Objective To investigate the effect of Honghua Injection on the activity of rat liver CYP2D6.Methods The metabolic rates of probe dextromethorphan(DM) in the blank and Honghua Injection groups(0.9,1.8,and 3.6 mL/kg) in vivo urine and in vitro liver microsome incubated system were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The variation of the metabolic rate of DM represented the effect of Honghua Injection on the activity of rat liver CYP2D6 in vivo and in vitro.Results In vivo and in vitro,the DM metabolic rates of treated groups(1.8 and 3.6 mL/kg) are lower than that in the blank group(P

Objective To develop a Chinese military psychosomatic health scale(CMPHS) and examine its reliability and validity. Methods Based upon the previous researches, the Scale was compiled according to open-ended inventory survey. The data was collected from 1050 subjects chosen by random cluster sampling. 60 of them were tested with the CPSHS at the same time, while 61 of them were retested with the CMPHS after two weeks. The reliability and validity were examined by exploratory factor analysis ( EFA) and correlation analysis. Results According to the factor analysis results, 11 factors were extracted, namely espiratory apparatus, alimentary system,skeletal and musculature,integument,regeneration and endocrine,nervous system, anxiety, depression, psy-choticism and family history. There were 91 items in the formal scale when one lie subscale was added. The correlation between subscales were 0. 103 ～ 0. 778 (P < 0. 01) , the correlation between subscales and total scale were 0.600 ～0.859(P<0.01). The test-retest correlation coefficients of total scale and subscales were 0.427 ～0.901 (P < 0.01); the Cronbach (α) coefficients were 0. 643 ～ 0. 935 (P < 0. 01) ; and the split-half correlation coefficients were 0. 349 ～ 0. 855 (P < 0. 01 ). The correlation coefficients were 0. 425 ～ 0. 979 (P < 0. 05 or 0. 01 ). Conclusion The Chinese military psychosomatic health scale has acceptable psychometrics properties on reliability and validity.

Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of intercostals nerve block combined with fentanyl transdermal system in treatment of post-thoracotomy pain syndrome (PTPS). Methods Intercostals nerve block combined with fentanyl transdermal system was used for treatment of 141 patients with PIPS. The degree of pain relief was evaluated by numerical rating scale (NRS),the quality of life of patients was evaluated by the quality of life score standard,and the adverse reactions were also observed. Results The overall remission rate was 97.85%,there were 51 cases (36.43%)with complete remission, 80 cases (57.14%)with significant remission,and 6 cases (42.85%) with moderate remission. The adverse reactions included nausea,vomiting, constipation,dizziness,skin pruritus and dysuria,no serious liver and kidney function damage and respiratory inhibition. The quality of life of all patients was improved. Conclusion Multimodal analgesia has better curative effect and less adverse reactions in treatment of PTPS,so it deserves clinical promotion.

Objective To explore the correlation between mental health and social support of the seven countries peacekeeping soldiers,and provide theoretical guidance for the peacekeeping soldiers to improve the mental health status.Methods Through random cluster sampling,1143 peacekeeping soldiers were investigated with Chinese Military Mental Health Scale (CMMHS) and Social Support Scale (SSS).Results The total score of CMMHS and depression factor((61.06 ± 3.99),(10.11 ± 1.67)) of the suicidal ideation peacekeeping soldiers were significantly higher than the no-suicidal ideation peacekeeping soldiers ((59.97 ± 3.73),(8.97 ± 1.81))(P ＜ 0.05),CMMHS total score and each factors of the seven countries peacekeeping soldiers were significantly higher than the Chinese soldiers norms (P ＜ 0.05),and the total scores ((28.50 ± 1.69)) of the social support of the suicide idea peacekeeping soldiers was lower than the no-suicidal ideation peacekeeping soldiers ((28.92 ±1.78)) (P＜0.05).The obsessive-compulsive factor,anxiety factor,depression factor,phobic anxiety factor,somatization factor,neurastheria factor and interpersonal sensitivity factor of CMMHS were the risk factors arise the mental diseases of the peacekeeping soldiers,especially the depression factor(OR =27.00,x2 =439.46,P ＜ 0.05).The CMMHS total score and each factors had obvious negative correlation with social support scores(r =-0.199 ～0.434,P ＜ 0.05).Analysis of multiple stepwise back displayed that the age,gender,education and social support were main factors of influencing mental health of the seven-country peacekeeping soldiers (age:t =2.428,educational level:t =-3.310,social support:t =1.990,P =0.047 ～ 0.01).Conclusion The suicidal ideation has close relationship with peacekeeping soldiers' psychological disease,and the mental health of the peacekeeping soldiers is influenced by the age,gender,education level,and especially by social support.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between pemetrexed plus cisplatin and paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Forty-two cases with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 21 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pemetrexed plus cisplatin and the control group was treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed after two courses (21 days of a course) and the statistical analysis was performed.Results In the observation group and control group,response rate and clinical benefit rate were33.33％ (7/21),28.57％ (6/21) and76.19％ (16/21),71.43％ (15/21) respectively.No statistical significance were seen between the two groups (P＞0.05).The rate of hair loss (23.81％) (5/21) and the total number of adverse reactions (18.37％) (27/147) in the observation group were significantly lower than the rate of hair loss (47.62％) (10/21) and the total number of adverse reactions (25.17％) (37/147) in the control group (P＜0.05) No statistical significance was found in the incidence rate of leukopenia,neutropenia,erythropenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting and phlebitis between the two groups (P ＞0.05) Conclusion Pemetrexed plus cisplatin is as effective as paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with less adverse reactions and is much safer than paclitaxel plus cisplatin.Pemetrexed plus cisplatin is more valuable in the clinical treatment of advanced NSCLC.

