Objective To investigate the value of Computed Tomography Myelography(CTM) and CT in diagnosis of in intravertebral tumors. Methods 35 tumors in the canales spinalis examined by CTM and CT and confirmed by surgical-pathologic results were retrospectively analyzed. Results 10 intramedullary(28 6%),15 intradural extramedullary(42 9%) ,8 intradural(22 9%) and 2 intra-extradural tumors(5 7%) were diagnosed respectively by CTM and CT.Conclusion CTM and plain and enhancement CT scanning can reveal the features of every kind of tumors in the canales spinalis and determine correctly respective position and nature.

Objective:To offset the shortage of traditional large-scale population surveillance and provide early-warning signals in the early stage of the outbreak of COVID-19, people in Chongqing had carried out severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) monitoring since 2023.Methods:After COVID-19 was managed with measures against Class B infectious diseases, we selected five sewage treatment plants with automatic sample collection facilities in four districts of the main city. Two samples of sewage from each sewage treatment plant were collected every week. Then SARS-CoV-2 from these samples was concentrated by aluminum hydroxide adsorption-precipitation, detected and analyzed by multiple real-time fluorescent RT-PCR.Results:From January 16 to December 31 of 2023, a total of 496 sewage samples were monitored, of which 285 samples were positive by SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid assay, with a total detection rate of 57.46%. The detection rate of SARS-CoV-2 in weeks 3-5, 18-21 and 40-47 was 100.00%. The daily mean nucleic acid concentration of SARS-CoV-2 in sewage peaked in the 18th week, and then began to decline, entering a low level and fluctuated in epidemic period. The variable trend of daily mean concentration of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid was basically consistent with daily number of SARS-CoV-2 infected patients or SARS-CoV-2 positive rate in fever clinic counted by infectious disease monitoring system. Conclusions:The detection rate of SARS-CoV-2 in sewage of Chongqing is relatively high, especially in April to May, and sewage monitoring can indirectly reflect the status of COVID-19 infection.

Objective: To systematically analyze the revisions content and technological development trends of microbiological standards in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP) 2025 Edition, and explore its novel requirements in risk-based pharmaceutical product lifecycle management.
Methods: A comprehensive review was conducted on 26 microbiological-related standards to summarize the revision directions and scientific implications from perspectives including the revision overview, international harmonization of microbiological standards, risk-based quality management system, and novel tools and methods with Chinese characteristics.
Results: The ChP 2025 edition demonstrates three prominent features in microbiological-related standards: enhanced international harmonization, introduced emerging molecular biological technologies, and established a risk-based microbiological quality control system.
Conclusion: The new edition of the Pharmacopoeia has systematically constructed a microbiological standard system, which significantly improves the scientificity, standardization and applicability of the standards, providing a crucial support for advancing the microbiological quality control in pharmaceutical industries of China.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the influence of social support and self-efficacy on job burnout in sanitation workers. METHODS: A convenient sampling method was used to select 405 sanitation workers as study objects. The Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey, Perceived Social Support Scale and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to investigate the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment in job burnout, as well as the social support and self-efficacy. RESULTS: The cynicism was positively correlated with self-efficacy [partial correlation coefficient(r)=0.17, P<0.01]. Reduced personal accomplishment was negatively correlated with self-efficacy and social support respectively(r were-0.32 and-0.20, P<0.01). Hierarchical regression analysis indicated that the demographic variables can explain 30.4%, 29.9%, 22.0% of the three dimensions of sanitation workers′ emotional exhaustion, cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment respectively(P<0.01). After controlling for the demographic variables, self-efficacy could positively predict cynicism(P<0.01), the social support and self-efficacy could negatively predict reduced personal accomplishment(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The institutional factor is the main reason affecting job burnout of sanitation workers. Cynicism is positively correlated with self-efficacy. Improving social support and self-efficacy can help alleviate the reduced personal accomplishment.
