Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of She medicine Huoxue Jiangya Tie combined with external counterpulsation on patients with type H grade 1 hypertension with blood stasis syndrome. Methods A total of 64 patients with type H grade 1 hypertension with blood stasis syndrome were selected from Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023.According to the principle of random control, they were divided into control group(western medicine+external counterpulsation)and observation group(She medicine Huoxue Jiangya Tie+western medicine+external counterpulsationon),with 32 cases in each group, the duration of treatment was 8 weeks. The difference on clinical efficacy between two groups, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, clinical systolic blood pressure(CSBP),clinical diastolic blood pressure(CDBP),brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV),ankle brachial index(ABI),renin, aldosterone(ALD),angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),homocysteine(Hcy)before and after treatment, between two groups were compared, and recorded adverse reactions. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of blood pressure reduction in observation group(93.75%)was better than that in control group(75.00%)(P<0.05);And the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The CSBP,CDBP,and baPWV of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);The ABI of both groups significantly increased compared to treatment, and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);The levels of renin,ALD,Ang Ⅱ,and Hcy in both groups decreased compared to before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);Both groups of patients did not experience serious adverse reactions. Conclusion She medicine Huoxue Jiangya Tie combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of type H grade 1 hypertension patients with blood stasis syndrome can better alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce blood pressure, renin,ALD,AngⅡ and Hcy levels, and reduce arteriosclerosis stiffness, which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To explore the pathogenesis and prognostic factors of liposarcoma in the head and neck region, and simultaneously analyze the efficacy of different treatment regimens. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on all patients with primary untreated head and neck liposarcoma who were diagnosed and underwent surgical treatment at our hospital from January 2008 to January 2024. All patients were monitored during follow-up, and their prognoses were analyzed using SPSS software. Results A total of 30 patients were included in the study. Liposarcoma accounted for up to 60% of the cases in the orbit, while the remaining liposarcomas were primarily located in various interspaces of the neck. Dedifferentiated liposarcoma was the most common type, comprising 33%, while myxoid pleomorphic liposarcoma was the rarest at 4%. The tumor pathological type (P<0.001) and Ki67 (P=0.014) significantly affected the tumor control rate. However, an analysis of disease-specific survival rates revealed no significant differences across various factors (all P>0.05). Conclusion The prognosis of head and neck liposarcoma is better compared to that of liposarcomas in other parts of the body. However, myxoid pleomorphic liposarcoma, pleomorphic fat sarcoma, and high Ki67 levels are indicators of poor prognosis. Additionally, postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy does not significantly enhance disease-specific survival rates.