Aim To investigate the effects of mmLDL on the up-regulation ofα1 receptors in moues mesenter-
ic arteries. Methods Mice tail intravenous injection of mmLDL was used . Vitro sensitive myograph was empl-
oyed to examine Noradrenaline ( NA) induced vascular contraction on mice mesenteric artery, and the mRNA and protein expressions ofα1 andα2 receptors were an-alyzed by real-time PCR and Western blot, respective-ly. Results mmLDL significantly increased NA in-duced concentration-contractile curve, and the data of Emax and pEC50 were from ( 122. 61 ± 9. 40 )% and (5. 65 ± 0. 05 ) in normal saline ( NS ) group to (161. 01 ± 6. 90 )% and ( 6. 20 ± 0. 08 ) in mmLDL group (P <0. 01, P <0. 01), respectively. The α1 adrenoceptor antagonist prazosin shifted the concentra-
tion-contractile curve induced by NA towards right. Af-ter using mmLDL, the mRNA and protein levels of α1 adrenoceptor were significantly increased, but the mR-NA and protein levels of α2 adrenoceptor were not changed. Conclusion Tail intravenous injection of mmLDL enhances the vascular expressions of α1 adre-noceptors and the contractile effects mediated byα1 ad-renoceptors.

Objective To observe the differences of metabolite ratios among mild cognitive impairment (MCI),Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and normal cognitive state (NC)patients in the hippocampus.Methods According to the clinical features,patients were divided into three groups:MCI group (n=30),AD group (n=28)and NC group (n=30).All the patients were examined by 1 H MRS and compared the ratios of NAA/Cr,Ins/Cr,NAA/Ins,Cho/Cr of both the left and right side of the hippocampus.Results The NAA/Cr in MCI group and AD group were much lower than that in NC group (P <0.05).The Ins/Cr and NAA/Ins in MCI group and AD group showed significant differences compared with NC group (P <0.05).On Ins/Cr and NAA/Ins of the left side,there were significant differences among three groups (P <0.05).Conclusion 1 H MRS as a non-invasive diagnostic technique has higher sensitivity in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis between MCI and AD patients.

Objective The goal of this report was to evaluate the applicability of the da Vinci S surgical system in thoracic surgery.Methods The da Vinci S surgical system consists of a console, a patient cart, and a vision system.The patient cart loading with 3 robot arms and 1 central endoscope arm connects the console which commands the movements of the arm tips.The robot arm tips are introduced via small chest wall ports and attached to the arms of the robot.The surgeon, sitting at the console, manipulates highly sensitive sensors that transfer the surgeon's movements to the arm tips.The so called EndoWrist'technology offers up , down, left, right, and twist, seven degrees of movements, thus exceeding the capacity of a surgeon's hand in open surgery.17 intrathoracic lesion cases, including 12 Myasthenia Gravis, 1 diaphragm hernia, 2 esophageal cancer, 1 pulmonary cancer , 1 pneumothorax, were evaluated for clinical application of the da Vinci S surgical system.Results Out of 17 surgical procedures, 14 procedures were done using the robot from beginning to the end, including 12 thymectomies, 1 diaphragm hernia repair, 1 pulmonary bleb dissection.Only gastric mobilizations, the abdominal part procedures were done using the da Vinci S system, and the thoracic part procedures were done through small incision thoracotomy in 2 cases with esophageal cancer.One resection of left upper lobectomy had to be converted due to surgical problem.The postoperative courses were uneventful.Conclusion The da Vinci operating robot can do nearly all kinds of thoracic operations.Advanced general thoracic procedures can be performed safely and effectively with the da Vinci S robot allowing precise dissection.This benefit becomes evident most elegantly in thymectomies.The robot operation procedures can be done by the doctors with open and assisted thoracopic surgery experiences and other personnels getting trained in a short period of time, but case selection and preparing emergency thoracotomy at any time is needed to ensure the patient safety.

Objective To investigate the expression of mitochondrial autophagy-associated protein PINK1 and Parkin in parotid pleomorphic adenoma (PA) and carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma(CA-EX-PA). Methods The expression of PINK1 and Parkin were detected by immunohistochemistry in 24 cases of normal parotid gland tissues, 32 cases of PA tissues and 42 cases of CA-EX-PA tissues. The correlations of PINK1 and Parkin expression with the clinicopathologic characteristics of CA-EX-PA patients were analyzed. Results The positive rates of PINK1 in normal parotid gland, PA and CA-EX-PA tissues were 100%, 91% and 67% respectively; and those of Parkin were 100%, 88% and 52% respectively. The expression rates of PINK1 and Parkin in PA and CA-EX-PA tissues were significantly lower than those in normal tissues (P < 0.05). The expression of PINK1 and Parkin protein were positively correlated in CA-EX-PA tissues (r=0.877, P < 0.01). In CA-EX-PA tissues, the expression of PINK1 and Parkin were associated with tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of PINK1 and Parkin are decreased in PA and CA-EX-PA tissues. The decrease of mitochondrial autophagy activity might play important roles in the development, invasion and metastasis of parotid gland tumors.
