Biliary cystic tumors (BCTs) are rare cystic tumors and are accounted for less than 5％ of liver cysts.BCTs are very common in middle-aged and elderly women,and depend on diagnosis of imaging including papillary projection or multilocular cystic liver mass.BCTs are frequently misdiagnosed due to the absence of specific diagnostic indicators,which should differentiate from diagnosis of hepatic cystic.Complete surgical resection is the first choice for BCTs with a good out-come,in addition to low recurrence.Once recurrence was identified in follow-up,BCTs can be treated by reoperation with a good outcome.

In order to observe the clinical effect of Tuina therapy for vertigo, 47 cases of the patients with vertigo were treated by massaging Triple Energizer Meridian and Gallbladder Meridian on the head, and the results showed cure in 36 cases, improvement in 11 cases and the total effective rate was 100%.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in treating cancer patients with intractable hiccups after radiochemotherapy. Methods:Thirty-two cancer patients with intractable hiccups after radiochemotherapy who met the inclusion criteria were selected. The Line 2 Lateral to Forehead (MS 3) of scalp stimulation areas as well as body acupoints including Danzhong (CV 17), Zhongwan (CV 12), bilateral Cuanzhu (BL 2), Neiguan (PC 6), Zusanli (ST 36) and Taichong (LR 3) were punctured. The treatment was given once a day, 5 treatments constituted a course, and the efficacy was evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Results:After 10 treatments, 26 cases were cured, 4 cases were improved, and 2 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 93.8%. Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in treating intractable hiccups in cancer patients after radiochemotherapy has reliable therapeutic effect, and it is easy-to-operate and can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients with less adverse reaction.

OBJECTIVE:To study the flavonoids in Inula britannica.METHODS:The Inula britannica was extracted with 95% ethanol and isolated and purified by different column chromatography,the structures of the constituents were derived by measuring the physicochemical constants and spectral analysis.RESULTS:A total of 10 flavonoids were isolated from Inula britannica which were stated as follows:Spinacetin(1),6-methoxy-luteolin(2),Iuteolin(3),Quercetin(4),Isorhamnetin(5),Kaempferol(6),Rutin(7),Patulitrin(8),Isoquercitrin(9)and Quercitrin(10).Of which,compounds 5,7 and 10 were isolated from Inula britannica for the first time.CONCLUSION: This result serves as a scientific basis for the further study of Inula britannica.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengui capsule in treating severe congestive heart failure(CHF).METHODS: 68 patients with severe CHF were randomly divided into 2 groups:34 patients(control group) were treated with routine therapy(rest,oxygen inhalation,inotropic agents and diuretic agents,vasodilators and symptomatic treatment) for 4 weeks,and another 34 patients with routine therapy plus 0.9 g Shengui capsule tid for 4 weeks(trial group).HR,BP,ECG,CD(Color Doppler),ANF(atrial natriuretic peptide),electrolytes and SCr before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: The cardiac function was improved and ANF level was down-regulated in patients treated with Shengui capsule,showing significant difference as compared with control group(P

OBJECTIVE:To establish the RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of flavonoids(quercetin,cyanidenon,spinacetin,and 6-methoxyl-cyanidenon) in Inula britannica. METHODS:The samples were separated on chromatographic column Inertsil ODS-3(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) at a column temperature of 40 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.49% citric acid(gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 min?mL-1. The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. RESULTS:The linear ranges of quercetin,cyanidenon,spinacetin,and 6-methoxyl-cyanidenon were 0.17～6.8 ?g(r=0.999 9),0.088～3.52 ?g(r=0.999 9),0.020 2～0.808 ?g(r=0.999 9) and 0.045～1.8 ?g(r=0.999 6),respectively,and the average recoveries of all stood at 96.03%～99.78% and RSD at 0.73%～1.36%(n=6 each). CONCLUSION:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and it is applicable for the quality control of the raw medicinal substance and preparation of I.britannica.

Purpose To investigate the expressions of costimulation molecules PD-L1 and PD-L2 in human breast cancers and their association with clinical and pathologic characteristics of the patients.Methods The expressions of PD-L1,PD-L2 in 10 cases of normal human breast tissue,18 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ,and 40 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry SP two-step staining,and the relationship between their expressions and clinical and pathologic characteristics was evaluated.Results There was no PD-L1 or PD-L2 expression in normal breast tissue,faint expressions of PD-L1 and PD-L2 were determined in ductal carcinoma in situ.45％ (18/40) PD-L1 and 35％ (14/40) PD-L2 were detected in breast cancers.PD-L1 and PD-L2 expression in cancer cells were related to the lymph node metastasis,ER and PR (P ＜ 0.05).High expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in breast cancer patients were correlated with negative ER,PR and HER-2 (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion PD-L1 and PD-L2 express aberrantly in breast cancer and are closely associated with the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.PD-L1 and PD-L2 may be the potential immunotherapy targets of breast cancer.
