Journal of Medical Informatics 2017;38(6):18-21
The paper introduces the background of establishing the multidisciplinary consultation system, designs the architecture of the multidisciplinary consultation system including the links of consultation application, prompt, acceptance, recording, evaluation, etc.,and collects all diagnosis and treatment information of patients based on the clinical data center. The application of the multidisciplinary consultation system is able to optimize the process, improve the efficiency and quality, and achieve closed-loop management.
5.Femoral head coverage fate measured by CT three-dimensional reconstruction in developmental dislocation of the hip following manual close reduction: A 3-year follow-up analysis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(4):577-580
BACKGROUND: Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction has been used to observe the femoral head coverage fate of developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH). However, most of research containing certain observing point, which lack of long-term follow-up and comprehensive analysis. This article wants to fill the gaps.OBJECTIVE: To study changes of femoral head coverage fate in DDH child after 3 years treatment by CT reconstruction. METHODS: Totally 73 patients with unilateral DDH treated by aluminium plate after manual close reduction was selected. Spiral CT scanning of femoral articulation was performed at 1 day before and 12, 24, and 36 months after reduction to measure the femoral head coverage fate changes. The normal hip of patient was served as control.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: All patients were included in the 42-53 months follow-up. After treatment, the femoral head coverage fate of patients were obviously than that of before treatment (P<0.01), which gradually approach to the normal level in 3 years, the first year after treatment is a key period for acetabulum development.
7.GCV treating acute graft-versus-host disease
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(04):-
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of TK/GCV in the treatment of acute graft-versus-host disease in H-2 haploidentical mice induced by CD34 + cells mixed with TK + T lymphocytes transplantation. Methods CD34 + cells were separated from male parental donors, bone marrows, meanwhile T lymphocytes were gained from their spleens and transduced by retroviral vectors comprising TK gene. Both were mixed and transfused into female F1 recipient mice,CD34 + cells and TK + T lymphocytes each F1 recipient mouse received were 1?10 5 and 1?10 7,respectively. GCV was administered at the dosage of 50 mg ?kg -1 ?day -1 for 7 by intraperitoneal injections on the day 0 or 7 after transplantation. Results Acute GVHDs appeared in all mice. Survival time of the mice treated with GCV on the day 0 or 7 after transplantation was ( 26.6 ? 4.8 ) days and ( 40.5 ? 8.4 ) days, respectively. Therapeutic effect of GCV on the day 7 posttransplantation was better than that on the day 0 posttransplantation ( P
8.Partial splenectomy for treating splenic benign tumor

Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1998;0(01):-
Objective: To expeore the effectiveress of partial splenectomy for treating splenic benign tumor. Methods: The 16 patients of splenic benign tumor were performed partial splenectomy. Six patients in all were adopted partial splenectomy plus great omentum encapsulation. Ten patients were used partial splenectomy plus glue spray. The postoperative complication was analyzed. Results: Only 1 patient suffered from left subphrenic abscess, one patient took place partial splenic necrosis, the rest had't complication. The average hospieal stay was 12 days. Conclusion: The partial splenectomy has few complications and the hospital stay is much short. This procedure is safe for treating splenic benign tumor.
9.Caspase recruitment domain 11 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(11):702-704
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) represents the most common type of malignant lymphoma. DLBCL is heterogeneous with respect to morphology, immunophenotype, biology, clinical presentation and outcome. Constitutive activity of the NF-κB pathway may contribute to the poor prognosis of patients with activated B cell-like (ABC) subgroup of DLBCL, caspase recruitment domain 11 (CARD11) is the important signal protein in the signaling pathway of NF-κB. Furthermore, various pre-clinical data have proved the importance of CARD11 in DLBCL. This review summarizes the biological characteristics of CARD11, and its relationship with NF-κB signaling transduction pathway and the outcome of DLBCL, so that we can better understanding the pathogenesis and new therapeutic target of DLBCL.
10.Optimization of Processing Technology for Atractylodes lancea Stir-baking with Bran by Box-behnken Re-sponse Surface Methodology
China Pharmacy 2015;(34):4844-4846
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the processing technology for Atractylodes lancea stir-baking with bran. METHODS:Us-ing the content of atractylodin, yield of water-soluble extract and ethanol-soluble extract, appearance score as comprehensive in-dex,the effects of excipient amount,stir-baking time and temperature on the quality of A. lancea stir-baking with bran were investi-gated by Box-behnken design-response surface method,so as to optimize the processing technology parameters of A. lancea stir-bak-ing with bran, and verification test were conducted. RESULTS:The optimized parameters were that the excipients amount was 10% medicinal material,stir-baking at 140 ℃ for 3 min;average comprehensive score of verification test was 0.39 (RSD=2.88%,n=3),which was close to predicted value 0.38. CONCLUSIONS:Box-behnken response surface method is reasonable and feasible for the optimization of the processing technology for A. lancea stir-baking with bran.
