic kidney disease combined with atherosclerosis （CKD AS） by regulating the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase （PI3K）/protein kinase B （Akt）/mammalian target of rapamycin （mTOR） signaling pathway and the mechanism of Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction in the intervention of CKD AS rats with 5/6 nephrectomy combined with high-fat feeding. MethodA total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group， model group， losartan group， and low， medium， and high dose groups of Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction. The CKD AS rat model was established by 5/6 nephrectomy combined with high-fat feeding for 10 weeks. The low， medium， and high dose groups （6.0， 12.0， 24.0 g·kg^-1·d^-1） of Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction and the losartan group （20 mg·kg^-1·d^-1） were gavaged， and the corresponding intervention was carried out for eight weeks. Then， the rats were killed， and samples were collected for corresponding detection. Fully automated biochemical analyzers were used to detect kidney function and blood lipids in rats： blood creatinine （SCr）， blood urea nitrogen （BUN）， total cholesterol （TC）， triglyceride （TG）， and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） levels. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） and Masson staining of aortic tissue and pathological observation under a light microscope were carried out， and autophagosomes and autophagy lysosomes were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR） was used to determine the mRNA levels of miRNA126， PI3K， Akt， and mTOR in rats， and Western blot was used to determine the protein expression levels of phosphorylated （p）-PI3K， PI3K， p-Akt， Akt， p -mTOR， mTOR， benzyl chloride 1 （Beclin-1）， and microtubule-associated protein light chain 3Ⅱ/Ⅰ （LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ）. ResultCompared with the sham operation group， the serum SCr， BUN， TC， TG， and LDL-C in the model group were significantly increased （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the SCr， BUN， TC， TG， and LDL-C were decreased in the losartan group and low， medium， and high dose groups of Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction （P<0.05）. Compared with the sham operation group， thickening plaques， infiltration of mononuclear macrophages， a small number of foam cells， disordered arrangement of smooth muscle fibers in the tunica media， and increased collagen fibers were observed in the model group， and the lesions in the losartan group and Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction groups were alleviated compared with those in the model group. Compared with the model group， the number of autophagosomes and autophagy lysosomes increased in the medium and high dose groups of Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction. Compared with the sham operation group， the expression of miRNA126 in the aortic tissue of the model group was significantly decreased （P<0.01）， and the mRNA expressions of PI3K， Akt， and mTOR were significantly increased （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the expression of miRNA126 in the aortic tissue of rats in high， medium， and low dose groups of Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction and losartan group was significantly increased （P<0.01）， while the mRNA expressions of PI3K， Akt， and mTOR were significantly decreased （P<0.01）. Compared with the sham operation group， the protein expressions of p-PI3K， PI3K， p-Akt， Akt， p-mTOR， and mTOR in the model group were significantly increased （P<0.01）， while the protein levels of Beclin-1， LC3Ⅰ， and LC3Ⅱ were significantly decreased （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the protein expressions of p-PI3K， PI3K， p-Akt， Akt， p-mTOR， and mTOR in the losartan group and low， medium， and high dose groups of Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction were decreased （P<0.05）， while the protein levels of Beclin-1 and LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ were increased （P<0.05）. ConclusionThe expression of miRNA126 is decreased in the aortic tissue of CKD AS rats， and the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway is activated to inhibit autophagy flux. Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction regulates the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway through miRNA126， restores the autophagy of aortic endothelial cells， protects the damage of CKD vessels， reduces the formation of As plaques， and slows the development of cardiovascular complications.
