Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(6):475-477
Objective To explore the role of claudin-3, claudin-4 in carcinogenesis and progression of ovarian mucous cystoadenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization method were employed to detect the expression of claudin-3, -4, claudin-4 mRNA in ovary epithelium, mucinous cystadeno-nut, mucinous cystadenoma of borderline, mucous cystadenocarcinoma. Results claudin-3, -4 expression was lowest in ovarian epithelium and mucinous cystadenoma, higher in borderline mucinous cystadenoma, and high-est in ovarian cystadenocarcinoma(P<0.05 ). The expression of claudin-3, -4 in poor differentiated ovarian carcinoma was stronger than that in well- differentiated and moderately differentiated carcinoma (P< 0.05 ),but there was no significant difference between well-differentiated and moderately differentiated carcinoma(P>0.05). Conclusion The overexpvession of claudin-3, -4 is correlated closely with the carcinogenesis and advancement of ovarian mucinous carcinoma, and may have correlation with the differentiated degree of o-varian carcinoma, claudin-3, -4 may become the specific markers of ovarian mucous cystadenocarcinoma.

5.Expression of p53,PCNA and Bcl-2in Trichilemmal Carcinoma of Skin
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features and the expression of p53,PCNA and Bcl-2in tricholemmal carcinoma. Methods Skin lesions were studied with HE staining and immunohis-tochemical markers for p53,PCNA and Bcl-2(S-P method)in22cases of skin tricholemmal carcinoma. Both morphological manifestations and immunohistochemical expression were observed. Results There were15fe-male and7male cases of tricholemmal carcinoma with the ages of40-79y,including16cases whose scalp were involved.Positive staining of p53,PCNA and Bcl-2was found in72%,100%and63%of patients,re-spectively.The positive cells of p53were diffusely distributed.PCNA-positive cells were increased along with the degree of differentiation.Significant differences of Bcl-2expression were found among the various degrees of differentiation(P
6.A survey of the status quo of pediatric dentists in China,2003
Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective:In 2003,a survey of the manpower of pediatric dentists was made in China in order to provide basis for database. Methods:Questionnaires were distributed to dentists presenced the 5th conference of pediatric dentistry in China, and 139 available answers were analysis. Results:In those 139 pediatric dentists, with a mean age of 38.2?8.7,females were significantly more than males, and 89.9% dentists had bachelor, master or doctor degree. Significant relations were found between self-estimate ability of dentists and their length of work, degree, character of clinic. Conclusion:To date, the team of pediatric dentists begins to take shape, the structure of age and education are rational, but the number of them is insufficient and it is necessary to improve the basic and continuing education.

Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2015;(4):512-514,515
Objective To explore the alterations, relationship and clinical significance of CD4 +CD25 +CD127 low/ -
regulatory T cells ( Treg ) and lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with acute myelocytic leukemia ( AML) . Methods The level of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and Treg of untreated AML patients and com-plete remission( CR) patients were tested by flow cytometry, and were compared with that of 30 normal controls. Re-sults The proportions of Treg were much higher in untreated AML patients and CR patients than in normal con-trols, while the mean proportion of Treg in untreated AML patients was higher than that in CR patients(P<0. 05). The proportions of NK( CD3 -CD16 +CD56 +) cells in untreated AML patients and CR patients were both decreased compared with normal controls, and the mean proportion of NK cells in untreated AML patients was lower than that in CR patients(P<0. 05). Compared with the normal controls, the proportions of CD3 +T cell, CD4 +T cell, and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + decreased in untreated AML patients ( P <0. 05 ) , but the proportions of CD8 +T cell was higher than in normal controls;the proportions of CD3 +T cell, CD4 + T cell, CD8 +T cell and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + in CR patients were close to the proportions in normal controls, but there was significant difference between CR patients and untreated AML patients(P<0. 05). Conclusion The increase of Treg, CD8 +T cell and decrease of NK cells, CD3 +T cell, CD4 +T cell, and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + in peripheral blood of patients with AML in-dicate that the immune function of patients with AML is depressed. Treg control the immune response of CD8 +T cells,at the same time inhibit the natural immune response of NK cells, playing a major role in the disorders of CD4 +T cells and CD8 +T cell balance, and closely relate with the development of AML. The immune treatment of patients with AML will be optimised by reducing the amount of Treg or removing the suppression function.

Objective To analysis the family management of patients with serious mental illness in Gansu prov-ince, and evaluate its effectiveness to lay the foundation for the better community-based rehabilitation management and treatment for the people with serious mental illness. Method According to Treatment-management specification of severe mental illness (2012) and specification of national basic public health services (2011), the information such as home ther-apy, medicine taken, and dangerous behavior happened were collected from patients who were confirmed as serious men-tal illness in January 2015 to April 2016 in Gansu province. Result Up to April 30th, 2016, totally 70538 serious mental illnesses were identified, and about 81.10%(57195) were under management. The rate of treatment of serious mental ill-ness was 69.9%(48009/68663) in Gansu province, and Bipolar affective disorder (76.0%) was the highest (P<0.001). The rate of taking medication in patients under family-management was 42.16%(24113/57195), and the rate of taking regular medication was 24.74%(14150/57195). The rate of taking medication in Paranoiac psychosis patients (51.98%) was the highest (P<0.001), and the rate of taking regular medication in Mental disorders caused by epilepsy (31.02%) was the highest (P<0.001). Conclusion The rate of family-management, treatment, taking medication and take regular medica-tion of serious mental illness in Gansu province are all below the national average level. A special training should be giv-en to medical professionals to strengthen their capacity to treat serious mental illness.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
AIM: To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extrac (GBE) on cerebral ischemia during early stage of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). METHODS: Noncraniotomy models of SAH in Wistar rats were used and animals were divided into sham-operated group, SAH group and SAH+GBE group. Dynamic change of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) was detected. Brain endothelin-1(ET-1) and calcium contents were also determined at different time point during 24 hours after the operation. Pathological change of neurons of hippocampus CA1 region was observed. RESULTS: In SAH group, rCBF decreased immediately and persistently after induction of SAH. Values of brain ET-1 content and calcium content at 1 hour, 6 hours and 24 hours were significantly higher than those in sham-operated group. Neurons of hippocampus CA1 region were damaged severely 3 days after onset of SAH. Above abnormal changes in SAH+GBE group were much slighter than those in SAH group. CONCLUSION: GBE may relieve cerebral ischemic damage after SAH.
