Taking a national continuing education program with hand in hand mode as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of hand in hand mode and traditional mode are com-pared. Hand in hand mode realizes a door-to-door teaching, and the curriculum is more targeted. Moreover, the time and physical power of trainees are saved, so the training effect is better. The na-tional continuing medical education program withhand in hand is worthy of promotion in the teach-ing practice.

Objective Serum FIB has been established as a predictor of cardiovascular events. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of FIB with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and severity of the ACS. Methods A total of 692 patients with ACS who underwent a definite diagnosis were selected. Ninety-nine patients without coronary heart disease severed as control group. Detail information were recorded in age, gender, history of alcoholic, smoking, hypertension. All patients were detected in FIB and some other biochemical indicators levels. Use the correlation analysis to find the relationship of FIB with grace scoring. Results With the increase of Grace risk level and coronary artery lesions and myocardial ischemia,the levels of FIB were significantly increased (P < 0.05).The correlation analysis showed that Grace scores had a positive correlation with FIB in ACS patients. The logistic regression analysis showed the FIB was the most prominent predictors for ACS. The areas under the ROC curve of FIB were 0.87 which suggested that FIB had a higher predictive value of ACS. Conclusion The levels of serum FIB is closely related to criticality of ACS. For the ACS patients,higher levels of FIB indicated higher Grace scores. FIB level may have important clinical value in early risk stratification evaluation of prognosis and treatment options.

Most of them are very ditficult to diagnose and treat, so it's necessary to change our traditional clinical practice teaching mode.Role-playing mode increases the interaction between students and teachers, which can achieve the desired effect with entertainment. So role-playing is a new model of clinical teaching as a meaningful innovation.

The hormone ghrelin is secreted mainly by stomach ,and is the only nature ligand that had been found by now for growth hormone releasing hormone receptor. Although the action for stimulating the secretion of growth hormone is very strong, it's only one part of ghrelin's action. It has many other actions in pathology and physiology, some of which are independent of it's stimulation to growth hormone releasing, such as regulating appetite, maintaining the energy equilibrium etc. We can find ghrelin's action in many human disease. This article is a review for the study in these parts.

Objective To investigate the toxic effect of nona-ferroso-ferric oxide(Nano-Fe_3O_4),nano-silicon dioxide(Nano- SiO_2)and single walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)on the lung and mechanism in rats.Methods Fourty-nine Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,the control group,low and high dose groups of three nanomaterials.The rats were exposed by intratracheal instillation once two days for 5 weeks,and then killed by abdominal aorta bloodletting.The pathology of lung,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),interleukin-1(IL- l),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were determined.Results The fibrous tubercle and the matrix inflammation of lung tissue was found in the experimental groups.The activities of T-AOC and SOD decreased while IL-6 concentration increased significantly in the experimental groups(P

Objective To evaluate the protective effects of oral administration of D-methionine tablets on noise-induced hearing loss.Methods A total of 203 volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group (n=113)and control group (n=90).The subjects in the experimental group received oral administration of D-methionine tablets(1 500 mg/day)and those in the control group received placebo for 3 days before impulse noise exposure.The routine audiometric evaluation and ABR testing were performed and recor-ded 1 day and 7 days post- noise exposure.The statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS 11.0.ResuIts The changes of hearing in all participators were observed after noise exposure.The results were as follow:The hearing thresh-olds at three time points were 40.5±9.3,51.7±12.3,44.1±11.4 dB nHL in experimental group and 41.5±8.9,62.4± 13.7,47.6±12.5 dB nHL in control group,respectlvely;the ABR I-V IPLs at three time points were 3.72±0.21 ms, 3.99±0.36 ms,3.82±0.25 ms in experimental group,while 3.71±0.22 ms,4.45±0.37 ms,3.85±0.34 ms in control group,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups.ConcIusion The oral adminis-tration of D-methionine tablets pre noise exposure can protect against noise-induced hearing loss.

330 cases of impacted mandibular third molar were divided into 3 groups,A:younger than 18 years,B:18-25-year-old,C:ol-der than 25-year.Operation time(min)of group A,B and C was 21.95 ±5.86,6.45 ±4.92 and 18.77 ±9.64(B vs A or C,P <0.01), intraoperative complication rates were 2.73%,6.36% and 30.91%(P <0.01),postoperative complication rates were 51.82%,23.64%and 66.36%(P <0.05),respectively.18-25 year-old is the suitable age for removal of impacted mandibular third molars.

Objective To investigate the pathological features and significance of m yocardial contraction band necrosis in sudden cardiac death. Methods Using HE and PTA Hstaining, the distribution sites and pathological features of m yocardial contraction band necrosis were observed. The data were analyzed accord-ing to the extent of necrosis. Results The locations, pathological features and the extent of necrosis were sim ilar in different sudden death cases. The locations were related with sites of m yocardial dam age. The papillary m uscles of left ventricular were m ost occurred, followed by the anterior wall of left ventricular. In the sudden death cases caused by stress cardiom yopathy, the extent of m yocardial contraction band necrosis was lighter than the others. Most cases were predom inantly level 1, the others were level 2. Conclusion Used as the diagnosis basis of acute m yocardial ischem ia, the m yocardial contraction band necrosis has im portant significance to determ ination of death.

Objective To study the role of laparoscopic ventrohysteropexy in the treatment of endometriosis with a retroverted uterus. Methods 64 patients with endometriosis diagnosed under laparoscopy were retrospectively analyzed.After performing conservative operative procedures for the treatment of endometriosis,21 patients underwent ventrohysteropexy(group Ⅰ) and 43 patients didn't(groupⅡ).
